Best care, and concern in town. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and take their time to explain things in a way that I can understand easily, and apply it at home. That being said the staff here is human, sometimes mistakes happen, sometimes attitudes run high. We don t know what kind of day they are having, or what is going on in their life. Been coming here for years, and even the worst service at this store is better than the best service anywhere else! I will always come to Tacoma wesco to see Barry, Cody, Tim, and Tracy

Little like Jekyll and Hide. Maybe it's good one day. Then they Spit in your soup and throw things at you.I've had great service here, then a few days later a bi-polar employee throw things at me. I like supporting local brick and mortar but after BJ's recent intemperate outrage, I will just order codes online cheaper from elsewhere.You just don't know from day to day if you will get good service and quality.

The guys working on this day were friendly and what impressed me was the fact that the gentleman who was helping me was not sure which product would be best for my particular needs so he excused himself and sought out a coworker with more knowledge than him. Now most guys would walk away and go do something else but not this guy he listened to our conversation and soaked it up and even had a couple of good questions. I would recommend coming and seeing these guys if you have a need for auto body supplies, I know I will.

Had a young guy say he would match a color for me the next day and told me he would spend the time it took to get it right. I came back late the next day and and he said oh, let me get that for you. Minutes later he comes back with the paint and says its a great number 9 match. No time getting it right, he just passed it off to me with no help on the match. No it was not right but I will use it any way. Disappointed in his effort.

Always had a great experience here with the guys! Cody in particular is always friendly and has great advice and knowledge. My go to place for my paint needs

I went to this store with just basic knowledge. The guy that helped me was great. He advised me and taught about the paint and ect I bought and the job was perfect. I was worried about the price and it was less than expected. Very helpfull. I don't know the name of the person that helped me but he was a you man in his 20s

I have been working with Wesco before the bought LDI, 30 some years. Barry has always been a constant. My go to when I decide to step out of my comfort level as a Jack-of-all-trades.

Do not go to this tacoma location they are rude and inconsiderate again if you want to use Wesco autobody supply chain. and you happen to be in Renton Wa Area!!' then you need to go see Shelley she is awesome!!! and then if you go down to Auburn location. see the folks in there wonderful good people but far as the people in Tacoma's location!!! on S. Tacoma Way!!!! do not go there they are rude and inappropriate !! And for the word inappropriate the gentleman there with all the tattoos mid age 30-year-old guy knows who I'm talking about with the round earring in his ear at the front desk that guy thanks for your service that guy.... Oh and by the way I've been going and using West Coast supply for years but I think that will be changing thank you.. I guess we will go to Sherwin Williams on down the road your other competitor/Internet;)

I went in to purchase a face mask and the employee behind the counter would not give me a price on what I asked for and instead insisted that I purchased something that was 20 times more expensive. It's really frustrating when I'm trying to buy something that they clearly have for sale and they won't even sell it to me. Needless to say I won't be going back here ever again.

Today I came here to get a paint matched and the employee who was working the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. From the moment I walked in his attitude towards me was unwelcoming and very unprofessional. He used profanity when he addressed me. I left with out getting my paint matched and very disappointed in this company. Wesco needs to seriously consider reevaluating the employees they have working for them.

The man at the front counter was very rude and disrespectful when I was trying to make a purchase. He refused to answer any of my questions and was not helpful AT ALL. I will never be coming back to this store because of his attitude. TRACY MAYO is his name according to the business card he gave me.

Asked Wesco in Tacoma to mix paint for a 60 year old car. Cody the paint tech used a camera to get it close then added more tinting to get an exact match. We left a panel for the car to they could take there time to get it right. Very pleased with the results. Thank you Cody.

After reading the poor reviews, I was sceptical. I had a good experience and they had a HUGE selection of colors available. Prices are VERY reasonable and they offer a military discount.

Was at this store a while back for some car paint the service was not too bad but they weren't very helpful, main thing is the price. They charge way too much would not go back. I went to ldi paint shop in tacoma way better service and I paid 1/3 of the price for the same supplies.

The autobody shop on Center St. closed down and I found this store on S. Tacoma Way. I work on a project car at home (57 Chevy wagon) and needed more supplies so stopped by during my lunch break. I was pleasantly surprised to see the wide variety of supplies available and when I talked with the proprietor he was very knowledgeable and helped me select some filler. I plan on making this store my new autobody supply shop. Would very much recommend this store to others.Tom Hubbell
