Shout out to Joe LV at the Toppenish WA location. He helped me get my flat fixed so I could continue my trip home. Always a good expedience at Les Schwab. Quality products, outstanding service and employees who care continue to make me a Les Schwab customer for life! - Thanks Joe!

Can be busy but that is reflective of the amazing workmanship and customer service. If there's a waiting every employee there is working hard. Wish the same could be said about every where.

Got us in after about 30 min. and had the snow tires put on. Had been quoted 3 hour wait in Yakima , but 2 bags of popcorn and a cup of coffee later it was done in Toppenish. Guess I know what store I'm going to next time!

Took my car in thinking I was going to need a new tire, but they were able to get the nail out and fix it and it didn't cost a thing. Very happy, the staff I dealt with were all very nice.

Cannot complain about this Les Schwab. I took my vehicle to have it serviced and the service that they gave me was excellent. The technician that worked on my vehicle came, talked to me, and even took me to the shop to explain to me the work that would have to be done, so I could see for myself. Given that the part needed would have to be ordered and it was too late in the day to order it, I was given an appointment for the following day, and I was promptly seen, my car was serviced incredibly quickly, and I was able to be on my way. I'm not sure if this is a new thing or if it's a thing with this particular Les Schwab, but the fact that I was given an appointment made my experience that much better, instead of waiting for hours on end as I've had to do at other Les Schwab locations. Kudos to this location for that.

Les Schwab has never steered us wrong at any location.Even on trips, they will help you out,Most importantly, they will help you, even if you didn't buy your tires from them!Once we limped into a location and they were just closing, BUT one of their workers stayed a half hour late to aid us with our problem.That kind of service is enough to make it easy to recommend them & keep returning ourselves.

This morning I was on my way to Vancouver Washington to take my turn as a caregiver for my 98-year-old mother. I had a time commitment to relieve another caregiver. In order to meet this commitment I left very early in the morning. Shortly after I passed Wappato my tire pressure light came on for the second time in a week. This told me something was wrong with the tire. The first time I thought it was just temperature change. GPS took me to the nearest Les Schwab in Toppenish, Washington but unfortunately it was 7 AM and they didn t open until 8 AM. I knocked on the glass door because I saw someone behind the counter and he came out and talked to me. I told him my time commitment situation and he and another employee blessed me by fixing my tire that had a screw in it before hours. They had it done in 10 minutes and refused a tip I wanted to give them because I so appreciated their kindness and expertise. I wish I had asked their names so I could give them credit. As a person of faith, I believe that someone bigger than us had their hand in this blessing because I could have had a flat on Satus pass with no reception for help. God is good and so are Les Schwab Angels.

Always got my tires and inspection done in a bind. And within walking distance of work . I feel I go in enough that they should give me a punch card between me and wife vehicle . We keep hitting nails or curbs

Experienced employees at this location, been going for years and they have never disappointed.Went there today after setting up an appointment on the website, only went in for 2 tires and ended up getting 4 any way. They still beat the expected time frame told on the website, by alot. This is a great crew .

I don t why I still come to this place. I sit outside waiting for them to open and when I get in I ask about getting my car checked out for an alignment and the guy tells me there booked up , So I ask if there s a no show can i get In and the he says are book so again I ask if there is a no show can i get in he finally says yea with a dissuasive attitude almost discouraging like he didn t want the business. I been a account holder probably longer than he s been dressing himself and the service is just unacceptable. Some of the people there need to take a customer service class because it s lacking bad

Unbelievable service and friendliness. Helped me when my car wasn't safe to drive. Repaired it and got me back on the road so I could reach my destination on schedule.

The work ethic of the employees here is very disappointing. I pulled up just to get air and two workers outside stopped doing what they were doing to walk inside the shop as soon as they seen me pull up. This is the worst les Schwab I ve ever visited, I travel and always go to les Schwab wherever I am.

Very rude. bad service. They lost my credit account and then found it after I already purchased with another credit card. I heard bad things, but never believed it until I found out for myself. After they found my credit they made it seem like they wanted me to stick around to talk with me about it. I waited, but they just continued to help other customers like I wasn't there. I waited for about 10 minutes or so and just left. The chick that works the front counter looked kind of upset. I imagine when I go back my credit will be lost again. Waste of a credit check. I will probably apply with another branch. The guys working outside seemed to be pretty top notch.

An hour and a have to have my tires rotated and balanced seem a little excessive to me. took as long to fix a flat a couple weeks ago. So longing fact that I left and went elsewhere. Thought I'd give them another chance but dang! Not to mention the gal behind the counter has been pretty rude every time (not just once) I've come in!! After literally thousands of dollars and years and years of faithful costumer service I am done and will be taking my business elsewhere..

If I could give more, I would! We had a very terrifying incident on the highway. They checked out our car, repaired our tire, and got us back on the road in an hour. Staff was super friendly and helpful. If for some unknown reason we ever have to use this location again, I know we're in good hands. Thank you!

I went in to get my brakes fixed. I asked for new rotors and pads. I was talked out of replacing the pads, now my brakes skid and are not wearing correctly. You can see the uneven wear. So after 3 attempts to remedy the problem, they now want $360 to make it right. Wow. I walked out on the service writer because I was nt getting no where. I will close my account asap

I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband bought a tire there about 2 months ago and it blew out on the highway last night. He took his car in this morning to get a replacement tire because his tire should have been under warranty. He was told that they wouldn't replace it BECAUSE HE DROVE ON THE TIRE TO GET SAFELY OFF HIGHWAY. What kind of customer service is this? I guess they expected him to sit in the middle of a highway waiting on a tow truck???

This place is what I call good clean customer service ..dealing with people and there cars. Is close to impossible but I witnessed two lady's handle it like a BOSS. And the tire techs manage what I call a free for all uptick in customers. In long version. Thay organized clean and running full bore so great job guys and gals you earned it !!

So I've taken my car there for service a few times for the same issue and was getting the run around from Don. He didnt seems to care or want to resolve the issue. So I talked to Gilbert and he took the time to listen and helped solve the issue. Just picked it up and the car isnt making any noise. Thanks for going the extra mile! We truly appreciate it! Now we feel safe.

Had a tire loosing a tire loose wheel weights and am from out of town. Needed it to be balanced and they said it was to late to help me with 30 minutes to closing. Should have taken them 10 minutes to balance it. Very dissapointed in this les schwab.

These men took time to fix our car since it was our only means of transportation and charged us a low rate of $45 . They even took time after they closed to finish our car to make sure it was safe to drive. Thank you.

They wouldn't work on my vehicle because of the mechanic work on it was not done with the way they were going to be upselling the hell out of my girl. Trying to get over a thousand dollars more just to get a alignment

Was couple days late but still got negative response on my credit score. I understand if couple months or not paying at all report it but couple days late. I make payment every month.

Super great, fast, friendly service. We blew a tire about 20 miles out of town on the horse trailer. Over 100 degrees and the horses ahd been in their hot tin can for hours already. Changed out to the spare and stopped in to Les Schwab to replace the spare before we headed over the mountains. They got us taken care of in under 15 minutes, pointed us to shade to park the trailer while we waited, then filled our water bucket to give the hot ponies a drink before heading out. Thank you everyone at Toppenish Les Schwab!
