I have been taking my car here for over two years and have never been disappointed by the service. Big shout out to Colton for not always being so knowledgeable and efficient but also having a genuine personality with a good sense of humor. I appreciate everyone there though and highly recommend their services. You might think the dealership is more expensive, and maybe it is a few bucks more on some things, but the piece of mind and quality is priceless. Also I get a free car wash whenever I want!!

I've been to 4-5 different Subaru dealerships before I settled on this one. The reason being is that they are fast and don't try to rip you or be pushy when it comes to repairing your vehicle. If I say, "no," they just move on. I only had one bad experience but it was because of one service rep. I can't judge an entire department based on one employee.

Been coming here regularly for service on my car. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The waiting area is also very nice, although I'm not usually in it for very long as they are quick to do the work. I've never been there longer than what they estimated, usually leaving 15-20 minutes earlier than expected. I'll happily continue to go there for my maintenance and repair needs.

I went in for a 42,000 miles service recommendation at Tacoma Subaru and kinda just stood there until I got tired of just standing there, so I went to the express service. I walked across the way into the express service bay and Matt looked at me and said, I ll be right with you. Thanks Matt for just acknowledging that I m standing there. Colton checked me in and within an hr Colton was checking me out. Wonderful service from these 2 gentleman. Express was painless!

Needed an oil change. No appointment, they worked me in. Helpful and efficient. Nice waiting area. Excellent customer service.

Matt always takes good care of me. He goes above and beyond to make my every visit as smooth as possible.I went this past presidents day because my tire was shot (Tacoma roads amirite?!?) And they were extremely busy. He kept me updated with everything happening and gave me a good deal after it was all said and done.On a normal day, I visit often just to get a car wash (free carwashes for my Subaru for life), and I can come in and out in about 15 mins.

The lady that helps me.are super nice except that they didn't do any on my coolant,they usually make sure that when they do oil change service that the water fluid are okay and the coolant are okay.

Really excellent service from Matt. His 6 star performance raises the 4 star performance I ve seen from the rest of the express service department up to a 5* overall.

I pulled out of rush hour traffic stopped for a car wash and a cup of coffee and was back on my commute after the traffic had lightened up. Friendly staff and great service.

This is no longer an Express Service! Waiting 2 hours for a basic oil change is unacceptable. I have come here since it opened. But walked out today in frustration.

First time at Tacoma Subaru, it's clean and comfortable. everything was explained well, I never felt talked down too. Will definitely go back when the time comes.

The people here are friendly. There drink and snacks in waiting room free wifi and a TV mean while waiting for my car to get tire change
