Dena was super friendly and responsive to any and all my questions. I didn't catch the mechanics name, but when they were finished they even dropped off my truck. And he explained what they did and answered the few questions I had for him, he was also super friendly. I appreciate all the work they did in timely manner and able to answer my questions and my husband questions about the work on our truck. Thank you so very much Ruggles team! Keep up the good work and great customer service.

Wow I was impressed with Ruggles. I appreciate that they were completely honest with me and my truck and instead of paying $1100 for the repair I paid $155 dollars. These guys are honest and great service.

Faced a super critical situation: traveling from Portland to Yakima with a new baby and car started the dreaded clunking... From Dalles to Toppenish on a prayer, we made it. Called Ruggies, and they were so sweet. They got our car right in, found out the bearings went bad and rushed to fix it to get us back safely on the road. Traveling with a new baby and a 4 yr old being stuck at a car shop was not ideal. However, they made sure we were taken care of quickly and allowed us to take over the waiting area. I am extremely grateful they were able to help us 10 stars!!!

Thank you for fixing my car the noise is gone!! Deena and Nate were friendly helpful and I will be back. My family and I have used Ruggles Auto Repair for well over 10 years. They have always fixed our vehicles and gave their honest opinion on if the repair was a good move or not worth it. Very upfront. Deana is amazing. She is very friendly and keeps you updated on the process.

I was driving through Toppenish on a road trip and realized my skid plate was loose and dragging on the road. The staff at Ruggles were very kind and Adam in the auto shop helped me get back on my trip quickly. Ruggles Auto Repair has fantastic customer service! Deana was very helpful getting all the information we needed and helping with the breakdown of what needed to be worked on. Victor was fast to help and diagnose what we needed worked on. I would highly recommend them. I had the guys at Ruggles do a post-accident inspection of my car to determine if it was worth fixing. They were very easy to work with, gave helpful input, for a reasonable price. My normal oil change store indicated that I had possible engine/transmission leak and needed my serpentine belt replaced. So I brought my car to Ruggles who s done work on my car before. The technician diagnosed everything! He showed me pictures and explained everything with great detail. The engine/transmission leaks weren t serious but he did recommend future maintenance. He showed me my serpentine belt which was completely cracked all over and had it replaced at the same appointment! Highly recommend Ruggles Auto for all you car maintenance needs! Great people willing to help some Canadians on a road trip out in a time of need, we highly recommend this shop!My boyfriend and I were passing through on a road trip from Calgary to Portland when our centre display/radio stopped working. We searched mechanics in the area and stopped into Ruggles to see if anyone could help us. One gentleman was able to help us with exactly what we needed at no charge (luckily it was an easy 5 minute fix, but we couldn't have done it without his help)! Great, very responsive when it comes to getting parts in, worked on and worked on right. Recommend for anyone in need of a quick fix.Had to go back again, vickor and his team are great. They identify the problem and take care of it .So had to come back a 3rd and my most expensive repair, but if I had 3 hands I would give them 3 thumbs up. My turbo was going out and they did the job; didn't have the part so they ordered the same day from the dealer, had it delivered and installed in the same day. If I have anything to complain about it's the price of parts now and inflation, this is a great crew.

I came in to have my heater fixed, and told them I was pretty sure it just needed a blower motor, thermostat, and/or resistor. The people were courteous and helpful, but After an hour spent 'diagnosing' the issue (which btw cost me $120), I was told it would be $300 for the motor and resistor (I had just watched the receptionist order the parts from ACROSS THE STREET for around $160) plus the additional time they wold need to replace it would have cost an additional $60. I wasn't willing to pay double for the parts, so I simply paid for the hour of their time and left. I saved $140 by getting the parts myself, and as a matter of principal, will be replacing them myself as well.Service: Air conditioning

Recommend these folks to everyone. Friendliest staff and exceptional honest service. Was having transmission issues and they squeezed me in at a moments notice. They will be my go to service station whenever I'm in this area. Can't say enough kind words to describe this business.
