I had to give one star but wanted to give none.I paid $3,600 for parts they were to order and to delivered directly to my house. Paid for all these parts up front. The first part was delivered quickly. The second part did not arrive. After a month, went to Turbo Tech to find out where it was and no one was able to help me. After that visit, it arrived within a few days. It seems after looking at the packing slip, they forgot to order it. Then they want to make me pay an additional $35 for shipping. As far as I was concerned, I paid up front for these parts. They should have added this charge to the original bill.I also had them mill an intake. They said it would be 1 hour labor charge. It turned out to be 1-1/2 hours. The labor for this was $165/hour. They never quoted me a price so my final bill was $275. Not happy. I will not be back.When I said I wouldn't pay the shipping charges, George at the front desk was rude. He said he was getting sick of arguing with customers and threw our sales slip. If he was more clear in what he is billing his customers up front, he might not have all these headaches.They don t care about their customer. Not sure how they stay in business. They probably have no repeat customers with how they treat them. Will not be back and will make sure anyone I know goes elsewhere.

The absolute best mechanics and people I've ever had the pleasure of working on my vehicle. They treat me like family!! They are so unbelievably knowledgeable and the customer service is absolutely perfect!! I won't let anyone else touch my Z06!!

Nicholas W -2010 Audi A4 b8 Quattro Avant - Big turboIssue: After installing my big turbo Through Mabotech setup as more of a custom setup due to the small amount of individuals that have done this.I had to work with a custom IC pipe but modified my rubber hose from the stock IC kit to work; with how much pressure the turbo was pushing, the hose wouldn t make due.I knew I had to either have cutting & welding work done or have a new one made all together.Austin s Promax pointed me towards TurboTech on Adams st in Tacoma, Wa & as I rolled up to the shop I realized they had a closed sign but didn t give up. I walked up to the door to see nobody but lights on..So I was going to call (as persistent as I am) but before doing so George walked up and asked if he could help. I told him my issue, he said if I can measure it and tell him where to cut, he would but couldn t do anything further as they re closed today and everything is done by appointment.I said ok and started taking my bumper off in the parking lot in the rain and ROBERT of turbotech is coming out the door to ask if he could help further; he literally took the job from my hands and started the process of cutting, measuring and welding for me then allowed my son & I (& as wild as he is) in the waiting area while he constructed this.I m so damn happy with this encounter.No doubt they have a good reputation for customer service for those in the community.

I WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE FOR ALL OF YOUR MODS AND DYNO TUNING GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY GET IT DONE RIGHT

Always a pleasure to do business with Tiffany and Matt. Ive taken my hellcat there for dyno, tuning, and most recently a clutch replacement. I will continue to only take the car to them. They're also the kind of people that you give the red key to!

Customer service is a joke, sadly. I'm not here to be mean but I feel it's my duty to inform future TT customers and current TT staff that better customer service is needed.Brought my car in to have a tune made and three hours later it was done - seemed too quick honestly and also paid way more than I was quoted for too! Either way, I paid and got in my car and fought traffic back home. It wasn't until I got home a few hours later I started noticing issues. Yes, his tune fixed some things but made others worse - more so, WOT; had a couple stalls here and there (initial warm start); and warm starts always remained poor. Unfortunately, my car ran better before their tune; 'displayed wise' my car made good number though but from the seat of the pants to the dyno graph given something was off... But WOT was awful, so much it made me think about selling the car.I was tuned 06/19 and mentioned my findings same day. I received repeated delays throughout communication even though Mr. Kaiser said he want's that sort of transpartent interaction from his customers - a reason I went this route. He sent me a configuration within a timely manner -thanks- 2 days later without instructions (even though I know how to log; done 100's of them). Received communication 06/29 saying he's reviewing it and on 7/10 staying he's sending out a revision same day or the day after, then I got ghosted! Next week, nothing. Following week nothing. Fast forwards a few weeks I gave up and got the vehicle retuned and it's back to it's original 'slap your face' glory!Also went one step future (after I was retuned) and submitted a refund through my bank to look into the matter. After ALL this time, I received a message from Matt apologizing 'he dropped the ball' today, 7/31 after admiting Discover was asking for a refund on my behalf (only partial since I paid in cash for the rest). Needless to say, he apologized and sent me a revision -which I'll never use- and a message staying that "unforuntately, we have a signed credit card receipt for work which was done properly..." Yeah, okay... How is that a fair to say when I have to pay before you hand me my fob back?..All in all, Matt isn't a bad guy just poor customer service skills. He'll act like your buddy so you spend $1,195 then *ghost* when you truly needed his expertise. Honestly, if you have a Mustang go with a tried and true Mustang tuner.

Great service. Brought my truck in for some performance upgrades and were very upfront with issues. Great communication throughout the process. I highly recommend coming here for any work you need done. Will definitely come back if I need anymore work done.

Super happy with the service I received from Matt and everyone else at Turbo Technology! I took my car in for a dyno tune and was pleasantly surprised how quickly it was finished. The performance increase is super noticeable and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend visiting these guys for any of your performance needs!

I bought a turbo kit for my 2015 jk but I realized I'd need professional help to install it. I decided to call Turbo Technology and see if they would install the kit. Sure enough they were happy to have me bring it all in and with some solid wizardry got the kit to fit in the tiny engine bay.When it came time to tune Matt was honest with me and told me he didn't have a lot of experience with this type of engine and wanted to get the tune from the kit installed first to see how it ran before he'd make any changes of his own. Since the other company's guy went on vacation during the dyno phase of the setup he told me to drive it for a bit and we'd finish the set up when the other guy got back. The tune from the other company felt bad and I started to regret buying the whole set up.When it was time to get it all wrapped up Matt reached out to the other guy and just dealt with hassle none stop, and because hedoesn't want his customers cars sitting around waiting on a knucklehead, he called me and told me he'd like to tune it his way.I'm glad he did because the thing slaps now. He got those 35s moving with less boost and comparable HP gains to what my kit's company advertises. I'm now the envy of all the Dad's at school pick up for my boys, I'm the bane of all my old neighbor's at 6PM when I whiz down my road making all the noiseand my wife hates it. It's everything I dreamed of.If you have even the slightest idea of doing anything like this to your car. Call these guys. They are busy, but it's because theydo good work. They are helpful, and won't make you feel like you are out of place even if you don't know a thing about your car.11/10 just gonna send it bruh.

I'm confused why this business has any stars more than 1! I'm thinking it's because customers did not have contact with the person we did today. My husband has had an appointment there for almost a month. When we came in today, my husband was confused where to enter the business. He went in a door and was greeted with someone saying, "Do you own this place??" My husband explained that he wasn't sure where to enter. After my husband told him he had an appointment and for what, the man said they don't do that kind of work there and would check. My husband said he has waited almost a month. The man RUDELY told my husband he can go somewhere else! WOW, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE. Customers are a businesses backbone, something this place does not care about!!

This company went way above and beyond just selling me a service, or products. They're extremely knowledgeable, care about their work a lot, and I feel care about their customers a lot. Lot. Will definitely recommend them to Prince

First of all whoever could give this a 1 star review is just salty as heck. The receptionist was nice and got me set up albeit not for the wrong part but as soon as my car was in Matt hooked me up with the right stuff and it was cheaper anyways. Matt strapped my focus st down to the dyno and after a couple short hours my car was dialed in. He told me I had mods I didn t know about from the previous owner which was cool. I had no idea. Matt was very cool and pleasant to work with. My car is dialed in and my mph back to acceptable for a 250hp focus. Couldn t be happier. Take your turbo tuners and big block muscle here!!!!

I have a 2001 Silverado that I put a turbo 5.3 in myself. Matt did a base tune on my ECU to get me to drive over 60 miles to the shop. At the shop Matt did a final tune and the guys at the shop did my down pipe, exhaust and installed an electric cut out. The truck made 460hp/460lbs and is my daily driver. I have to say it drives like stock unless you smash the gas the thing moves for a 4,500lb piece of steel. To have these guys look over all the work I did myself and double check things was a gods send. They found a cracked spark plug and fixed a small coolant leak. Things that I over looked and having spent as much as I did on the build that value add was priceless to me. They took really good care of me, my truck and squeezed me in and did things they didn't have to. I don't know what else anyone would want. I've been to other tuners/shops and Matt really takes his time on customer's vehicles as well as the whole turbo tech team.

So I ve had most of my mods done over the years with a shop that was very close and convenient but was never really confident about the work so I took my Camaro 25 miles to Turbo technology, I m glad I did they are very professional And did good work and they didn t talk to me like an idiot. I highly recommend them

These guys are great! Quality work, excellent customer service and most importantly honest! Very knowledgeable and professional. Have nothing to say but good things about Turbo Technology, inc . Wouldn't take my Camaro anywhere else. They have the best team in Washington state. Matt is the wizard of knowledge. Thank you for take care of My Camaro.

I spoke with the receptionist over the phone and explained I needed a downpipe modified for my mr2 Turbo. She scheduled a time for later in the week. I dropped off the car with an explanation of what I needed done, and they got it done in a couple days. All custom fabbed and the exhaust system works great now! They were able to build a recirculating exhaust feature for my external wastegate as well and everything turned out great. I'm really happy!The main thing is the professionalism. I really like that. Thank you team at turbo technology!

Hands down the best speed shop in Washington State! These guys are sharp. I couldn t have asked for better service. I highly recommend Turbo Technologies to anyone reading this. Thanks again to the crew and a special thanks to Matt always taking care of my Procharged SVT Cobra now making more power with less boost!

A big shout out to Matt at Turbo Technology, did a fantastic job tuning my Ford Lightning.His knowledge and tuning ability solved my lean throttle tip in issues and programmed a tuneto achieve a DYNO result of 571 whp and 601 lb ft of torque!

These guys are amazing! I brought over my 09 G8 Gxp after I had to replace the shortblock and they were able to get all the kinks worked out and get it all tuned and dialed! I can't wait to add some more goodies and see them again for a retune and more power! Great guys! Very professional and knowledgeable!! 100% recommend Turbo technology!

They charged me 2600 for a turbo that I've found on multiple different websites " including the manufacturers " for between 1900 and 2200. That's quite a mark up. However, they still did get it for me in a pinch, and I appreciate that. would just be reluctant to buy another from them without doing some research next time.

I am going to change my rating to five stars as soon as I ask a question about my drivers head lights no longer working. I am unsure if it was their doing when the had to do some wiring in the fusebox. If it is, I am hoping they fix it and again we gi to five stars. The owner George certainly knows his stuff as does Tiffany. I dont know this for sure but I get a feeling she may be his daughter. She certainly got her knowledge somewhere. They installed a Pro-Charger brand Supercharger in my Trans-Am last week. I am ready to write another big check to have the build the engine into a 383 Stroker Motor with internal components thst allow me to turn up the boost snd make more the the 546 to the rear wheel the Super Charger alone gave me..02/06/2019. I said I would change my review to 5 stars after asking question why headlights didnt work and have done so. Also, George the owner told me to forget the 383 Stroker Motor because it wont get me to the HP I want (1000HP) race car. Instead he suggested a less expensive better alternative using a LS-3 block as the base to start with. I am expecting a call today to pick up my black Trans-Am that preciously had the Pro-Charger expertly installed by George, and Matt his technician. This place Turbo Technology is the real deal. They can build you a nice street machine or a full blown race car.

I had turbo technology Dyno tune my 2003 Chevy Silverado 8.1 (496 cu) gas motor.I'm extremely happy with the results. I didn't think I could squeek any more out of the motor without changing cam, heads or adding a blower. They got me more power just what I needed to flatten the hills when I'm towing. Don't waste your money on a Bully Dog tuner ! Just go to Turbo Technology !!

Poor Customer Service.Waited 3 month for a message back, if messaging back via Facebook is inconvenient then let your customers know email or phone is better.Showing up to a shop 2 hours away is unreasonable if minor questions are needed to be asked.If answering questions is too much of a hassle then just say so.I m sure the work here is good but saying one thing about hard to get a hold of turns into a whole talk trash thread/post about your potential customers then I d rather not go to a shop like this as it shows true colors which is quite sad.Even going out of your way like oh shoot I ll get back to you or even sorry about the late reply anything is better than trash talking your potential customers. No one expected instant replies, a reply is better than none.This is my personal experience so anyone else s experience does not matter to me.Customer service is everything as I own two businesses so that s the way it is.

Highly recommend this shop turbo technology! Needed my tdo4hl 56mm seal plate machined to fit larger compressor exducer 58mm and it was done in 15min or less! Other turbo shop in kent quoted me a ridiculous $200 to do the work turbo technology performed for $45 bucks! Real friendly and great customer service will be taking all my turbo needs here from now on.

Matt stuck with me through a long process of putting a Holley sniper kit on my boat. He fit me in and helped me through the entire process. Now my boat runs awesome and I owe that to him. Thanks Matt!

I called and worked with a lady over the phone about ordering a turbo for my truck. I needed to call back with a payment, 10min after hanging up I recieved a call from the same lady stating that the manufacturer wants Turbo Technology to pay shipping and that she is going to lose $60 on the transaction and that she cannot help me... I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Take your business and money elsewhere.
