I had an issue with the brakes and OBC not communicating with each other. Just calling the location made me feel very welcome. The facility is immaculate and vintage. Very comfortable and super clean.I dropped my car off and expected to leave it over night. I was given a courtesy shuttle. They were able to get my car done in just a couple hours. I will take all of my vehicles to this location. Every person was very pleasant and professional.

The service staff at Titus-Will Parkland showed true customer service. There was a disconnect of communication between sales & service. However, when I called the service department about a service I purchased when my new baby was purchased, they apologized for the miscommunication and got me in that same day. They made me a priority and provided the service immediately after arriving. They were very kind and accommodating. Looking forward to them help me take care of the new addition to our Chevy family.

I took my truck in to have the disc brakes inspected for a warped rotor. My rear discs were replaced. I asked if the truck was driven to see if the wobble was eliminated. The service rep said that it was. Within the first 30 seconds of driving I could tell that the problem was still there. Furthermore I had requested the tires be rotated. I was told that they were and it is on my receipt that they were. Upon inspection I found the tires were definitely not rotated.In short I was charged for something that did not happen.

Vanessa was incredible! From talking to her on the phone and getting my appointment set up, to helping me in person, she made me feel at ease and I felt taken care of! Can t recommend enough!

Brought my car (Chevy) in to get the trunk checked out because the fuse kept blowing out every time I would try and open the trunk (if you re having this issue, just reach out to me). I had my speculation of what the issue was after doing some research online and expressed that to them and all I wanted to know was, how much it would cost me to get it fixed. After bringing it in to run their diagnostics, they quoted me on $500+ to fix the issue. I m usually the type of guy to say whatever just fix it but FIVE HUNDRED AND SOMETHING dollars? Screw that!!! I d provide a copy of the quote but that isn t conveniently in the paperwork they gave me. I went home and ordered that part off Amazon for $20, it arrived the next day, and I fixed the issue within 30 mins. This place is a rip off. Seems to be trend after reading other reviews as well. Wish there was a more trustworthy place locally to bring my car to get serviced regularly without the fear of being ripped off. Very disappointed.

I had a blow out on one of my tires. I asked for referrals from the neighborhood. Titus-Will was highly recommended. And indeed they were! They gave me a prompt appointment and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable . I will be continuing my auto serve there as needed.Thank you Titus-Will!

I like going to the service area down town. I wait for my car there. It usually takes about an hour & a half . It has a pleasant waiting area and have always had great service

My service consultants are always on point with communication and my car is always clean whenever it's leaving Titus will chevrolet parkland. Customer service was friendly and efficient. Service was performed in a reasonable amount of time while I waited. I would have given this a 5 star if the cost to change the fuel filter had been more reasonably priced. I would have changed this $25 filter myself, had I been at home, but had the dealership do it for $200, which I've watched Youtube and this is about a 15 minute procedure.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

My car had a suspension issue and an exhaust issue. Although they were unable to do the repairs I was given a prompt and honest diagnosis. Customer service was excellent and the cost was reasonable.

Had our tire fixed twice with this company at their Broadway location always very friendly and pretty timely service. They made sure to let us know also that our tire would have to be replaced after this repair if punctured again because it was at its repair limit. Having the most difficult time getting updated, I feel that if I didn't call or txt as often as I do I wouldn't hear much at all. Vehicle has been in for nearly month now and loaner vehicles aren't even a thing anymore. What ever internal issues are going on it's obviously not fair and taking away from the professional appearance.

I worked with Will who was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date with the maintenance on my car and was able to alleviate my concerns with my engine and tires. Finding the solution was a breeze and ended up being a simple fix covered by the manufactures warranty. I m super grateful for the friendly customer service and help. I personally had a fantastic experience at Titusville Chevrolet. My salesman's name was Patrick Cook, my son Brandon McMullen referred him to me and I will refer Patrick Cook to my friends and family who might be in the market for a new vehicle. Patrick was fun, he knew his inventory very well and made my experience much smoother than I could have hoped for when walking into a dealership... I will look forward to working with Patrick and the team there at Titusville in the future.

The service guys at Titus-Will Chevrolet Tacoma are very friendly & professional. They did the oil change and changed the wiper blades in record time. When life gets busy, I appreciate the reminders for service, too. Took my vehicle in for oil change and brake replacement. After 2.5 hours of waiting they came and got me and said they were done. THEY ONLY CHANGED THE OIL!! 2.5 hours for an oil change and said they could get my wheels off. Only giving 2 stars because they did give me 50% but was still $50. Went in to get my truck looked at with low oil pressure and some codes coming up. Scheduled as a sit and wait appointment but was pushed into a drop off. Left it there for two Days because they didn t do the inspections at the same time for the issues, and then no call on a Friday and no one told me they were closed on the weekend so I m sitting around waiting and even called before someone in the other department told me they were closed. Bad customer service all around. got a 6000 estimate for repairs after paying 250 for 2 inspections for 2 issues. Elected to do the work myself, and neither of their necessary repairs fixed the issues. I then emailed asking how they got their pressure reading when I had it inspected, because I wanted to repeat their method to compare and see if there was a change and they refused to tell me the method used or the tool used. Seems kinda sketchy.Service: Engine repair
