Larry and Vishwa are awesome! They did the requested work in a timely manner and the communication was great too! No surprises. They were honest and replaced a sensor that was damaged, at no cost to me. I called because like every volvo owner I experienced problems with my automatic transmission. They take a specific type of transmission fluid and I wanted to buy some to throw my new/used transmission in and I didn't want to screw it up. They explained to me everything they know about volvo transmissions and transmission fluid for like 15 minutes. They were extremely polite and made sure my questions were answered even when It became apparent they didn't have what i needed and even recommended a specific guy at a specific shop that knows everything about the terribly engineered AW55-50

My car's transmission randomly failed while exiting a freeway ramp. Larry was super helpful in laying out all my options and providing clear instructions for each course of action. He graciously allowed me to keep my vehicle in the shop, while I looked for a used transmission since the OEM transmission was discontinued. With the increase in theft and vandalism, I was very grateful for his accommodation. When I was finally able to find a transmission, he kept me in the loop with repairs and completed the job in a day. His prices are very fair, and I truly appreciate his integrity, transparency, and professionalism. Visiting Vern's was the most positive auto repair experience that I've ever had. Vishwa and Larry's kindness is a rare thing these days. Vishwa performed a transmission service that didn't help the problem that I was having so he didn't charge me. I do need my transmission rebuilt, so I will definitely trust them do take care of it in the near future.

Took time out of their very busy schedule to look at my truck. Treated me with respect not like a silly older woman. The mechanic listened to me . I will be bringing my truck to them to fix the problem.

Transmission R&R took way (weeks) longer than was promised. Communication was terrible. 2 weeks down the road now, and dreading taking it back for a possible leak.
