Timothy chard was our sales person. He was most polite and professional. He did a great job explaining about the Subaru Soltera electric vehicle as well as the forester. However, what aggravated and pissed off was the multiple times dancing with the finance manager. They are not upfront about their pricing. They have false advertisements on their website in order to lure the people in. I showed them on my phone where it said $249 per month lease on their cars and then they explained that that is on one particular vehicle which has already been sold out and it was based model and if we want anything else, it would be double the price at 585 per month. Keith was the finance manager and he has no respect or regard for other peoples time. We wasted three hours at this dealership. What a gross colossal disrespect of other peoples time, I would request all future customers to please deal with them only on the phone or other website and never go into this dealership ever because it s a colossal waste of time and they cheat the people and have false advertisements on their website. They don t need this kind of games gamesmanship in order to sell a car. Their product should speak for itself. They are using antiquated tactics of breaking the defense systems down and making the customer to become desperate and sign on the paperwork. Out of desperation. We ended up getting a Tesla for $ 36, 990, model, Y, and the entire experience, because less than 59 minutes from entry of the Tesla dealership, including the test drive of the vehicle

Excellent car buying experience. Could not have been smoother. Pete is very personable and answered all my questions and did a great job of staying in contact. I would definitely recommend Tacoma Subaru for anyone looking for a great vehicle at a great price

Mike was the epitome of professional, not pushy, and candid.He was patient and listed to our needs throughout the buying process.I m really surprised at how many employees at Tacoma Subaru drive subis, that is to say, I feel like I m joining a family and not buying something that the employees would avoid.This is a place where you feel seen, heard, and taken care of.

I set up a test drive for two vehicles through online with Conner who was awesome. He handed me off to Daniel (I believe). He showed me the vehicles but when I went to test drive, he saw my Florida license. Then he asked about us purchasing there. We told him we were getting the feel for vehicles and probably wouldn t buy and we had intent to actually purchase a month or two later possibly in Texas where we are moving. He said we can t sell out of state vehicles and we told him we were just looking today. We just wanted to test drive. He got upset and said something like you want me to do all of the work for someone else. He didn t even want to let us test drive the electric for the $50 gift card and said he would give it to us without the test drive. My husband and I got upset and left. The general manager called and said he had heard we had a bad experience. I asked him to give us the salesman his name. He wouldn t tell me after repeated asking. Gave excuses of why the salesman acted that way. We tried to educate the GM that it s the way the salesman said it to us which was very inappropriate. We left the lot and went and test drove the new Ionic 5 down the road. We had a wonderful experience there with Rachelle. She was such a welcome person and answered our questions on our test drive. We won t be buying ever from this dealership.

Great Service. Both Kim & Marshawn were paramount in my pursuit of the perfect vehicle for me. I am more than satisfied with how things turned out, and I would certainly recommend shopping at Tacoma Subaru. David did a phenomenal job at explaining the intricacies of the legal side of things, seeing as I am a first time buyer.

Absolutely had a great experience. The team was very professional and accommodating for my family.Anthony was wonderful. He kept things stress-free and no pressure. We weren't sure what Subaru would be right for us and Anthony was kind enough to pull a few side-by-side to help us compare. He even helped to entertain our kids while we looked. I would absolutely recommend anyone to Subaru Tacoma knowing they'll be taken care of.

My wife and I purchased our Outback here and had an amazing experience with Anthony! We were visiting with our two small kids which makes buying a car much more difficult than it already is. But Anthony made the process completely transparent, super efficient, and easy enough for us throughout. Very happy with their service and would highly recommend them!

So the General manager told me he did not mind bad reviews so here goes. Beware of this dealer they do NOT want to help you. As a business owner of over fifteen years I am appalled at how these folks are acting. I take reviews very seriously as they effect not only the owner but the employees as well. First they mislead me about having a part in stock. Then when I had someone call to find out why weeks had gone by and nothing. We found out that they never had the part in stock so we cancelled the order. Two days later I am charged for the part. I call them only to be hung up on by the parts manager. I called back and they are playing phone games. Leaving me on hold for ever. So I hide my caller ID call back and get the assistant service manager on the line who tells me he just doesn't understand this does not sound like the parts manager. Basically he is telling me that I am making it up with out actually saying that. They have no desire to help me and have basically told me to get lost. Now I did tell the service manager I was going to leave this review if they did not help me. He did not care. This has to be the worst customer service ever. I have the email showing the order was cancelled and that a refund was issued. There is no chance my cc is going to refuse my dispute. They messed up and refused to admit it. Well it got them a bad review and charge backs make your merchant service charges go up. This makes no sense. It has to be hubris that is all I can come up with.

I honored a request to hold off on leaving any kind of review until the GM reached out on Thursday. It is the end of the work day and I have not received an update so below is the email I sent regarding my negative experience.Dear Tacoma Subaru,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had while attempting to purchase a car from your dealership. My name is Mitchell, and I was in the process of buying a 2019 Toyota GR86 through your online platform.I had been diligently searching for this specific car for months and finally found it at your dealership. Excited about the prospect of acquiring the vehicle, I promptly placed an order online and began the necessary steps to complete the purchase. Throughout this process, I was working with Cade, whom I was relying on to provide me with some additional information before finalizing the transaction.However, to my dismay, I discovered this morning that the car had been sold, despite my active engagement and commitment to purchasing it. What is most disheartening is that nobody from your team reached out to inform me that the offer was no longer available. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also reflects a disregard for customer loyalty and integrity.To emphasize my eagerness to secure the car, I even offered an amount $2000 over the asking price. 'pete' was an amazing salesman.I went to Toyota of Tacoma and they treated me like absolute 'shes a woman let's sell her up' material. After seeing 2 20k cars ( expressing my limit was 15k ) I gave up.Going to Subaru Tacoma I met Pete outside. He greeted me right away with a smile and talked to me as an EQUAL. I am a 5'4 120lb woman and he didn't act all high and mighty towards me. I was on a limit of 1 hour and told him my spending limit and the maximum milage I was willing to go. He got me test driving a 2013 Honda that was 100% my dream minivan. He was able to pull some strings to make sure I was able to make my son's ' celebration of life " birthday party at school and when we got back he nodded the car was still there. He is such a good human and person and I will be posting his information on ALL my recommendations pages. He made sure I had some fresh gas and the car was detailed and clean.Thank you. From the bottom of my heart for EVERYTHING Pete.

Excellent experience. The certified car was exactly as advertised, and the salesman, Will, was great to work with. Got the expected upsell for extended warranties during the paper signing, which is a little bit annoying, but it was expected and not too bad. All in all an excellent experience.

For years I have stayed out of car dealerships to avoid the "sales experience". Tacoma Subaru is truly the exception to the rule. Yoshy and Keith listen to you very carefully and you get the feeling that their priority is you and your comfort and satisfaction. It was a pleasure to buy my new Outback from them. They made sure that I not only got the model I wanted, but I was convinced I got a good deal. I can't say enough good things about them and my impression of the dealership. I would recommend them to anyone.

Do NOT buy a car from this dealership if you are a single woman. I purchased a car and warranty from this dealership in November of last year. They sold me on their best warranty package because I spoke of my needs for help and assistance should something go wrong with my car. Fast forward to last night when I am over 12 hours away from home, I get a flat tire ... when I call roadside assistance they let me know that there is no spare tire in my vehicle. That no Subaru Sport vehicles have a spare. The only option is to tow my vehicle to a Subaru dealership. I was by myself, in an unsafe neighborhood, and unable to get my car fixed. The service center here is closed on Sunday, so I can't get my car to drive home. I can't tell you how much this dealership screwed me on not disclosing that there was no spare tire, when multiple times I stressed the importance of safety and that was why I had chosen subaru. These dudes took me for a ride. I was sold on a car that doesn't have basic safety needs and and screwed on a warranty as well. These guys just want the commission. This was truly disappointing, and I will say that the Subaru dealership where I bought my first Subaru in Indiana was incredible ... this Tacoma dealership should be reviewed for poor business practice and ethics. Buy your car somewhere else.

My wife and I were looking for a new car and ended up at Tacoma Subaru where we met Jacob, he was amazing. Jacob was the most patient sales guy I have ever delt with, he was very knowledgeable with all the cars we were looking at, he was pleasant to be around and we ended up buying a 2024 Crosstrek and we are very happy with our purchase and the experience we had at Tacoma Subaru. We would recommend them and for sure we would encourage that they use Jacob as their salesman. THANKS AGAIN JACOB AND TACOMA SUBARU.

Molly was who worked with us to get the car and she made the whole experience amazing! She was knowledgeable of the cars, extremely honest and straight forward. Made the whole process a very stress free, streamlined experience. We waited for a Cascade green 2023 Forester that was in transit, and she ended up getting us one that was even better, but still same color and on the day we wanted it! David was who we signed the paperwork with and he was also amazing. Very welcoming and understanding of our financial needs and was able to work with us to get the best price we could for the warranty package that would best fit with our mileage/lifestyle. They have 100% made us lifetime customers and we will definitely recommend them for anyone wanting to buy a Subaru!

I am beyond happy with my recent experience purchasing our 2024 Crosstrek. The phenomenal sales & financing team helped my situation of traveling 300+ miles to get my wife her perfect Subaru!I live in NE Washington and called local dealers with our specifications, all local dealers were 2-4 months out. I reached out online to Tacoma Subaru and salesperson Nick called me within minutes with the great news of having our exact Crosstrek. Salesperson Lexi called me during my commute to clarify all our needs in a Crosstrek. She got the car ready for my arrival! After traveling 300+ miles I arrived to a positive helpful sales team. Eric in financing helped me through the process in such a positive & educational way that financing was painless and I finished informed, confident, and happy with my decision.Leaving the dealership at night & knowing I had a long commute home salesperson Lexi called me the next morning to insure I made it home safe.EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

My first review was removed within 1 hours.Dishonest group.Called and got information on a diesel truck and it all sounded great. Showed up to possibly buy it and the guy told us it's got a problem and won't start and believes it needs sent out for a new fuel pump but it just won't start or run. He was newer and honest. Another guy popped over saying he was wrong and talk ng about a different truck and the one we were in for was just fine and they are cleaning it up before taking us to it. 20 minutes go by and we have done nothing but sit and wait. Another period of time went by still nothing, but we overheard them talking in the back that they just can't get the truck to start. Eventually they came out and said they could give us a call when it was all figured out.The one guy straight up lied to our faces trying to hide that the truck we were there to look at was not the problem and it was fine. Knowing full well it was the truck. He was a younger part Asian man and a liar.

I initially was going to give a 5-star rating, but after a few key pointers occurring during my visit and after, I sadly had to re-rate this visit. I was able to get into a vehicle, thankfully, and Dan S. in sales was able to get me through the process pretty fast. My main frustrations were the following: I spoke to a lady named N'kia via phone and text, she informed me that I had an appointment with salesman Mike M. for later that same day - I was under the impression that I was going to be meeting the both of them. I was only introduced to Mike M., whom was busy assisting another customer.I asked and went over the paperwork numerous of times, was even told that all the inspections and maintenance had been completed on the car. Only to realize AFTER the fact (a couple of days later) that there was an issue with the Bluetooth connection (wouldn't automatically connect once inside the vehicle), the front passenger seat bottom/ back fabric strap was broken, and they had to check out the steering (lots of play in the steering). After leaving my 'new/used' car with the service department overnight, nobody ever informed me that all this time that my vehicle was past due for an oil change. So now, I gotta take it either back to them once again or elsewhere to get an oil change.At this point, I'm done.
