I called the store and TJ answered and ended up heading in to see what we could find for a lift kit. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and throw an estimate together. It was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had in an automotive industry setting. I'm excited to purchase a lift kit here.

I wish I didn't have to leave this review but I do. This shop is shady, no other way to describe it. Issue 1, I ordered a suspension kit and received the same brand and line, but at a lower load rating, they installed it and i was none the wiser as they are visually identical. That suspension failed and has left me with a messed up rear suspension. Issue 2, they attempted to sell me used tires they described as "like new" less than 100 miles, turns out they were damaged and patched. I'm working with their corporate offices to resolve my issue. It's just really unfortunate that mechanics and their shops get a bad wrap, i dont agree with it until now. I now find myself a victim of their shady business practices. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered and got a grill guard installed on my truck. Was a little more expensive than expected but I m happy with the final result! Friendly customer services and fast install.

Levi and Wyatt did an outstanding job on my truck! 10 lift, 26x14 Arkon Lincoln s and 37 tires. They did a great job installing and trimming when needed! I came back for the checkup and everything went great! Highly recommend these guys!

Not necessarily an issue with the Tacoma store, but I'd placed an online order that took weeks just to process. I tried cancelling online, then over the phone it took multiple calls and hours on-hold to get ahold of anyone and cancel the order.2 months later I just got a reply on my attempt to cancel online. I won't be giving this company any business what a joke.

I get put on hold the second I call them and they never come back within a reasonable amount of time. I decided to go there in person and it was exactly the same, wait in line while no-one seems to be getting served and not a comment from anyone like be right with you or this might take a while. I was trying to buy tires from them but had to go online and go through the hassle of finding a shop to mount them and so on. Ya pretty disappointing.

DO NOT GO HERE. PERIOD. Not only did they sell me the wrong color bumper somehow, even though we communicated in person what color/texture I wanted, they also sold me the wrong wench twice causing me to have to pay for installation twice. Third wench was the ticket I guess. They ate some of the new cost of the wench but I still ended up paying $600 more than originally quoted as well as buying an additional wireless module that would have been included originally. The wiring for the bumper lights is awful, and now I have a connection issue exactly where they tied into my original harness. They don't feel like they should be responsible because it's been a year and 10 months, which I know is just sooooo long, and "lots of things could happen" even though the truck has lived in a covered space and been driven less than 2000 miles since they worked on it. They do shoddy work, and when it inevitably reveals itself they won't feel the need to correct the issues they themselves will tell you were caused by the "bad crew" they had before. Maybe it's different now, maybe not, but I got screwed on this wiring and I'm gonna have to fix someone else's lame work. Which is hella lame.

Please use anyone else to purchase gear for your truck. I haven t gone out of my way to write a negative review in a long time. Ben at this store could care less about me as a customer. I ordered some running boards which came in a month later, not a big deal. Fitment wasn t correct so I ordered another set, was told I would get a phone call to confirm order. No call, a month later I check in and it seems like I m a pretty big inconvenience to these guys. Oh well, would rather find a local shop to support that isn t filled with people who hate their jobs.

4 Wheel Part did an excellent job on my 2005 Silverado front leveling kit installed, alignment and new tires at a great price. I recommend this place to anyone who wants professional guys working on your rigs.

Went in to have a Tonneau Cover installed and to have a truck alignment. The service technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable. They said it might take 2 hrs, but it was done in 1 hr. Amazing, great service! Very happy customer!

Extremely poor customer service! First, on most every interaction with the sales staff, they have been rude and I feel that I am wasting their time. Second, I spent over 10k on a lift, tires, rimes, supports arms and other services that was supposed to take 2 days. I was made aware in the afternoon of the second day, after I called to check on the status, that they were still waiting on a part to arrive, maybe today. I ask why they started without the needed parts with no response. I asked to please call me if the part wasn t arriving. The man stated that he would call. After receiving no call, in route to picking up my vehicle I called to possibly save a 30 minute trip. On hold for 30 minutes, they answered as I pulled into the shop and advised that the part was not in and wouldn t be ready until next week. Also, advised that I could drive it, but not safe. Once again extremely rude and unapologetic to the fact that I have no vehicle for the undermined timeframe, and the wasted time for me and my ride to get the vehicle. I would advise others to look elsewhere for a business that cares about their customers!

I took my truck there to have some suspension work done. My truck was making clunking/popping noises afterwards. I took it back twice and was told both times that nothing was wrong. They told me to, drive it a couple thousand more miles . I took it to Khaotik 4x4 and they immediately noticed that a strut had been reassembled incorrectly and was actually missing a factory piece that was most likely lost by the mechanic and replaced with an incorrect washer they had lying around. The correct piece was ordered and the work was done over, properly this time. Also, apparently nothing was torqued anywhere close to specification despite my giving them a sheet with all of the torque specs on it.Addendum:After posting this review the manager of the store reached out to me. He reimbursed the cost of my repairs and also explained measures he took to prevent this from happening to another customer.

To be fair, they never took my van but after being on hold for a long time, multiple calls and multiple unfulfilled promises to call me back, I was told they wouldn't work on my 2006 Quigley 4x4 E350 because they only work on stock vehicles. No conversions. You don't get that impression from the website but that's what I was told. Bummer.

I have updated my review. Management has displayed absolute professionalism and dedication to taking care of it's customers. I cannot thank Paul enough for providing assistance to me and taking ownership of a less than ideal situation. I strongly encourage those of you haven't shopped here to do so. The customer service has improved tenfold and I now feel like a valued consumer.

Called them up to look for parts for my F-150. I didn't know what I was looking for with it being a new to me truck. Lonny was very kind and helpful over the phone. When I came by the store he was able to come look at the truck and help me figure out what I was looking for. He got it all worked up for me very quickly. When I asked if they could install he let me know that they were booked out over a week out. I was willing to work with that since my other shops weren't able to help me with this. After a quick minute he was able to work on getting my truck worked on that day! Lonny was super helpful and made my experience with the store great.

Around town, was hard for us to find someone who could help with our lifted truck, and was charging both arm and both legs to repair it. My husband went into to 4wheel parts, and they were ablet to assist him in ordering parts for his truck and we're glad we came in to this shop. Now were waiting for parts to arrive and service to be done. I think we may have found our forever repair home......

Do not shop here. Only gave one star because I cannot give zero. Trusted them as off road experts to determine the proper equipment set up needed for a roof rack and rooftop tent. Based a whole family cross country trip around the installation. They ordered the wrong parts, cost me $$$ in hotel cost while our trip was delay multiple days. The manager did not even take the time to apologize. Once finally installed, my rooftop tent was positioned hanging off of the rack. There was no walk through of any of the equipment to show me how to use it. And they charged me for something that was not even installed; I had to go back in and bring it to there attention that it was not installed. Now week or so later on our trip, the rack is coming apart, almost all the hardware has rattled out. We have to take it to another shop to repair what they did wrong. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

First time customer. Sean (shop/alignment tech) was super helpful in assessing my needs and knows how to work with customers! Great guy! Can say the same for Blake! Excellent customer service and very helpful as well! Will definitely be a longtime customer!

These guys prices have been decent but thier communication is terrible!!. Ordered a lift. Put good deposit down and it took over a month and no call from them. I ve had to call and call to get info on stuff. No update on lift there is an issue so they ordered different lift. Also my truck is now smoking after they have had it. Having Diesel shop download the pcm to so if truck was driven by these guys in a harsh manner. If they have its Lawyer time. They are curtious and friendly but thier ordering is a joke. Then the messed up on my tires ordered wrong kind said they d call when stuff was ready never get calls. I get it your busy but when someone spends well over 5k at your store better communication isn t much to ask for. Will not be shopping here again.

Can't personally recommend this store. Came in right when they opened at 9am, first person in the store, to have wheels/tires balanced because another store can't seem to get it quite right. I talk to the salesman and he says the earliest they can do is 2pm same day, and they close at 3. I get the appointment scheduled and am about to come back around 1:30, as I'm walking out the door I get a call. "Hey, this is is 4 Wheel Parts. Wanted to let you know that we've had some jeeps over stay their welcome. We won't be able to get in you in today." Seems they didn't have a resolve for this and were not apologetic.I only have the weekends to get things like this done and came here for their good reputation. Figured it was meant for off-road vehicles, like mine, and I would get quality service. I've always been weary of this place but couldn't put a finger as to why. I think I now know why.It's a shame, this place has good reviews. I take it because I didn't purchase the wheels/tires there and this work is small pennies compared to the work they do, I wasn't worth being a customer. I'll find another place that is happy to take my business. Thanks 4WP for easing my conscious for this place.

Good for off-road parts, moderately expensive, staff were very helpful if not the most knowledgeable, they knew where to look for an answer if their didn't know it already. Might return for finishing touches on future diy installs

My husband and I purchased a soft top through 4 Wheel parts and paid extra for the installation. Something my husband could have done himself but with all our other projects we thought, let's do it quick, easy, and have professionals do it so we don't have to hassle with it... Install was mid April, it's now mid May and my top is still ZIP TIED on one side because the latches on the top were faulty and when 4 Wheel parts contacted Bestop for latches, they only sent one (which was sent to the wrong address even after giving them the correct one). We call on a Saturday to say hey we needed 2 latches and only got one, called the following Tuesday to make sure the latch was ordered, it was not. We get told that they are on it and we will get an email confirmation when it ships. Four days later, still no confirmation. Not to mention the install took much longer than we were told. I would not recommend this place.

I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service from your company. This is my 2nd and certainly looking like my last order. When I sent emails seeking information about my first order they went unanswered (5 emails). I waited on hold for over 30 minutes each time I called (3 calls).When I tried ordering on the phone from your shop in Tacoma this week your employee was clueless about basic suspension lift information. It was so frustrating that I ended the call. I ended up placing the order online because the price was hard to beat. Despite your website showing that the items were in stock and would be shipped out the next day my items still haven t shipped. I spoke with a customer service rep today and he said some items may not ship for several more weeks. I m trying to schedule an install date, but can t do that if I don t know when my items will arrive.I have spent $4,000 in the past 2 months with your company and regret not taking my business elsewhere. I d gladly pay more to have better customer service and parts that ship when they re supposed to.

I ordered some Rigid lights and they said it will be here in a few days , so after a few days I tried calling and all I got was , They answered and said can i put you on a brief hold ? I waited 23 minutes and hung up . I tried several times no luck . So I drove down and I had to wait in line and finally afters a 25 minute wait I got help . Then they could not find my parts . After about 10 minutes someone remembered there was a box in back . Ok I understand we are all short handed and times are tough . But for three weeks I have tried to schedule to install them and still no luck . I have called corporate and the store and can never get thru . I opened a 4wp charge card and used somewhere else cause I can t get thru . This is SAD I don t understand why this company is so difficult to take care of its customers
