They did a great job and I was given a voucher for a free car wash and it needed it badly coming through the mountains! It was very filthy! The filthiest it ever been thus far! Lol!

Good service, bought a Leaf , and going there all the time for free very fast charging. Great view from the charging station too looking at hills in distance with their fake palm trees. Hell ya (Just lookout for the fools on the block walking by if your alone probably gonna start being strapped just in case)

Normally great service, quick and efficient. However, changes in staff have led to poor customer experience. When asked for a receipt, the response was, "If you don't trust us, we can't help you." The service manager watched and issued no correction. I replied that I have always received a receipt in the past here. He then replied, "Well, I'll have to figure it out." The service manager then spoke up and said you can print a hard copy of the receipt. He said ok. Then, he proceeded to print me a copy. I was leaving when I noticed the receipt was not the correct one. An accidental misprint said the service manager. My issue is you were both rude, and wasted my time, showed no remorse for the crappie attitude from your staff. The sad part is I can't tell if this was IR or just bad business.

No clear marking of an entrance to the service department, Wasn't very warm, wasn't very friendly. The guy that helped me was very nice but before I got to him seemed like everyone was just on phones and trying to pass me off to someone else. Also very pricey, $159 for breakfluid change? That's alot, got done half the price somewhere else

Great customer service! Plenty of cleaning and social distancing in the waiting room.They gave me a fun little Nissan Kicks to drive while my Rogue was getting repaired. They were very informative. Mr. Keith and Ms. Makayla are rock stars! Kudos to all the mechanics behind the scenes

Great service. Nice waiting area. I was not pressured into upgrades or things that I do not need. Service comes with car wash and discount on future service. Prices for service did not seem outlandish. Time estimate for "walk-in service" was spot on. I am very happy with my experience and will be returning.

Appointment for oil & filter service in my 2014 Nissan. Alyssa was the customer service employee who greeted me and walked me though the waiting and pricing process... She was friendly professional and timely!

When they discovered my online appointment hadn't gone through, they immediately got me in at a time that worked for me, ON THE SAME DAY--DURING COVID! I was dealt with professionally, quickly, and had all my options presented in clear, no- pressure tones. When I told them I had purchased an oil change package at another dealership, they let me know it was useable at virtually any Nissan dealership in the nation. Very satisfying experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Battery

We had an appointment and our car was done in about 30 minutes. We never felt pressured for additional services and Alyssa our service agent was very helpful and polite.

Absolutely love that they support EV charging. However I do wonder what the hours of their EV charging are. Nobody usually uses them so I wonder if I can top off at night

That has got to be the fastest I have ever received an oil change and vehicle inspection at a dealership. It really was express!!!! With nice frieny service to boot. I'm happy to be apart of the Nissan community. Thank you nissan!!!!
