Absolutely AMAZING from start to finish. High praises especially to Luis!! I mean, just wow. I had a horrible experience with the dealership I purchased my Golf All-Track from. They charged me too much money for something they didn't even fix. Luis and the Team at Too Quick's knew exactly what to do and got it fixed in record time. Their communication and overall customer service is top notch.My husband was also impressed with my experience and the extensive knowledge from the team that he's now starting to service his Audi S5 there. No more dealerships for us.I'm so thankful for Too Quick's German Auto Services. Even if you might have to wait for an appointment, don't hesitate to get your car in there. They are the best!

The best mechanic I've ever been to. Chuck is an absolutely incredible human being and treated us with utmost kindness. When our Volkswagen Vanagon broke down on the freeway during our roadtrip we thought we would be stranded in Tacoma for at least a few days. Chuck was able to grab the bull by the horns and got us back on the road in 6 hours. Absolutely incredible, do NOT hesitate to bring your vehicle here!

Character, character, character... That's what I like to buy from and this shop oozes it! I bought a cheap BMW wagon in Tacoma, then flew in from Chicago to get it. I knew it was a gamble for the drive home and proved me correct. I couldn't drive home because of a rear suspension issue, that I couldn't do in the time I had. I was recommended to this shop by another shop, regarding the rear suspension. After discussing my issue with the car, I decided I better just get it transported to Chicago, rather than risk an issue 2k miles from home. Luis and his guys helped me with answering my questions about what limited options I had and helped me devise a plan to get it back home. They helped me with my transport pickup and went above and beyond helping me!!! I wish I had a shop like this in Chicago to bring my cars to, but if I can recommend anyone to a shop in the Tacoma area, this would be it!! Great shop and great guys! Thank you from one european car enthusiast to another!

Amazing team of people. Front desk to the garage. I had an issue with my car and they took the matter seriously and helped me fix it and get back on the road. I can not thank them enough. No way in the world I would go to a dealership before consulting them. They also kept me up to date on warranty/recall issues. They helped many people in similar ways while I was waiting. Very professional and trustworthy crew. In the off chance you need to wait to have your car serviced its worth the wait have your vehicle fixed properly. A+++

Too Quicks is the best custom German mechanic on the west coast, period. As an early water-cooled enthusiast, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I put a VRt from an Audi tt in an '86 golf. They didn't wince at any custom requests. I put a 2.0 ABA from a mk3 gti into a mk1 cabbi. They didn't hesitate to make suggestions and help with electrical.These guys are hands down, the best. The shop is always packed with cars because they're so well known for their work by the VW community. Demand is high. Labor per hour is just a step above your run-of-the-mill mechanic, but the diligence and workmanship is light years beyond what anyone else is capable of. The price is more than fair. Too Quick's always make sure everything is done right and built to last.They also have a knack for going through the car and fixing all the little things that any other mechanic would skip over. I went in for a quick alternator swap and, before I could pick the car up, they also tightened my loose door bracket, fixed the sunroof seal, and popped in a few door panel plugs in that they had laying spare.They're not the fastest in the world because of their popularity, but if you give them the time they need, you won't regret it.I've had the opportunity to meet Cliff, Chuck, and Robert on separate occasions and they are all very accommodating- especially if you provide them with flexibility.Just don't take them your botched projects and they'll be more than happy to work with you. If they work on something, they like to send it home with you done the right way.Cliff won't hesitate to tell you that you're borrowing trouble when you try to fix things with a bandaid.They'll also always explain everything you need to know about what they're doing to your car and why.They have my business for life.Attached are a few pictures of the projects they're helped me with.

This is the BEST place I ve ever had car work done! I have a 2005 soft top VW Beetle that I love! These guys are honest, do good work, & always reasonable priced!It makes me feel confident knowing I have a place like Too Quicks to take her & keep her going for as long as possible! Thanks Guys!

I grew up with the owner , he was working on VW s before he had a DL ! A local legend racer and mechanic ! He has the abilities to fix anything with precision effectively in a timely manner , and his crew operates on the same ethical manner ! At least 10 years dealer experience u r getting a true journeyman !An electrical diagnostic genius ! I can t say enough good stuff and the prices are awesome. You won t be disappointed.

This place is amazing! Luis helped me out so much and talks to you in a very understandable way. He will explain very well what is going on and what should be fixed and what could wait. I had a seal that needed fixed but it was a 12 hour fix since they had to basically take apart the car to get to it. They were booked out over a month but fit me in and said they will try and do it within abt two weeks. Which I will take instead of over a month! Being without your car is almost impossible now days. Three days later I got a call saying it was done. On the way home my skid plate fell off, since it was straight from them I assumed they did not out it on right. So I called and told them about it. They handlers it SO incredibly well and told me I was actually already missing the engine one and the one that fell off was only zip tied. So it was actually from the guys before me. I had no idea. But they told me to buy the parts and where to get them and they would install free of charge. Hard to find good mechanics these days especially handling your baby. These guys are extremely trustworthy and will not try and get the max dollar from you HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

WOW, oh wow! These guys know the older VW's like they were born with them. Reasonably priced, they did stuff on my classic VW that I did not know how to do. Corrected even the most minor problems and issues. This is my new home for my classic Ghia.... no place else will come close to the expertise which was exhibited with the required repairs. GO TO THEM! Luis, Cliff, and Chuck all are professionals. If you want it done right the first time, they do it here.

This team of people are truly the best I have come across in 4 different states through my years of travels and needing car repairs done. I highly recommend a visit when your car is in need of any repairs or maintenance. This team overall customer service should be used as a training package to so many others!!!!!!!!!!! So grateful! I called this morning and they were able to realize I was stressed and calmly talk to me through the steps I needed to do to fix my flat tire even tho I didn t need their services on site. Would definitely recommend! People who put people first and actually help- even if it means finding a different place to go are amazing in my book! Thanks guys! If we were not moving out of state is definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Luis and Team are the Best! I am not a local and heard a worrisome noise in my 2007 Jetta. Called them without an appointment and was welcomed to bring it over to look at. They put the car on the lift, made sure what I heard was not something serious, did a test drive and told me the problem was some non critical plastic parts not reassembled properly by a prior mechanic. I was prepared to pay the usual check it out fee repair shops in my town charge, but Luis said no charge .Really restored my faith in auto repair.Thank you, Luis

Our car spent 6 months at one vw dealership and 5 months at another with neither being able to fix (undrivable), let alone diagnose the car. Too quick had the car diagnosed and completely fixed within about 2 weeks of having the car. And they are all friendly and easy to work with. If you have a VW I would only recommend bringing your car to them. They have great communication as well

The service was great! Luis is amazing. He was very patient and understanding. I brought the car in because there was an issue of an oil leak due to a bad oil change done by Valvoline in Federal Way. Luis and his team patched it up with no issues. Would definitely recommend this place.

This shop is great if you are looking for a professional and friendly place to take your German vehicle. They are fair with prices and will let you know up front what the estimate cost will be so no surprises! Highly recommend!

As a Washington transplant and dealing with prior Los Angeles mechanics, it's apples to oranges in comparison. The first VW shop I found here in Wa was complate joke and super shady. They attmepted to snow me on things I didn't need for my car and overcharge me in labor that was absurd, thinking I was stupid not knowing the difference.And then...I found Too Quick's. These guys are are legit! I've been coming to them for a couple of years and I've never been disappointed. They are professional, accomodating, reasonably priced, and do excellent work. Often times when I've had issues come up and the shop was completely booked out for weeks, they went out of their way to take care of my needs. It speaks volumes in quality service.Luis and Cliff are wonderful and its nice to be treated with respect as a loyal customer. Even when I need some fast feedback, they always take the time to address my questions. I'm super thankful for finding them, as they are a rarity in this business. They have helped me out with many different problems over the years. Every time they have worked with me in both dropping the car and picking up. They are fair in their pricing and stand behind their work. I will go to Too Quick's for as long as I own a German car.I've stood there and asked question after question that they were more than happy to answer until I felt I had a good understanding. I wish every place was as professional and helpful as the people here.

Needed a coolant flange replaced in my 04 Passat. Did some research on what it would cost and they were right in the ball park. I used them many years ago and they were fair back then. Friendly! Professional! Provided timely service! Dropped my car off at 9am and they were done by 12pm. Up front and honest about everything that needed to be done. They even took care of some other smaller issues without charging me extra labor, just for parts. You can be at ease knowing you are dealing with a honest auto repair shop. I've visited majority of the other German auto repair shops in the Tacoma area in past and got ripped off big time. Glad I found Too Quick. Overall pleasant experience! Highly recommend!

I stopped in today because of a headlight issue on my jetta and I could not be more impressed by this place. These guys were super busy and even though I didn't have an appointment, they helped me. Cliff behind the counter was so nice and Cole fixed my headlights in a snap without charging for labor. I'm so grateful that I found this place! Signed, new lifelong customer!

Too Quicks does a phenomenal job with our vehicles. We are owners of 5 plus German manufacturers vehicles and they impress us each time we drop off for work. They tell you exactly all along the way what is happening, what are the options, what the cost would be and they never have been unreasonable price wise. We trust them fully, and we highly recommended them for any work you may have for your vehicles.

Went there to get some help getting a alternator pulley removed after I couldn't get it off at home using the proper tools, I think they spend 20-25 min on it and charged me for 15 minutes for labor. Much better than most auto shops I've dealt with in the past, and a lot cheaper than potentially replacing the alternator.I avoid auto shops typically but I wouldn't have a problem bringing my car here for repairs I can't handle myself.

I broke down in Tacima on a road trip from out of state and called this place and Luis picked up and told me to bring the car in and said he would see what he can do. He diagnosed the problem which was a coil pack in my Audi Allroad and had me out of there in 45 minutes. It was Friday afternoon and I was ready for my whole trip to be completely destroyed. They charged me for a half hour labor which was very generous and I wish I lived locally so I could use these guys all the time.Very competent and fair and great customer service.

I take my 2005 Mercedes Benz here for oil changes and any other issues it may have. The price is so much more affordable than a dealership hand's down. They are very busy, but you get your vehicle back complete and guaranteed along with any issue they may find that needs attention. Great customer service !

We explained what we needed repaired. All they did was charge me almost eight hundred for a fuel pump and did not fix the sensor that needed to be repaired in the first place. I could of done the fuel pump myself for under three hundred bucks. Ridiculous to charge $783.05! All for a fuel pump! I do not recommend them!!!

Fast and friendly service. These guys do an awesome job and the price is very reasonable. I took my Audi in for maintenance and they went above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely be bring my vehicle here from now on.
