Terrible service, the owner is arrogant and Rude and Ratero. I charged for a service and he did not perform it. He left me waiting for 2 hours and he did not serve me. Terrible service. NOOO I recommend it.

I blew a tire on my SUV on the interstate a few miles away and rolled into their shop unannounced. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and even though they don t generally work on cars, they had a set of tires they were willing to put on my car. They let me pick wild blackberries out of their yard while I waited and told me exactly what went wrong with my tire and how much life I have left in my brakes (all without me asking, I super appreciate a shop who s willing to tell me exactly what s going on). 10/10 experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have good prices. Saved just over $500 on four tires and rims when compared to Les Schwab. The reason I didn't give them five stars is because the inner rims of my set of duals were still dirty. I didn't expect them to polish them but they could have at least cleaned them. I'm still going to go back to get the rest of my tires for my rig

Great service. Have been a tremendous help to me since I moved to the area. Just wish they did cars too. They would have all my business. Highly recommend.

They don't normally fix car tires the do miss big truck and heavy equipment tires. The guy working was very helpful and went out of his way to get me safely back on the road.

Blew out our trailer tires on the i5 and gave them a call. We went over as they had the tires on hand. They were super helpful, quick and they let us borrow their floor Jack which was a life saver on the side of the freeway. Thank you

His customer service was horrible. He acted more put out that we were there. He told us our inside tire on our axle was not lined up properly To the next rim. He said he can fix it for 50 bucks. I'm handicapped and I couldn't look for myself. He told another employee to help us out. They both smiled and laughed So I figured they were scamming me. So I told him never mind and that I would take Somewhere else. And then he said G** d*** it. Who takes the Lord's name in vain towards a customer? Turns out it was not even necessary. Would not recommend his company. Negative 3 stars.Shame on you For trying to take advantage of people.

Just an awesome business. Accommodating and got the job done with a flat on my motor home no fuss, plus a great sense of humour . 10/10 highly recommend

Very unprofessional. I stopped by for a professional opinion about my steer tires and the young gentleman barely looked at them.He certainly was quick to suggest buying new ones though.I was originally going to buy a used set of steers but the mechanic had the audicicy to offer a mixed set and one was patched. I have a hard time trusting my life on a patched steer tire.They didn't ask if I wanted balancing beads but instead added them for which they gladly charged me for.They didn't tell me to come back after 100 miles for a free re torque which is standard practice.Very unprofessional and very ghetto shop.Never again.

Once again Matt saves my day! Of course right when he was closing the gate to leave for the evening I come limping in with my nearly flat tire with valve stem issues. He opens the gate right back open for me for the 3rd or 4th time now. He stayed over an hr late for me and sold me 4 new super nice tires for my BMW. His professionalism and his kindness make him a huge asset to this company! Thanks Matt. I appreciate you and R & R Tire Co Inc immensley!FYI This tire co just isnt for big semi truck tires like I used to think it was. So ask em about any size tire for your needs. You will get a great deal! I went to tire place downtown Winlock. They wanted over $800!! Plus I wouldve had to wait for them to be shipped to the store a few days. I had the flat went to R & R and seen Matt and I got 4 barely used nice ones for less than half that price and I didnt have to wait for shipping at all!

Mike was very nice & he saw to it my tires were rotated and the tires are special order, so I told him i would be back Thursday 4 the new tires...they checked the brakes for me also and said they were fine and the rotation should hold till Thursday delivery ...I told them i have noticed this car sliding all over the FWY during wet weather and car was not that way previously-the tread has worn down @ 32,838 mileageThanks for the rotation and ive been reasurred about the tires not popping and stripping apart on the freeways here !! Will be back on Thursday 4 the new tires...
