Richard, our Salesman, was very knowledgeable about all the tractors and attachments for sale. A very large selection of new and used tractors. Richard was straight to the point with a fair price and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right tractor. We purchased a 5520ch with a snow blade and pallet forks. Will do business with again in the future!

Had a great experience purchasing a tractor from TractorCo.com! Impressive service from office staff writing up the order to the staff in sales and service... Well worth the drive from Puyallup! After a year of using the Mitsubishi told Mitch needed a bigger one, upgraded to 28hp and gave me what I paid for the first one great company.

The experience from start to finish was great, Richard the associate who sold me the tractor was and is helpful for any information or assistance I need. The driver that performed the drop off was polite and on time. Even the finance company has been great to deal with. This whole process has been great and I look forward to continuing a relationship with this dealer for years to come!

Horrible service, owner is arrogant won t help you unless you buy his tractors. Repairs shouldn t require upfront payment! take your business anywhere else

TractorCo worked with us to get a great piece of equipment. Being from Oregon, it took a little longer to get all the paperwork together from our business. They held the used tractor for us so we could accomplish that. Not every business is willing to do that. I highly recommend them.

What a lovely business to work with. Professional, prompt and quality service. Would highly recommend buying a tractor and getting service work done! Owner opened up and showed us tractor on a Sunday as we were driving by! Almost same day service on maintenance!

I bought my mitsubishi D2350 in a private sale. Getting parts for mitsubishi tractors is not exactly easy and the previous owner recommended to go to these guys for any parts or questions I may need/have. After reaching out to them they responded with "we can only justify our time to tractors we've personally sold"I'm literally just trying to find parts to purchase, but because I didn't buy my tractor from them they wont help me. Jokes on them because I'm looking to upgrade to a newer tractor soon and I personally can't justify my time or money to a business like this one.Rebuttle to their reply- every business model is to support the people who buy from them its called customer service. It's not entitlement, I simply approached you to buy parts. If you don't want to sell to me fine it's whatever. But I do have the right to inform people that you're business refuses to help customers that haven't purchased a tractor from you. I also have the right to take my money and spend it on another dealer who provides a better customer service then this place.

I called and talked to them over the phone about a new tractor. They were over 9000 dollars more delivered then keno tractors! Trevor Nystrom at keno was extremely Pleasant to deal with compared to the tractorco.

One of the best experiences I've had with buying equipment in my life. Mitch, the owner is honest, prompt, courteous and ethical. I looked everywhere for a reasonably priced small tractor and TractorCo was the only dealer I found who had what I needed and delivered on their promise. Thank you accgain Mitch.

This place is great! Extremely helpful staff, no pressure sales. They showed us around and explained everything to us. We went one week to look, and then to thought it over. And then went back the next week after placing our order to go pick up our tractor, backhoe and augur! BEST PURCHASE EVER!!! It has already paid for itself! GO!! Buy a tractor from them!! Great deal!

If I could rate you less I would. We waited months to get a tractor because they didn't want to take off the backhoe on the one they had. We had to call multiple times because Mitch wouldn't communicate. After the tractor finally got there they tried to sell us the backhoe again! No communication on what hitch we would need for the trailer, didn't tell us they had a location closer to our house even though they knew where we were coming from.

TractorCo has a lot of great used/refurbished small tractors. They also have new Branson small tractors along with a variety of implements. When selecting and purchasing my tractor Mitch was patient and helpful, and informative.

Called and made an appointment to look at the tractors, no high pressure to buy and they let me test drive them around the parking lot, big variety and lots of tractors to chose from, ended up buying a 32hp yanmar.
