Never buy a car at this dealership. They are nice to you as long as you follow their agenda. Put a blame on you for any mechanical problems that come with their cars. One of the managers, his name is Tony, said my expectations is my problem, and they aren t responsible if a brand new vehicle didn t meet our expectations. He was yelling at my wife and me after we asked about a discount on brand new Toyota. Can you believe it? I purchased vehicles at a several local dealerships before and never experienced such a terrible customer service.Brand new Toyota BZ4X gave me only 150 miles of drive on %90 charge. Oppps. Margin of error?After Toyota advertised 240 miles drive per charge?Titus promised we can exchange our vehicle within 48 hours, in case if we didn t like it.Seems like a great customer service.I returned BZ4X back. No problem with that. However, when we nicely asked about a discount for another vehicle we wanted to buy, they refused it and were super rude to us. Titus Will manager was trying to sell me a lie that Toyota BZ4X is adjusting a drive range to my driving habits and it s totally my fault that it let me drive only 150 miles per %90 charge.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Titus Will Toyota, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations.From the moment I walked onto the lot, I was greeted with professionalism and friendliness.Eric took the time to listen to my preferences and guided me through their inventory, providing valuable insights and recommendations along the way.What truly impressed me was Eric's transparency and honesty throughout the entire process. We took our Rav4 in yesterday and got an oil change and general service and they did a great job, were pretty quick while still being thorough, and were very professional and polite.We wanted to get the car washed but that wasn't up and running for whatever reason. So today we noticed that the glove box wasn't closing, like there was something stuck behind it, and I know that with this car, in order to change the cabin air filter, you have to remove the glove box. So I figured they must've dropped something behind there. So we decided to just stop by since we were in the area and Craig came out and looked at and fixed it right away. Sure enough, the lid to the filter wasn't on all the way so it was letting the glove box from closing.But the most important thing for me is the way Craig treated us - which was like we were the most important people to him at that time. He was fantastic! And we asked about getting the car washed ale he said sure thing and took it through for us real quick. No charge. He was so polite, it really made our day how quick and easy it was to get that fixed.So thank you to Craig! :)

Service dept review. Schedule your services online or on the phone. They are very busy and have limited time for last minute drive ups. In addition, if you have any coupons, be sure to present it when you arrive. Coupons have specific codes, so they need those in order to honor a discounted price. Service lanes are clearly marked, and very clean. I was met by a Service person immediately, and directed to the desk for my quote and expected wait time.The lounge is huge and in sections. Several TVs. A business lounge if you need to work remote. There's a complimentary coffee bar and espresso machine. I made myself a cappuccino!At the end of my service, I was briefed on all inspection details and given a copy of the service checklist. A pleasant experience all around!

I recently purchased a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid from Titus-Will. I called a lot of dealerships looking for a specific model and color and felt other dealerships were trying to sell me what they had rather than trying to get me what I had my heart set on. I appreciated that Mike focused on getting me in the car I really wanted and Jim focused on getting me the options I needed rather than just trying to just push for a sale. I wouldn t say I got a deal but after talking to many dealerships that just seems to be the supply and demand reality on these cars right now. Now this car came with a few minor quirks that were addressed and so I want to give a shout out to Emily and especially Jordan of the Titus-Will maintenance team. The service and care provided by them was outstanding and what really made this a 5 star experience for me. I felt like there was a great deal of pride in making sure I ended up with a beautiful used car. I love my new ride and I would recommend this team to anyone as they stand by their cars.

Let me start with the only compliment I have is for the Business manager who handled our paperwork. As for the remainder of the staff it is the absolute worst customer service, I've ever experienced at a car dealership.I had to return the day after the purchase because delivery wasn't an option, and I could not drive two cars off the lot. When I returned, to pick up the vehicle, the person who I believe was the manager on the used car side, (because he didn't have enough manners to speak and introduce himself, so I don't know a name) acted as if I was interrupting him and said let me call your salesman who didn't answer his phone. This manager gave the keys to another salesman who came out to give me my keys and basically told me to find the vehicle myself by using the alarm key. Additionally, when I asked about discounts for college graduates and military/veterans advertised on the website he was very condescending and said that only applies to new cars and I said the website doesn't make that distinction and the advertising is seemingly misleading, he then implied I didn't know how to read and I finished by saying maybe I should ask the WA Attorney General Consumer Affairs to determine what s misleading and what isn't.I finally found my vehicle after walking around for a few minutes. This is the first dealer that I've dealt with that did not deliver the vehicle with a full tank of gas and I've bought vehicles from dealerships from coast to coast since 1977. I found my original salesman who saw I was upset when I asked to speak to the general manager of the dealership, but he was too busy escorting me outside, so I was not in earshot of other customers. I consider his verbal apologies empty when his actions were to get me out. I was upset but I did not raise my voice. To add insult to injury, I found the DIRTY paper floor mat balled up and left in the center console when I got home.I don't have buyer s remorse about the vehicle, but I do regret giving this dealership my business. The only person to say a simple thank you was the business manager. This was not just a lack of customer service (after the sale) this was plain rudeness.I suggest the the reader and see my review about Lexus of Bellevue who earned 5 stars.

I just have to say Titus Toyota parts department Chuck was awesome with his know on what I needed for my old Lexus RX300 ie Toyoda Chuck emailed me the information I needed and I made a decision to come in to get the work done and ask a few more questions. Michael in the parts department provided excellent customer service to me and other's in line at the parts department desk. Best of all was Brian at the outside service area when I drove up made an appointment for me the next day. Brian excellent customer service skillset was unmatched to me and other's needing information about our service. I appreciate you all at Titus-Will Toyoda. See you again.Peace Jay

Choose a different dealership!!Other reviews are obviously paid for or fake!Decided on an older hybrid 2015 Lexus with 89k miles cause we have a baby on the way and my wife wanted something bigger than her mustang.Got an approval for $25,570 by the credit union they work with and they re too greedy to do the deal for that price even though they were asking $22,998.Solomon started the vehicle was a loser and they couldn t drop price but then they raised the price to like $23,998.00* We did a ton of research and these range from 18k to 21k in the area and some of which have lesser miles. Spent hours dealing with their bait and switch rigmarole only to end up buying elsewhere.

No markup on Highlander Hybrid, unlike most dealers in the area. Andrew McDougall found the exact vehicle I was looking for. You have to be patient in this market if you are picky. I recommend buyers reach out to Andrew and provide a list of what you want.

Worked with Mike Carter in purchasing our new 2024 Grand Highlander.Mike worked tirelessly to find us the car we wanted, a storm cloud blue, with black wheels, fully loaded platinum with very rare and hard to find Portobello Brown Leather Interior. Mike pulled it off and found us one that was allocated at another dealership. He was able to make an inside trade and got that car coming here for us.He kept us updated throughout the entire build and delivery process.Now let me say, I visited a couple of dealerships before visiting Titus Will and was met with Pushy sales people. The other dealers were also trying to cram $500 3rd brake light pulse system (which is a $15 part on amazon and takes 10 mins to install) as well as clear door edge guards for $800 (which is about $20 on amazon and takes about 5 mins to install) It's absolutely ridiculous what the other dealerships were trying to pull off.... AND they would absolutely refuse to remove the option because "it was already installed on the vehicle"Now coming to Titus Will, the only thing they tried to add on was a SWAT GPS Tracker. Which of course, I didn't want and they had no issue removing that option. I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to do that.I was able to negotiate a fair price for our trade-in and once that was all settled the paperwork process was very smooth. The Finance Manager was very pleasant, showed us all the options but was not pushy at all.The Dealership was very neat, clean and tidy and they had a very nice self serve espresso coffee bar. Our Vehicle was waiting in the covered, indoor delivery bay, freshly detailed and ready to go.All the employees we dealt with were very pleasant and professional.Overall, we were VERY pleased with our experience and highly recommend TITUS WILL TOYOTA OF TACOMA!

I called yesterday (after calling other dealerships for a part quotes) and spoke Gerry (i think thats his name) in Parts. He was very kind, and took his time to explain the process if i wanted to have them instal the part. He really took his time and didnt make me feel like i was an inconvienence (like the other dealers did earlier in the day). He even offered to transfer me if i was ready to make the appt (which i told him i needed to call back). He ended the phone call with a "Enjoy the rest of your day" which was very nice. Once i decided i wanted to schedule an appt i called back and spoke with Ashlyn in the service department, and she was so incredibly professional. She went and made sure to confirm when my part would be in before scheduling my appt. She also emailed me the quote so i could have it ahead of time, and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. Appt was less than an hour and everyone who helped me from start to finish were amazing and nice, and so helpful.I will for sure tell all my family and friends if they want stellar service to go to Titus..

Purchased a car a few months ago, and had a terrible experience. After talking to the car salesman, he promised to add on a free window tint, because I had the same vehicle at a different dealership for cheaper. However, the night before I picked up the car, I asked how the tint went and was told that since I declined the GPS tracker that costs 5k(!!), the dealership wouldn t be making any money and that they won t be putting the tint on. After I picked up the vehicle, i noticed a very straight feint scratch at the top of the car, which I thought came from the factory. I called and emailed titus wills multiple times about this, always being redirected between departments until someone didn t pick up, and never receiving a response to the emails. I ended up buffing it out myself. Wish I bought it from the other dealerships that I already had deposit down in.

Update: (changed from one to four starts). We bought a 2021 RAV4 here on Dec. 11th 2023. Our initial experience in the buying process was less than ideal. After speaking with them more about our issues they went out of their way to address things and do what they could to make our experience better. I went in today and spoke with Dave Schmit, and he was understanding and seemed like he was genuinely trying to help. Though our buying experience didn t go as we would ve hoped, we re are satisfied with their willingness to communicate and help the situation. I m sure a lot of places wouldn t do that. The service department is very streamlined and comfortable. Overall, I d recommend Titus-Will to buyers and people looking to get their vehicle serviced.

I was heading to Tacoma for a conference and my trucks check engine light came on and the truck wasn't running very good. I called and Catherine said she was able to fit me in. wonderful experience from start to finish. I was working with a few dealerships off and on locally and I was not getting the customer service I deserved. When Eric reached out to me from Titus he stayed in tough until we found exactly what I was looking for. Once the truck arrived, Jordan the accessories Manager helped me outfit my truck better than I could have anticipated. Highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

Another reason why my family and I have been loyal Toyota drivers for the past two decades .the customer service!! Recently my husband and I moved to Tacoma, Washington and needed a Toyota right away. Andrew from Australia was beyond helpful and amazing as we communicated between States. I was living at Florida at the time and needed to find a can within a month. Andrew worked his magic and got me a Prius and ensured it would be waiting for me when I arrived in August of 2023! He was not only a great salesman, but he also was genuinely helpful, and was great with communicating our sale and finalization every step of the way. He had a vacation planned when I arrived in August so Mike Carter took over! WHAT A GREAT PERSON Andrew turned me over to! Mike Carter was nothing short of AMAZING!! Super nice, friendly, and treated us more like a friend than a client! He helped seal the deal and made our welcome to Tacoma very very pleasant! We enjoy seeing Mike whenever we stop by the dealership as he is just a warm and friendly person! Trust me, this dealership out of all the Toyota Dealerships I ve been with over the years is TOP NOTCH!! And the icing on the cake is their coffee bar!!!!

Well if you need a car, they have cars. Sales people were very affable and knowledgable, however they can really live up to the 'car salesman' hype. In my experience I was directly and knowingly lied to about a car being a "personal, one previous owner trade-in", when it turned out to be a rental fleet vehicle. It's still a fine car (I think), but it's annoying to be lied to. Not so much in an angry-annoyed way, but more just a feeling of the depressing tedium that comes from watching someone lean so hard and so unironically into the laziest of stereotypes. Enjoy your light beer tonight John, you earned it.

This dealership still does market adjustments and port installed accessories in order to milk customers. I would pass on this dealership unless you like giving away your hard earned money. Nearby Toyota dealership, Puyallup and Auburn didn't charge mark ups like Titus will does.

One of the easiest/ most relaxed car buying experiences we ve ever had. My husband and I were looking to upgrade vehicles for our growing family. we stopped in to look at a Toyota Tacoma where we were greeted in the lot by Eugene. We LOVED working with everyone here! Eugene was so personable and kind, not at all pushy or impatient with us. The used car sales manager - sorry didn t catch his name- and Jim in finance we re all so easy to work with. Negotiating on price was a breeze and I couldn t recommend this dealership or Eugene enough. Thanks guys!

This review is for the COLLISION CENTER. Amazing! After hitting a deer my front passenger side was destroyed. Took it to another center who sat on it for 2 weeks (then were mad when we took it back!). Titus took it, gave an estimate the next day and had it done as quick as possible (waiting on parts took the longest). Staff was excellent and had awesome communication. We always knew what was stage it was in. Car came back detailed as well. THANK YOU!

Last week we came from 6 hours away to trade a car in and purchase another used car. We worked with Derek, and he and Titus-Will really impressed us. We arranged a trade on the phone, and despite not seeing our trade until we arrived we received a fair trade, without any nit-picking. And the car we bought met our expectations. The car was also started, full of gas, and ready for us to test drive then drive home. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we will definitely buy from Derek and Titus-Will Toyota again.

Been taking our Scion here for a couple years. It's always a pleasure. Professional and courtious staff, always. We also just started bringing our daughter's Prius here. Great environment to wait for your car, or you can run errands and come back for it. Lots of space to spread out for social distancing too, if you decide to stay and wait.
