Titus-Will Service & Tire has always given us good service, whether our cars needed major attention or, as recently, only the replacement of headlight bulbs. I would definitely recommend T-W to anyone looking for quality and friendly automotive service and repair.

My engine wouldn t turn over. I took it to another place twice and they couldn t find the problem so I took my car to the downtown Titus Will and they figured it out! They have a let s figure this out attitude, are easy to work with, and the no pressure , customer service vibe is appreciated!

Use to be the spot to bring ur car for an oil change but the last few times my oil change has lasted 2-3 hours long and they don t even warn u about it or even sympathetic. Still sitting here waiting for my car to be done. Will be the last time I come here.

I brought my mom's car in for a few problems we were having and Vanessa our go to person was helpful from making the appointment to picking up her car. She told us how long things would take and when to expect to done so no surprises there when it took about a week. Other dealerships give false promises she was legit with expectations. They accept walk ins. Possibly a 2 hour wait depending on what you're having done. Best to go first thing in the morning. If they're keeping your vehicle they do have a temporary to use.

Hands down the best place to take your car. My car stopped running and other repair shops said they were weeks out but I was able to get in right away here. Everyone from front desk to mechanics to management was incredibly helpful and explained everything in a way I was able to understand.

My experience with the services and staff at Titus Will Service and Tire on Broadway in Tacoma,WA were great. Brought my vehicle in to be diagnosed and repaired. I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa a service representative. The moment I started to explain details on 'issues' I was having, Vanessa used her knowledge and customer service skills to explain to the mechanics what I had related to her. She set up a plan that included diagnostics as well as repair status. Followed thru with repair plan as well as accurate complete estimate for all work done. She and the mechanics went an "extra step' when they had to order a part from a location with delivery services on strike. Not sure how but, they still got the part in record time. Vehicle fixed, made safe and 'like' new. Great service by all, fair and accurate prices timely. Win-WIn experience. Great place always get my cars oil change done here. Very quick and friendly. I don't mind waiting at the dealership since there's great views and usually end up walking around Tacoma while I wait for my oil change. They also have a great used old car collection. I've gotten my oil change at most of the Titus Will's but always go here since the customer service is top notch and you can't beat being downtown with a nice drive back home.

This year I ve had two flat tires from different things and gone here both times. Absolutely beautiful facility and the kindest staff. Highly recommended going here!

Great experience! Front desk rep(female) listened and noted all my concerns along with scheduling my appointment asap and forwarding my notes to the advisor.Technicians did a great job at everything they could to diagnose my issue and assured my on my situation. My 5 star review is based on the fact that they made a mistake and made things right. I ve been going here for 6 years and always got good service. But when they recently misdiagnosed something wrong with my wife s car, I complained. This is where you typically find out who s really running a place. Our service advisor Derek treated us very well and made things right. They took responsibility for the situation and worked hard to make it right. You can go to 100 other places and get good service. I ll continue going here because they will take responsibility if things go wrong and do what s right for the customer.

Review For the broadway branchI just want to help other people out there who value their time and money.I arrived early for my appointement, I do not mind waiting. However what made me disappointed was... the lug nuts got damage in the tyre rotation and was made to pay for it and had to wait hours for the parts to arrive and the service to finish. I am not one to leave negative reviews but I feel that its warranted in this case.My wife discouraged me from booking to this location because she had a bad experience with poor service. I should have listened to her. There is a good reason why the Broadway Branch has many early appoinment slots available.

We had the worst experience with this place. My husband had made an appointment months in advance for a Ford F250 that we had purchased and were taking on a long road trip down the PanAm. We asked them to give the truck a good tune up for the journey. We asked for a quote to install AC and when they quoted $580 we told them to go ahead. After three weeks of having our truck in their shop we were finally able to pick it up. We were told we had to pay over double what they had quoted for the AC, but they never had called to discuss this with us. We ran into problems on our journey and realised they had not even looked at our spark plugs in the the weeks they had our truck, and a mechanic later said they desperately needed attention. This was only one of the many issues we encountered on the road that could have been prevented. We're extremely disappointed with this place and would not recommend them to anyone.

I ve been taking my car here for about 3 years. Oil changes mainly.. They do an inspection every change. I don t like their inspections because they make things seem worse than they are at the time. They ve recommended I get my two front brakes replaced when I just took my car in somewhere else for brakes and they didn't bother replacing my fronts because they said they have at least 40% life.They also don t have the person who do the inspections explain the findings - most times I get poor explanations. I had them inspect my transmission ($150) after they indicated there could be an issue: They recommended I replace my transmission because of glitter in the transmission fluid and provided no further analysis of the problem or severity. I asked for a quote and they said they were waiting on information so I left my car there over the weekend (It was Friday evening already). I called three times Monday and left a message - got no call back. Called Tuesday morning and no answer. Called on a different phone Tuesday afternoon and finally got through. I asked for a status and they said they were waiting for me to make a decision on the transmission. They hadn't even given me the quote yet..The final straw was that after my last oil change I got my car back and the engine light was on. It was not on prior to taking it in for the change. I take my car in for them to check it out ($150). Ended up needing to replace my coolant sensor. After I got my car back the AC valve cap was missing and they left a pair of pliers under the hood on the battery. Service was quick, but every time I go there, they "find" something and want to charge for diagnostics. This time they said my sway bar links were blown. I took it to another mechanic and they found no issues with the suspension.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was able to get my Jeep in there quick. Other places had about a 3 week waiting period. Spoke with Derek on the phone and he was super helpful day 1 with a quick fix until my appointment. They communicated well what the issue was & dealing with my extended warranty. I would definitely recommend this place to get any service done.

Dawn, Derek,, this place....exceptional. I am in my 50's I have spent my adult life seeking an auto repair shop that I can drop my beloved cars and feel peace (driving is my sport ;) . Finally, I found my partner in keeping my toys healthy and maintained. It started with the new buyer car inspection they offer. The experience was rare and took so much stress off life. We had 2 urgent car issues they didn't hesitate to get us taken care of right away. $$$ always a scary thing with auto repair. I truly feel 100% when I leave my cars that they will be fair, efficient and trustworthy. Thankful to have this location this company in my life.

Helpful, friendly service with comprehensive insurance work that needed done on my car. Communication could have been better on timing if parts being ordered and timeline for vehicle repairs, but their phones went down for a while, so I understand.

Oh my God where do I start brought my car in for service to try and diagnose and get the AC fixed tried to explain to them the situation thought the service writer was taking notes to give to the mechanic to do the diagnosis and fortunately didn't even listen to a word I said had my car there for 2 days said it needed to be a sensor that I already had replaced and a pigtail to that sensor that needs to be replaced because the wire something's wrong with it well there was nothing wrong with a wire because I hadn't previously replaced so they ordered the parts that I was paying for the parts and the labor today and then coming back when the part comes in never got a call back for about 2 weeks had to call back to them told him I did not want to speak with the manager that I talked to because she would just talk over me and not listen to a word I said and would not let me talk to the mechanic on the phone without it being on speaker phone for whatever the reason I'm just trying to find out why he didn't do the correct diagnostic to figure out what was going on with the vehicle and now I'm out over $300 feel like I'm ripped off and have not received a call back from this company the professionalism with the manager is garbagethey basically did a whole inspection of the vehicle to find out what else was wrong with the headlights and the fog light the need to be replaced and try to get me to pay for those when I already knew about those issues I just want cold air during the hot summer so I was out of AC during the hot summer and now that it's winter because of these issues that they possibly made worse by ripping a wire or messing with a pigtail that they're making me replace now my vehicle is not getting as hot with blowing hot air he said there were codes that were thrown from the system for the AC for the switch and possibly the clutch but I'm thinking it's more of the beveler inside the firewall that controls the hot to cold air and opens it up but I will not go back and deal with him I feel like I completely got ripped off talked with somebody else I do not remember his name on the phone a week and a half later and told him I did not want to speak with the manager there or the supervising manager because of her voice and demeanor really don't know what else to say but I would not take your vehicle there to do HVAC inspections

Possibly the worst experience I have had. Took car in, had smoke from tailpipe. Shop said engine was blown, quoted me at 7k for replacement, before labor. Asked what tests were done or how they confirmed it, was told they only went off my description. Was charged $140 for this.Took car to second shop, found out oil was overfilled and battery was bad, engine was fine.Called before the weekend of the 4th to talk about being charged $140 and quoted incorrectly, was told I'd get a call back after the long weekend. Called them again a week later, no answer, left a message. Two weeks passed now, no call back.They, in my experience, are the poster child for quote you for something expensive to make money while doing little to no diagnosis to make money. Smaller shops are really the way to go in Tacoma.In response to the owner, there was not a severe oil leak, there was oil spilled on the engine . Also I shouldn't have to call you for a third time to make right what I shouldn't have had to call once for. Again punctuating a terrible experience.

Went in for a flat tire. They insisted that the tire was trashed and I needed a new one. they diagnosed that i had two screws in my tire. They filled up my bad tire. Went to les schwab for a new tire. Only to be told that it's totally fixable. And now a week later my fixed tire is still solid.So wasted a half hour with them. To be lied to and tried to be upsold.If you dont want to do the work then Don't get the job. But don't lie to customer's. Will go back to les schwab before going to titusService: Tires

First off, if you have an older vehicle, this is the place to take it. I have a '97 diesel pickup that, within a month of buying, started having intermittent issues. The dealership directed me to this location because of the age of my truck and I've been delighted with the results so far. The staff maintained excellent communication and got a lot of work done both on and off my service plan. Given diagnosing my issues involved looking for something that tends to happen intermittently at a cold start, I understand the reasons why my service took so long and was delighted that they had a loaner vehicle available for me to use in the meantime. On top of that, they contacted the dealership where I got my truck and relayed the services performed and from them I got some help that I likely would have never seen with my voice, alone. My only reason for not doing a full 5 stars was price. This is a dealership shop, after all. I haven't done much cross shopping on labor costs for a diesel, but the cost/hour at this shop gave me serious sticker shock. Fortunately, again to their credit, they do their best to keep the hours worked as low as possible. Though they had my truck for a while, the hours they actually worked on it weren't exaggerated.

I had a great experience getting my Ford F-250 worked on. I unfortunately had my catalytic converter stolen. They were able to identify and repair the issue within days of calling to drop the vehicle off. And they were flexible to hold my vehicle for pick up after the repair! They helped fixed my brake lights and oil change. Was scheduled at 8:30 and they finished at 10:30. There were several others in the waiting room so I m pleased with them. They did a fine job and I would definitely come back again. Best service in Tacoma! I have been taking my family's vehicles here for years. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and never try to up sell me on services that aren't required. This honesty and great service will keep me coming back for as long as they stay open. I recommend Titus Will to all of my friends for oil changes and other automotive services.
