Clean, safe restroom. Windshield cleaning stations,well lit, but my only complaint was the air compressor machine kept my $1.50 in quarters, and the attendant wouldn't refund or offer compensation. A cup of coffee would have been a nice gesture, though he did say I could come back or call to chat with someone higher up to voice my concerns. I said I live in Kent, so I won't be able to come back. The world doesn't end over $1.50, and I do understand he can't leave the counter. We wanted him to relay to post that it isn't functioning properly, signage would be helpful.All my experiences here have been great aside from that, and a friendly staff. I miss Lucky though! Nice guy.I will definitely return here as I feel very safe here. (despite prices of indoor snacks being pricy) lol

This is a great place to gas up get food get drinks and use the bathroom everything is clean and tidy. The staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to get gasoline and everything else you need!

They have a huge sign that says "Best Food Ever"...the food? Your basic gas station, stale, sat in the case since 6 am kind of Food. Workers aren't friendly, they always look annoyed and tend to make you feel like an inconvenience. There are portapotties right in front of the store and smell AWFUL. They're just gross and dirty. The prices are atrocious. A box of Mac and cheese there is $5, just to give you an idea of their price gouging. The only thing good about them, is that they're one of the cheapest in gas in kittitas county. All I know, is I wouldn't want my name attached to such a gross, poorly operated, and overpriced business.

I always stop at shrees on my way to the yakima valley for fuel and snacks. They have a huge variety of refreshing drinks and to go food! Hope you don't mind Porta potties as they don't have inside bathrooms. But a little outside restroom never hurt no one. Thank you shrees travel plaza!BBV

Please don't use the excuse of minority or being a woman or LGBT, as I am as well and you using it as a pivot towards your wrong doings is classless. Wrong is wrong. I am an avid traveler over the country and stopped here where I used my card that was charged $150 on each swipe due to it not going through as the message said "see cashier" as I was at the pump. Charged an additional $35 inside as I tried to pay for gas but was declined. Luckily the bank caught it and was able to dispute the fraudulent charges here at this establishment. Beware when stopping here and pay with cash only. Drive the extra miles down the road for other station. Disappointing.EDIT: I couldn't fill up here because your machine tried to charge me $335 which alerted my bank of fraudulent charges your station tried to take without my knowledge. I had to drive further down the road to fill up my vehicle. You try to take money from people. Read other reviews, this isn't new.

I usually love stopping here to and from Seattle because they always have the best prices on gas. However, tonight the 2 male employees treated me with complete disrespect and encouraged other male customers to treat me with the same attitude of being superior. There was me and one male in line behind me. I had told the cashier that my food purchase would be separate from my purchase of cigarettes. Before the screen to input my pin came up for food purchase he was trying to get me out of the line to help the male behind me while the other employee was standing behind the counter watching. I asked what their cheapest menthol cigarette was and three times he aggressively stated he didn't know as if I should just automatically know the answer to my own question. After the third I don't know, the other employee told me which brand. At which, I replied OK yeah ill take those. He then asked if I wanted shorts or 100s. I replied I wanted just the regular menthols not the long ones. He gave me a look that I felt he was thinking I'm dumb. After repeating myself two more times I finally was able to make a simple cigarette purchase. I have no problem paying more for gasoline just for some common courtesy. Definitely not getting my business anymore!!!!

Firstly, you couldn't pay me to use the vile porta-potties that are their restroom option. Before even opening the door of one, the smell was so overwhelming that I left even though there was a very real risk of my bladder exploding.The gas pumps have made me go inside to see the rather grumpy cashier both times I've stopped here.Yes, fuel is ten cents cheaper here than others nearby, but just five minutes down the highway there's both a Loves and Pilot which both have very lovely restrooms with gas pumps that don't force you to go inside to make them work. I'll pay an extra dollar to fill my tank there any day.And yes, I did make it to the bathroom in time.

Went to use my card when about to pump gas and it immediately said see cashier so I went inside and ended up paying $20 in cash. When I went back out to pump my gas I had a text from my bank saying I had a fraud warning and that $150 was taken out of my account at Shree s even though I didn t use my card. My bank then called me to see if I made this $150 transaction to which I was very upset and said no I didn t even use my card. Luckily I was able to get the charge off. I went to look at the reviews on here and I m seeing other people have had the same experience. So please only pay with cash at this gas station. I think the chip readers at the pump don t work properly.

I am 100% sure this is the gas station I got falsely charged not once but twice. (Me and my sisters card.. thought it was a bad chip reader or something. Checked transactions...). Be wary only use cash here to pump your gas if you must fuel up. The workers were very rude so just pay and go. Drive the extra miles to the next gas station if you can. Road trip from NC to Washington nearly ruined because of this sad exscuse of a gas station. Save your self the headache and go on to another one please. AVOID THIS ONE

A must stop for gas or food, Prices are to be expected for the location remember supply and demand. Shrees is a beakin of light on the long drive from North to East or the other way around. It's a high traffic spot and shree's has provided portable restrooms for there large clientele base.(Remember to put the seat down after helps to vent the smell) Hell it's not the best Truck Stop. But it's damn near the only one.

Great gas prices. The facilty was clean and friendly, well lite. They had inside and out side bathrooms which where very clean and not smelly. I would recommend stopping at any of these locations. It is also owned by and operated by a female owner. So support local businesses.

Love this place and the one in George,WashingtonI wish they could take over the one in ritzville I probably wouldn't stop anywhere else ....not to mention they fly one of the biggest flags I love it!

Absolutely disgusting. Can't believe anyone would buy anything edible from here it's the dirtiest place I've ever set foot in. Bathroom was so disgusting and the whole place looks like it has never been cleaned in it's entire existence. Toilet doesn't flush, and the porta potties outside are filled to the lid. This place is a health hazard. Stop elsewhere.

Good lil roadside stop! Amazing deli case and every snack you can think of. And the fuel prices are second to none. I commuted boise to seattle for the past year and i make Shrees my regular stop going both ways. Staff has always been nice too! Stop once and youll be a regular too

The gas stop is very convenient for travel. It's busy but no long wait. They have Porta pottys which I don't care for.

Advertised fuel price was $3.33 for Regular grade gasoline, according to giant sign visible from I-90. We paid $3.86 for Plus grade gasoline. We should have paid closer attention, but I have never seen such a significant price disparity from regular to plus grades before now and would not have purchased fuel at this location had we noticed this before.

Very busy place but the Thorpe Antique Mall next to it is worth stopping. Shree's is the cheapest place for gas btwn Spokane and Seattle.

As a trucker one of the worst things to have happen is a break down in the fuel island. This happened to me today at the Shree s Travel Plaza. The owner and staff were so kind and understanding. They brought me water and let me use cones to stop other trucks from lining up behind me. As a bonus they display a gigantic American flag to welcome all people to their place. Add to that a great fruit market and antique mall on sight ad you have a great hometown place to fuel up and stop for a test while you re on the road. A big THANK YOU to the owner and staff!

Great place to stop, grab a cold drink or hot drink. Offers hot foods, clean store. Clean inside restrooms, also outhouses in front of store in case the inside restrooms are full. Great place to stop for fueling up both regular gas and diesel. These are both self serve fueling stations. Offers parking for both regular passenger customers and truckers. Very friendly staff always welcoming customers with a smile and wave.

Thank you Torii Betts for excellent customer service today! My driver lost fuel receipt that I must keep in my records and when I called to see if I can get a copy of it, Torii found it and emailed it to me within minutes. Thanks again Terri! Fife stars!

I would give zero if I could. The place is disgusting, and be careful if you want to get a drink there as you might end up in the hospital. After putting some ice in a cup, I decided I wouldn't dare to drink anything from there as the handle had some greasy-sticky stuff. I complained about the drinks fountain, and the workers can't do anything if the manager doesn't want to do anything, and they don't want to pay for cleaning. They probably treat their employees the same way. The porter potties are so horrendously smelly that even with a mask, I was sickened. The health administration should shoot down this place. I have never in my life saw such a dirty place in my life.

Don t purchase electronics of any kind here. They won t do anything but exchange for the same cheap Chinese apple knockoff. It s not written or told when purchasing.

Best Prices for gas that's For sure . There Bathrooms Aren't thee best Most time's we stop but this Place is ALWAY'S BUSY! they need to hire someone just For the Bathroom .
