I was in the market for a 1st time car for my granddaughter. Everything I looked at was more than i could afford, or had very high mileage.. I saw a 2003 Saturn at Westcoast Auto with only 84,000 miles so I drove the 90 miles to Westcoast Auto with my granddaughter to check out the car. After looking at the car, one of the employee's took a picture of my license, gave me the keys and said enjoy the test drive.. So far so good. The car handled great except the wiper arm on the driver side went past the windshield and stuck straight out... Humm! We cut the road test short and headed back. I explained to the person who gave me the keys, ( I don't remember his name) but he was very nice about the wipers. I also pointed out the missing window in the left rear door, plus I mentioned the poor condition of both headlights... (Not a deal breaker) We went inside and I gave a deposit to get things started. I met the owner Ali who explained a little about the car and gave me a great deal on it. Since the car had to be sent out to get the window fixed, I left and came back up the following Saturday. After paying the balance, the car was brought around to the front. To my surprise, they had not only washed the car, but also cleaned and detailed the interior and cleaned and detailed the engine compartment. Also, without me asking, they replaced both headlight units for me, and took care of the rear window. The whole wiper motor had been replaced with a new one so now the wipers work properly. I could not be happier. I read some bad reviews on Westcoast Auto,?? but they treated me with respect and consideration. I will definately be going back when the time comes and I will let my friends know about them. It was a bit of a drive, but well worth it. Thank you Ali and team for a nice experience....Terry B.

I was in need of a decent car very quickly and I have to say this experience here has been great. I worked with Mo and he was very helpful and honestly went above and beyond, which meant a lot because I wasn t even purchasing an expensive vehicle. Everyone that I worked with was very helpful and Debbie answered any questions I had. They had a wide variety of vehicles within any budget. Definitely check this place out!

I loved the service here yall. They are all super nice and very reliable cars. They gave me a chance to pay the rest of my stuff later. Very professional and very good sales men! Got my good old car here for a good price! Ali helped us out and got us set up with a good car!

Buying a car from this dealership was a very fun and good business experience. We shared a lot of laughs and they were overall just a great vibe and good. Ive been to 4 different dealerships and they were the only one that didn t make me feel like they were pushing me to just pick and car because they wanted money. They worked with me with the price of the car I picked. They got me in a car same day and it s a reliable running car. I highly recommend west coast auto center for anybody who wants to purchase a vehicle. Moe was the dealer that helped I highly recommend working with him be walked me through almost every car it took about two hours and he was very patient during the whole process of me making my decision.

They sold me a car that was messed up and i paid 8000 for it and was stuck with it had no way of getting it fixed that was all my money an totally wouldn't even help me at all. This car wasn't even legal to be selling i found out it wasn't even safe to be driving!! They unhooked battery so the check engine light wouldn't be on. Really screwed me. Big time. Never again.

So i came here with my boyfriend looking for a decent car. Very unprofessional experience. For 1, they showed us 2 cars that need more work done than what the cars were worth. The second car ( all black Mazda) BARELY had brakes and was very unsafe to drive. No idea why they even allowed us to test it. For 2, i was sitting in the driver s side checking it out, the older guy reached over my lap and started messing with the air in the car, basically laying in my lap and touching me. Very uncomfortable and poor experience here. Do not trust these people.

I recently purchased a car from West Coast Auto Center and I had a great experience! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they helped me find the perfect car for my needs. The process was smooth and quick, and I felt like I got a great deal. I highly recommend West Coast Auto Center to anyone in the market for a new or used car! Very quick and easy experience.

Great deal, no hassles - Great place to buy! I bought a used Porsche, possibly one of the riskiest things one could do. But the folks at Westcoast were up front about the condition of the car, gave me space and time to do a thorough checkout, and made me a very fair deal on my trade-in as well. After weeks of getting the run-around at other places, I got what I wanted for a better than expected price at Westcoast. Well worth the drive from Seattle and beyond! Would buy again for sure.This isn't a flashy, high frills operation, but who needs or wants to pay for that anyways? They are no-pressure, no-nonsense, and easy to deal with. Seem to have a great selection of foreign and domestic vehicles, and the sales guys know their stuff. Do your self a favor and give these guys a try!-Aaron in Seattle WA

This is the second car we have purchased from them and will be purchasing a third soon. They are very easy to work with and very professional. After being royally screwed by a different lot, I was very happy with their professionalism. They filled out all the dol paperwork online right in front of us, so I knew everything was handled correctly. The vehicle we wanted had an issue with the headlights and they fixed it right there.

I bought a car from here in April. I was told the car should be good for another 5-10 years. I think the owner really meant 5-10months. The car needed a new thermostat, thermostat sensor, raidiator pump and it didn't even have an oil change before it sold. Buyers beware! Now 4 months later the transmission is misfiring! Suburu said it needs a new transmission that will come out to about 5900$. New things come up every month! Just because you think it's a "good price" it's really becasue you're going to have to pay out of pocket to fix it. Save your money and go else where!

I came to look at a Chrysler 200 and left with a Chevy Malibu thanks to the great customer service that Ali provided me. He wasn't pushy, he only offered me choices and let me decide. I'd refer any of my friends here if they are in the market for a car!

Okay so I've read all of the reviews, I researched the `hole in the wall" dealership before even thinking about dealing with these guys and let me say this I had to leave atleast a one in order to leave a review and since Google won't allow me to leave zero stars I am going to make sure the treatment I recvd is known to any and all that are considering purchasing a vehicle from WCAC ..allow me to introduce you to the way they treated me, a deaf college student as well cancer patient ..i needed a reliable vehicle for school and doctor appointments...I found one at WCAC but there were 6 different prices for the same car..sadik Ali taffy and another gentleman all messaged me telling me to ask for them and when I stated that the price that they had told me was completely different from any price told to me or posted on market place..they each came back with a reply as in ask for them and they'll get me a good price... with the lowest being $2700 total and the highest $3900 total..I told each one that I needed the exact price so that I can pull it out of savings..when no one answered I brought down $2900.. by the way there was an exhaust leak and reeked of gas and was very loud as well as the brakes needed to be done ..well they had me come back so they could get the car ready and I told the guy I am bringing $2900. Right? And he said yep..see ya tomorrow around 3 and I called and confirmed and he never informed me of the price being higher..well I get there and BTW I had no transportation I am relying on someone else since i live in olympia...I get there and they are still working on the car which is no big deal but then they tell me that it's no longer $2700 and it's going to be atleast $3500..seriously? You are that greedy? They already knew my situation and still proceeded to take me for a very overpriced ride..it's not my fault they did what I told them that I would do (I could get done for a hell of alot cheaper) than what they were charging me) and they then proceeded to speak their native language so that I wouldn't know what was being said, but I am not stupid and I can understand tone and body language and when taffy taps his pen on his fingertips he is trying to figure out the best way to railroad someone..just fyi..I am in college taking psychology...i plan to become a substance abuse counselor..well when taffy did that move he started telling me how much things cost and I again am not stupid, I know many mechanics (hence the reason I told him I would fix it) he tried giving me the " good price" of $2700 and then started tacking on the labor and parts and all the work they did... blah blah blah..well a good dealer won't sell you a car with bad or no brakes,it's foul and I believe it's against the law..so I shouldn't have to pay for them,then he wants to charge me for the exhaust leak that I told him I would have fixed plus taxes license blah blah blah To the tune of $3900!!!!!.. I said " then I can't get it" And good old taffy says what? "Oh that's too bad. I know we can sell it for $3900" and proceeded to talk to his staff and not me.and left me sitting there looking snd feeling like a fool,and i left in tears with them laughing and waving their hands like in a go away gesture.. of all the heartless ,humiliating,insulting,mortifying and degrading experiences a person could have!!!! DONT GO TO WEST COAST AUTO CENTER!!!!! They don't care about you,they care about the money they get from you,but if they can't,then they resort to being a hateful bully.

The best service I have ever received. Got few cars from here for my friends and family. Excellent customer service. One time I didn t have money for for the registration fees. the guy name Ali gave me a week to pay. That was a great help. Definitely recommend!!!!

Just bought a 2009 Lexus for my mother! My daughter and I were at the end of our day of car shopping when we stumbled onto Westcoast Auto Center. We had such a great experience talking with Ali and discussing car details. He was super informative and looked stuff up on each car we were interested on the fly answering tons of questions and allowing us to test drive many cars. We came home with a car that was just the right price point for us and way more car than we expected. He encouraged us to get a pre-buyer inspection and was super patient with us. Great experience all around!

My sales man was extremely nice and helpful. The cars we test drove had a few things wrong with them and one of them had mold all over the seatbelt and it got all over my sons shirt. I loved the 21 year old sales person but the other guy was extremely pushy. I didn t get either names.

I have never purchased a used car before.....this place...ALI.....and all people that work are awesome....patient and willing to help you find the perfect vehicle for your money. I have gone to 6 other dealerships and this place by far has the best selection!

When I asked about the special financing that their business street sign boasted, I was told that they "no longer do that because the new owner is Muslim". I don't know what Religion has to do with giving what you're advertising, but... thanks.

This place will take your money for a garbage car. Look at the BBB web site see the reviews and complaints. They sell cars that insurance company's have said are a total loss. They don't fix them well just enough to to seem ok .they don't tell you about the car history

Car s transmission went out in less than a month of owning it. Had it repaired only to find out the engine also had damage that couldn t be fixed. The odometer was also rolled back and messed with. The car salesman wasn t exactly friendly neither. Buy at your own risk!

Ali was so patient and helpful, gave us a fair discount on the vehicle so that we could make repairs. They let us get thee vehicle inspected and figure out what needed to get fixed. 10/10 would buy from them again.
