I had such a great experience here. Everyone was super friendly and professional! I can tell they just wanted me to choose the vehicle I wanted. They listened to the needs and wants of mine and gave me the best choices that fit those. Didn't feel rushed or pressured into purchasing one of their new cars. Joey Geracy, the sales manager, did his best to make me happy driving off the lot. He succeeded. Tyrik, the buyers assistant, was also very friendly and made us feel comfortable.I highly recommend them! There are so many used and new choices with pretty good deals. I was surprised!

If you re in the market for a new vehicle and want someone who listens to your wants and needs without making the experience feel pushy, I would highly recommend working with Ben. From start to finish he made this an enjoyable experience, and was also great at entertaining my toddler and providing ALL the snacks to keep him happy. This will be my second purchase from this dealership, and Jana upfront is just my favorite so glad she came back out of retirement! Thank you for a GREAT experience

Both Ben, Sarah did an excellent job of customer service. Ben went above and beyond to find us the vehicles we wanted. Sarah made the paperwork fast and easy to understand. They made our car buying experience pleasant. The sales manager, Brian, was very helpful in getting us a good price.

I really appreciated the willingness of staff to negotiate on the price of the car. The staff overall were exceptional. My only negative was they didn't know how to answer some of my questions about electric cars and there wasn't enough support on car features and the subscriptions that are tied to using them.

Update to this review .Larson has been so amazing from the day we got our car. They are patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had a terrible experience at another dealership that really left me so stressed out and feeling overwhelmed. I called Larson and they got me in right away, confirmed that the other dealership was in fact not correct in their assessment, and even sent me photos of the problem.Every employee is sweet and knowledgeable. Their service department is top notch!I cannot recommend them enough! Larson, you ROCK!

Bought my ID4 from Larson and have had nothing but great things to say so far. The buying experience was great, and got a great deal. I've had the car for a few months and noticed on the app there was an open recall. Got the service scheduled and they did the inspection service and recall service. Overall, I would highly recommend checking them out for your service and car buying.

I did not not need a sales person as I knew exactly what I was looking for and was just a matter of if it worked out.Ben was helpful but not pushy.That s all I needed. Was a pleasure to work with.If only the process could have gone faster, but that had nothing to do with him.Overall very satisfied.

Been about a month since I bought my Atlas. Went in with preapproval. Got the run around on that. But it worked out in the end. All the typical sales stuff. Fine. Sales guy walks me over to service with the "we will always take care of you speech". Even a loaner car if my car would be there for multiple days. 1 week later the front camera system stopped working. I make an appointment. I was told that because of the issue it would need to be there for at least 48hrs. I asked for a loaner and was told arrangements would need to be made. I get a text confirmation for the appointment. I should have kept it. A week out. I call to confirm appointment multiple times and to make sure I'd have a loaner. I left messages. No call back. I finally have to call and talk to a sales guy who was nice enough to go to service and make contact with someone just to hear that my appointment is not there and no loaner. I made the appointment 2 weeks ago because they were weeks out. Funny how the appointment that I thought I had was still available but no manager available to discuss setting up a loaner a week in advance of an appointment. Seems insignificant on the surface but customer service is important. You could have at least responded to messages. It appears that there is a customer service issue in the service department. Was the manager really in a meeting or did you just put me on hold for a little while?

Salesman, Ethan, was very friendly and helpful, although he lacked knowledge of the car and misspoke about a couple of things that came out when it came time to meet with the finance manager. However the dealership made it right by providing us a charger after all. Also in the days following there was confusion about the lease deal which ended up being in my benefit, but it did drag the process out a bit further.

Bella was great. She was very understanding and accommodating. I never felt pressured and she gave my car back to me looking super clean. The only recommendation I have is for the technician. The video he took of my vehicle was taken too quickly so I was unable to see some of the things that I specifically requested to see such as the battery test. In addition to all of that, I ran into the general manager, Brian, and he is amazing. I will definitely buy a vehicle from him when the time comes.

We had a deal worked out on our trade in and our vehicle TODAY with Sam and his boss Shon. Worked all day on it. Then we agreed on the price via text. Shon got us the updated figures and we were good to go.We applied for financing, received the numbers via text without follow up from Sam, and told them we d come out after work to sign the paperwork. We asked if they may be willing to come up on our trade in a little bit before we got there. Finally we said hey we re on our way, Sam said don t come it s probably being sold. Called up there. Got transferred around. Promises of calls back.Then we were ghosted. No reply from our sales rep, no reply from the manager. We finally got a hold of Sam and he hung up on us. We called back and left a message.He didn t warn us oh hey someone wants this car you better come in now or hey we sold it let us help you find the same car via a dealer trade nothing. This was all within the span of an hour from figures and finance to hey it sold. We asked Shon to call us. No call. We kept getting no call back. We were ready to sign.They literally ghosted a pre-approved qualified buyer who was ready to sign. I ve never felt so disrespected with a car buying experience in my life. First come first serve doesn t cut it. We came by yesterday. We applied for financing first. We were working today and wanted to come after work. We asked when we could come in. What else could we do? A year ago I purchased from Mercedes Benz at Larson and was going to purchase yet again from Larson. Never again.I have texts of the promises and ghosting. So unprofessional!!!
