Stopped in the store at 302 W 1st Ave, Toppenish, WA , minutes before closing. Without complaint or attitude, Caesar helped me figure out ( or at least narrow down) what was going on with my car. I know it was after closing by the time he was done helping me, but he never made me feel rushed or like he was inconvenienced. And he was very polite. I'm so grateful for his help and more importantly, his willingness to help. He certainly went above and beyond! You have a keeper there O'Reilly! Thanks Caesar!

Knowledgeable staff. Friendly and helpful. They have had every part i needed in stock for my older vehicle, or get it very quick. Prices are reasonable also.

I Needed to replace a battery that had gone bad while under warranty. Worried that it would be a problem as I had bought it 9 months prior, on the other side of the state, and no receipt not the card it was purchased on.NO WORRIES! They looked up my transaction in their system, assured me the warranty was still good, took out the old battery and had the new one in in no time. I b hardly had time to shop at the Dollar Tree next door! Excellent customer service through and through.

I find more that their customer service is lacking which is a big problem for me! They have great parts and prices but are hit and miss on when the cashiers feel like they want to assist you!

Needed a tail light assembly. I called and talked to Nate, he had what I needed. When I got there he was right there and got the parts I needed after confirming that everything was right. Keep up the good work.

Most of the time have good service but once in a while get sold old parts other customers returned and got their money back for while keeping new parts

Well I got the part I needed but the employees were next to no help at all the only thing they did was stand around talking and I heard the phone ring 4 times and nobody would answer so I'd rather go out of my way to go to auto zone than go there

Not the first time I buy parts here and have been given wrong part... took a part from here to Seattle which was wrong part had no car to move around in over there so had to walk two hours to get the right part!
