I called for a quote to fix my car window and they were at my house within an hour! It was so convenient! The young man (named Israel) that came out was very pleasant and unfortunately it started raining but he just kept working and was finished in an hour. I was very happy with the work.

My windows were busted out at 5am. It was pricey to get replaced but they were able to have someone come out same day and replace my windows within 5 hours. The people I spoke to on th3 phone are always very nice and helpful.

If I could I wouldn t even give them a 1 star. Jessica, the individual who answers the phone at the Tacoma location, is highly unprofessional. We have been in an ongoing struggle with this company for over a month. They replaced the windshield on my car and ruined the fuse, which caused my windshield wipers to stop working and the windshield is lifting on one side. We have called multiple locations to resolve the issues, instead they block our numbers. Today I spoke to Jessica and instead of allowing me to speak to her higher up, she disconnected the call. It s pretty pathetic to see a multi location established company treat their customers poorly. We paid $935 for an incredibly poor job and will have to pay someone else to fix an added issue caused by this company. I would never recommend this company

Today AutoGlass had the BEST prices compared to all other windshield replacement companies around. The customer service is incredible and the service was so fast. 10/10 recommend and I will be referring everyone who needs windshield replacement to Today AutoGlass

Had the back window to my Jeep fixed real fast and at my work. They did an excellent job! I'm very happy with the work! Especially after the scary incident of a rock going through it on the highway.

We were driving down the street in Seattle when our rear window exploded. We still don't know what caused it, but we were on our way to our daughters appointments at Seattle Children's Hospital. I tried to contact a few other companies who refused to work with Seattle Children's who so generously offered to pay for the repair. As soon as I called Today Auto Glass the woman who answered immediately helped me and sent all the information Seattle Children's needed in order to pay. The gentlemen who came out to Seattle Children's and repaired the window was very fast, efficient, and friendly. He had us repaired and on our way home back to Yakima within an hour. Highly recommend

I had called them up and they were able to have me booked for the very next day. These guys worked fast in replacing my shattered window, and they came out to my work, making things more convenient for me, within my busy work schedule. I couldn't be happier with their work professionalism. Even the window that was broken had stopped working for moving up and down, but that works now as well. Highly suggest going through these guys for quick and easy on you.

Buyer beware, had to have three windows replaced and on two of them the technician broke the power window mechanism. They would gladly charge me to fix once I get the parts. Also the door sensors are mysteriously not working now and the same two doors show as open.

My windshield was completely cracked from a huge rock hitting my car on the freeway. It really ruined my whole day and I was quoted twice the price by another business. Today AutoGlass was able to come to my house the next day, it was a very reasonable price and the service was great! The windshield replacement only took about 45 minutes and all of it was done from the comfort of my home. The service team had great communication and I am so happy to have my windshield replaced now! Would highly recommend to anyone :)Service: Auto windshield replacement

Someone broke into my car and completely shattered my whole window! I scheduled with them online and received a call shortly after they were able to send out a tech and get me in immediately! The tech repaired my window in a hour cleaned all the glass and trash out and my window is good as new! I m very impressed with my service! My window operates properly and looks just like the others. The tech was very kind and personable! Glad I choose them! They were able to get me in way faster then safelight and for a much better price! Can t beat a good price and good customer service ! Had a little accident Thursday evening. Called this company on a Thursday, 7pm and they came to replace my rear windshield the next day, Friday morning. Love how fast they came! We had a birthday road trip planned Friday evening to Leavenworth and would have needed to cancel if we didn t have a rear windshield. The workers were super efficient and professional. Did not make there scheduled time and didn t show at all after they rescheduled my time for later on in the night. Had me waiting all Saturday for them to be a no show. Amazing experience , they were quick to come out to me here in Lacey from Tacoma, same day appointment , I had a horrible experience of someone breaking into my truck the night before and these guys were very attentive in getting me fixed up right away. Levi also not only replaced my window in 45 min but also vacuumed out all the broken class in my truck as well. Highly recommend!! Highly recommend:From the time of the online appointment to the completion of work, we experienced good communication and service! Holden was quick to respond to my questions.Cost was less than the other local companies charged. Another company said they couldn't do the auto windshield repaired until November.However, with these guys we were able to get our widow shield repaired the very next day. They arrived at our home on time ( texted us before they headed over), the fix was less than an hour, and Trevor was pleasant and did a great job! The windshield looks good as new! I submitted a quote online and within minutes I was called with a quote, clear understanding of what they can, when they can do it and the cost. That day a technician was out to make the replacement. The technician communicated well, got the work done quickly and well. I started my day discovering my rear windshield was smashed in and ended it with a new windshield that was hassle free, professional, reasonable and helped make a tough day a little easier. Cannot say enough good things about this place, even though many have already said them! Had an absolutely horrible experience with Safelite, and they never even touched my car. Called Today Auto Glass because of all the great reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the hype! I wish I had called them first, I could have had my windshield replaced the same day, without all the stress. As it was, I called them in the evening, and the nice girl on the phone scheduled me for the next morning at 9am. And when they say 9am, they MEAN 9am! I think it was 8:58 when the technician (Giovanni?) arrived at my work. He even called before he came to let me know he was on his way! He was extremely friendly and professional, and within a couple hours, he had my cracked windshield replaced, with the exact same type of windshield (which Safelite couldn't seem to manage). Besides the windshield being brand new, there was no sign he had ever been there. He even stuck my oil change sticker back on in the same spot! All this, and they charged me LESS than Safelite quoted me! I will never go anywhere else again if I need my windshield repaired! 10/10 in every way!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Jessica was amazing and absolutely super friendly and so helpful! She answered all my questions and was very patient with me when dealing with insurance. They had availibity right away (others didn't have anything open for weeks!) My service tech was friendly and super fast! I would not recommend getting your auto glass replaced by Today auto glass.Getting my appointment set up with Today Auto Glass was very quick and easy. The location in tacoma is located inside another business.They replaced my front windshield and performed a front sensor/camera calibration. The windshield they gave me did not fit my car sensor. The technician told me to visit the dealership, and told me there was an issue with my pre-collision sensor.... dude did not tell me it was cause by the windshield replacement.This windshield replacement caused me to spend more money on other repairs.Employees and management at today auto glass have been delaying action and response to me. go somewhere else.Service: Auto windshield repair

Best price in town. Great commication between mobile service truck and me. My biggest surprise was that the service technician cleaned up all the broken glass inside and on the ground below my truck from getting broken into. Thank you Tristan for going above and beyond with the work you did. I would highly recommend this place for any glass needs. And yes when there company name is today glass they mean it. Don t go here they don t honor the warranty. Had my back glass replaced and it leaks at the slider. They ve made every excuse not to look at it; last excuse can t get the window, but getting it fixed on Monday by a reputable company. My windshield was smashed by a brick. I got a couple estimates from area glass shops, I was floored at the price I was quoted well into the $550+ range BEFORE tax. Plus a five to 7 days just to get a guy out here or even the shop was booked.Long story short I went to the website Sunday, got a text from Sam early Monday telling me he's got me scheduled the very next day and my price was close to $150 less than the other guys next morning guy shows up, took around an hour or less no added or hidden fees straight forward and will recommend everyone to take advantage of super customer service and low costThanks guysJeff TaylorService: Auto windshield replacement
