I searched for over 2 months, trying to find a shop that I could trust to work on my car. Tim gave me the estimate for the work to be done on my car. He explained well about the work that was needed to fix my car. I got my car back sooner than expected, which was a bonus. The detailing of my Scatpack was well done. I think I've found a great shop for any future work.

These guys are top tier best! They went above and beyond with our car. They are honest, helpful, constantly communicating with me on the process and very friendly. I highly recommend them! I couldn t be happier with my car and I will go to them if I ever need collision service again in the future

I would like to thank Titus-Will for the great customer service that they provided during the process of getting my vehicle into their shop and the great communication that they had with me, my insurance company and the dealership in getting my rental car and parts to repair my car. From the first day I walked in their doors I immediately was greeted by their employee at the counter to being assisted by Jose who looked at my car and took me through the process of how long they would have my car to make the repairs. Soon after that my rental was there and off i went to work. Jose continued to communicate with me each week on updates of when parts were coming in to when they would start the repairs, and it took a couple of weeks like he said it would. I went to pick up my car and Jose had said there was issues with my key fob not working properly so Titus-Will decided they would keep my car for a few more days and communicated that with the rental company. The rental company said they wouldn't cover the extra days because my car was repaired but thanks to Titus-Will they said they would cover the extra days. Thank you to Titus-Will collisions it was a team effort in making sure that everything was working right before I leave with my car. If you're ever looking for a body shop with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE go to Titus-Will Collisions in Tacoma, Washington. I give them 5 stars for great customer service, communication with the insurance company and dealership, and making sure that everything works on my car and through the whole process all I had to do was go about my life in taking care of my family. I don't remember everyone's name that I had communications with but thank you to Titus-Will Collisions and their team for going above and beyond in making sure that my family and I can continue to move forward in our lives with a safe and reliable vehicle out on the road.

I have nothing but good to say about Titus-Will Collision Center..They kept me totally informed and answered all of my questions in a very patient and friendly manner.A special shout out to Chris Smith. He is so knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand.

Chris, Jose, and the Titus-Will team took great car of my car after being damaged in a hit and run. They were easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. Great place to go if looking for service in the greater Tacoma area!

I can't say enough about the phenomenal job this shop did on my vehicle! Their service is stellar! Derek and Chris went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. The repairs were complete way before the projected date and my vehicle looks and operates better than the day I bought it! Thank you to the team at Titus-Will Collision Center!

Very pleasant and professional experience. Tim McKinney is the best. Tim helped us all along the way of getting our vehicle repaired. However, if he tells you his business card gets you free coffee, don t believe him. LOL

Excellent, prompt and knowledgeable expertise from Smitty at Titus Will Collision. I had an issue with the automatic door on my RAV 4 back hatch. A previous mechanic said it might take a week in the shop and cost upwards of $1,000 to align the door to fix it. Smitty took a quick look while doing an estimation for me. He found the problem and corrected it within 15 minutes by loosening the taillight and moving moving it slightly. He is a very friendly man and just wanted to help. Best of all, no charge! Of course, I know where I'll be taking my RAV in the future!

I got my 2013 Corolla repaired at Titus-Will. Mr. Smitty was my estimator, special thanks to Mr. Smith. Repair was fast, got my car back in 5 days put back to perfect condition. For three generations my family has chosen Titus-Will (particularly 2302 S 35th St location) for all our vehicle repairs and we have never been disappointed.

Needed a repair to my Kia Soul. Derek helped me throughout every step of the way, as well as all the staff behind the counters. I felt in the loop and updated from beginning to end! Any repairs in the future I am heading straight back to this body shop to handle the job. Fast, efficient, and kind.

Great service, just come in for for repairs from a collision and they have been very helpful. I will update once repairs are completed. Complete service was great they always call with updates, I never had to wonder what's happening or being done. Highly recommended.

Some good samaritan rolled by and wanged my passenger mirror so bad that the internal door parts were deformed. Smitty in the front office and James in the shop were able to re-form the interior quickly at my estimate appointment and all it cost was about an hour of my time. They have earned my loyalty as a customer.

Listen, this TW Collison center went above and beyond what they had to do to fix my car multiple times.Jose is incredible! The staff customer service is out of this world.I had multiple issues with my Insurance claims and even through that Jose and team took care of my car.Thanks you!

This shop is horrible. I have a 2021 Ford Escape. I bought this vehicle there at that dealership and now when I need some work done on it at the collision center they won't even work on it. They wouldn't even look at it. The receptionist was VERY rude and insulting. I'm done with that whole dealership. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Seth, an estimator, is very responsive with customers, but unfortunately that s where positive characteristics about Titus-Will Collision end.After reading the positive reviews about Titus-Will Collision and comparing them to other body shops, I took my truck there to have a window and ignition replaced, as the result of a vehicle break-in.When I initially went to pick up my truck, I was informed that during the repair of the broken window, damage had occurred to my vehicle s paint. Evidently, when technicians removed the crash wrap product they had placed on the broken window, it also removed a large patch of paint from the truck s cab. Titus-Will Collision immediately refused to accept any responsibility for the paint damage (even though they admitted that they caused it) and suggested instead that I contact the crash wrap manufacturer. After pitting my insurance company against Titus-Will, they agreed to repair the paint damage at the cost of my insurance company (a $3,000+ repair). Additionally, the technicians that performed the ignition replacement incorrectly reinstalled the dashboard, leaving me with no backlight for my speedometer.After waiting over a month for Titus-Will to have availability to correct the paint repairs, I took my vehicle back. Then, during the course of the paint repairs, I was informed that a brake-light seal had become broken. The brake-light seal was ordered and I was told on four separate occasions that the part was due-in and I would have my vehicle back. After a month the seal still hadn t arrived and I decided to speak with Toyota Corporate about the issue.Interestingly, the brake-light seal arrived the day after I filed a complaint, even though I was previously told there was nothing that could be done to expedite the shipment.With the additional issues caused during repair, it took over 4 months to have a broken window and ignition cylinder replaced.I don t write this review to say bad things about Titus-Will Collision, but only because I would absolutely recommend that you take your vehicle elsewhere for repairs.TL;DR: This collision center actually caused damage to my vehicle and refused to accept responsibility. Simple repairs took more than 4 months. Take your car somewhere else.

My car was badly scraped by a valet driver so their company paid for damages and a rental car.From the first moment I met and interacted with Derek at the Collision Center, I just knew things would progress smoothly. This included him connecting with the valet company on a regular basis and keeping me informed every step of the way.Repairs involved replacing my front bumper and then recalibrating cameras. He had all the parts available before repairs were started so they were able to finish the job 2 days early.My car is beautiful again! Thanks so much to Derek and the Collision Center for working with the third party to get everything accomplished! I highly recommend this location for their expertise and fantastic customer service!

They have worked on my cars twice before (and evaluated a third time when a car was totaled) and the customer service is incredible! They worked seamlessly with my insurance so I didn t have to get caught in between and the work was top notch. They communicated well and kept me updated throughout the whole process.Today, I had my car serviced at the dealership next door and some of the clips holding the front bumper cover had come out when I went over one of those concrete parking barriers. They told me they couldn t fix it and suggested I go to a body shop. I pulled into the Collision Center and in a few minutes, Smitty came out and looked at it with me. He grabbed some tools and fixed the clips on both sides in under 5 . And he said not to worry about paying. Now that s another example of great customer service!

Titus-Will collision center is the best!! The repairs on my car were flawless. They did an absolutely amazing job. Jose is also incredible and he is such a wonderful person. Jose made everything so easy for me and was very clear in his communications. The whole team at Titus-Will was also friendly and incredibly kind. For example, I was waiting for my Enterprise rental car and the staff noticed I had been waiting for about 15 minutes, so they they jumped on the phone to call Enterprise to make sure they were on their way. It was very thoughtful! They are just a kind, honest, patient, and wonderful group of people who do first-class work. I won t go anywhere else!

Went to another place for a quote and told me it would ve cost almost 3000. Came here and fixed it for just 200. They also clean your car, which for some reason is mind blowing

My family relies on this place for our cars! We have fords and toyotas and always work with Smitty, he s the best! Just this past week I went in to get an estimate and rather than costing me money he personally waxed and buffed some paint off my car that looked like a scratch. Never been to a car place that actually cares and helps me avoid spending money. Definitely recommend this place overall, it s a great business!

I came in at 4:45 p.m. on a Friday and was greeted by Juan. I got amazing service and a very fair estimate and he even brought out a buffer so I left very happy. I cannot recommend them high enough. Juan popped the panel back into place and ordered the parts and I'll have it fixed within 48 hours.

Unfortunate damage to my 2022 RAV4. After getting the estimate, they were the only shop I would consider. Completely thorough. And a huge help with the other drivers slow moving insurance company. Someone traded paint with my truck in a parking lot while I wasn't around, leaving me with minor front-end damage, but enough to require replacing the bumper. I went with Titus-Will after reading not-great reviews of the places closer to me, and I'm very glad I did. Everyone was prompt and professional, and they got my truck back to me in like-new condition ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim
