Always feel rushed in this auto parts, they make me feel like they just want me to buy and leave. It doesn't seem like any know much about vehicles so they don't answer my questions. Thankfully there's an O'Reilly's close by.

Usually have the parts I need and if not they can ship them pretty quick.... prices used to be good but they are now getting outrageous.. helpers are courteous but lines can be long at times..

They didn t know what they were doing we told them if they take the battery out it s gonna desprograma and he stayed silent and he said he dosent work with it I want it out of business

Worst customer services.Waited on hold over 10 mins hang up call back to be put on hold. Drive to the store, only 2 people in the store ( they are browsing so no one is helping them). I'm still on hold.. while the 3 people worker are chatting behind the counter....O'Reilly may be more costly for parts but at least they actually help you.. .

Ricardo's customer service was very helpful, his enormous butt was knocking everything over and he had me acting up no kizzy. Highly reccomend kissing him, 10/10 lips ON GOD!

If you feel like waiting forever to not be helped. No sense of urgency or crappy customer service, this is the place for you. Estimated wait time, til they feel like moving on. 1 worker in between phones, other slow as molasses. Hate coming to this place.

Needed a low beam replacement for my pick up and Jose was of great assistance. He went the extra mile by pulling out the blown bulb and placing the new one in.I would recommend the Toppenish Auto Zone for your auto part needs.

Its a half-hour before closing and the manger accused me of trying to hustle them with my life time warrenty battery. When I tried to ask a question the manager interupted me with a smart remark and walked away from me.

No customer service what so ever! They gave me the wrong battery, wrong lighter adapter, and they didnt even try to help me with my light bulbs. One guy looked high like his eyes were about to pop out, refused to help smh worst place to go...never again!!! Dont waste your time!!!

We rolled in with a dead battery due to a failed alternator 200 miles from home and received excellent care from Daniel. Very impressed with the service!

Called & the guy asked me what I wanted then asked to put me on hold & was on hold for 15 minutes so hung up & just went to the store. Sad worker can't answer a phone properly

I needed weather items for my vehicle. They helped me out wipers on. Found me winter windshield washer fluid. Helped me find a reasonable priced headlight.

Every time I come here I receive rude customer service. It s always an inconvenience for me to have to go an extra 20 miles into another city just to get the right service that this store is supposed to provide and advertises as such.

I called and asked if they would change out the batteries. They said yes. They came out changed out the battery and away we went.
