Interesting group of people that work here. But they have a huge stock of just about anything you can think of. I ve never left this location not having bought exactly what I came in to purchase.

These people are very friendly as are the customers. The man that waited on me took the time to explain the problem I m having with my truck and sold me the item he thought might eliminate the problem. Bingo, problem solved.

If you need anything for your vehicle, this is the place to shop. Very knowledgeable & friendly staff. If they don't have the product you need in stock, they are happy to order it for you from another location. Things are usually shipped in a timely manner. Everything is almost always of the utmost quality.

I asked a worker go give me a minute. So, he said "get the ++++ out."I felt crowded and needed some space. I used english to ask for this.[Edit] Go ahead, air the 'circumstances' for which I was not forthcoming. I hope they're having a better day today, because their response to me speaks more to them having a bad day and not at all toward my behavior.

I was hauling a fifth wheel trailer and broke a break line on my vehicle. I had only the brakes from my trailer. I asked the guy who was working if he had a break line for my vehicle and he said no I would have to remove it first because he didn't want to look up the size. I was really surprised that he was employed being that lazy or inept that he couldn't do his job. I would not buy anything from this place. Most likely you will get the wrong parts and might not be able to return them.

If you can choose anybody else to work with besides Ralph do so, because Ralph is rude, has no customer service skills, and is not willing to help you find or locate what you need to get the job done. Scotty is a superior person to work with at Napa. Never had any problems with him, just Ralph.

They were so awesome he took his time helping me make sure I had the right part instead of just pushing me through the line made sure I had exactly what I needed great store awesome staff highly recommended thank u Napa auto parts in Tenino

Dont recommend they wont honor there battery warranty even though my cars battery was leaving me stranded 400 in 2 batteries i had to goto autozone and purchase another battery and was out the 120+ on the one battery. Like scotty in this location but they have a newer old guy in there whom does not belong in customer service i will no longer shop at this tenino location and i will just go to autozone from now on

Lots of stuff in that little store. Employee was super friendly and helpful. Made you feel welcome. Knew other customers on first name basis.

the customer service at this store is absolutely horrible the old guy behind the counter is very rude and can't seem to find the right parts without arguing with me about it. I will never use this store again.

The company i work for has a account here. We have them find random and crazy stuff most of the time not even automotive related almost every day. We may drive them crazy but there never anything but helpful.
