My wife and I went in there and met the sales rep Oscar. He was so fabulous. Really made the car buying experience very pleasant. Not the typical whats it gonna take for you to walk out of here with a car attitude. Felt like he was truly invested in providing us what we needed. Highly recommend!

The service technician was wonderful. He told me his name, but I have forgotten what it was. He was a very nice young man. He kept me informed as to what was happening. What ever you are paying him is NOT enough.

We had a great experience with Nissan. Cindy was so helpful and we didn't feel the added pressure of customer service that you feel when purchasing a car. Everything felt so fluid and pleasant. Even with going through the money process. We arrived the weekend prior looking for a used car and determined, on the day of purchase, that a new car fit our needs the best. With the guidance of Cindy, we found the vehicle that we felt was a good match to our family.

Straight up. Al made my first experience with you guys amazing.I ve been super excited cause I just bought a pristine 2012 murano platinum. I love the car. Brought it in for an oil change and inspection. Al went above and beyond explaining to me everything about maintenance and made me feel like he had my best interests in mind. Honestly best experience I ve ever had at a car shop. Don t let that dude go. If there s room for promotion he seems like he s ready to blast through to the top. Thanks guys!

About two years ago, we bought a 2019 Ford escape off their lot, the car has now been traded in for a new car since, the buying experience was all right. We were kind of in a pinch so we just took what they had that was used, we were assured everything was fine with the car and the car looked great. Come to find out recently when we traded it in the car had two accidents on the Carfax even though I was told the Carfax was clean.

The service rep, young guy. I felt he really tried hard to keep me informed about the status of my car and supported a request for a new part I was inquiring about. Cheaper to purchase on Amazon than order from the parts department. Saved me over $200 dollars. I really enjoy your service department.

The team at Tacoma Nissan was great they got the job done and got us back on the road for hopefully many more years. Being an older car with a need for a new transmission it was a hard decision to spend the money to keep it going. But as a very customized vehicle to transport my dogs where ever we decide to adventure. They did a great job of replacing the transmission and getting the car back to us in a week. They didn't complain about the customizations. They did everything great! And now I have 3 very happy dogs to have their car back for hopefully the rest of their days. Thank you Tacoma Nissan for taking care of my family.

Went in to just look and test drove one car with Blanca. After thinking about it over the weekend we decided to purchase the Kicks SR model. Meet with Blanca and discussed options and proceed to buy the car. Blanca and the rest of the staff were very friendly and respectful. I will definitely recommend Blanca and Nissan of Tacoma.

Lisa and the team are so nice. Their payment app is seamless and clear and very usefulness when I can t answer their phone call. I appreciate their shuttle, spacious & clean waiting area, getting the free car wash ticket, and car fresheners. They even got my car done before quoted time. I only wish they still gave out those 10% discounts. It was pricy! But it s a dealership so I guess that s expected. I don t take my rogue anywhere else :)

Cindy, Craig and Tom were absolutely incredible!! They were some of the nicest people I ve met! With the service I got there and how fast they had everything done I will not go anywhere else. It was a night and day difference compared to previous dealerships I ve dealt with

I have always been taught to NOT go to the dealership when you need to get your car serviced. To go to any shade-tree mechanic or whomever just not the dealership as the dealership inflates costs, etc. I have NEVER listened to that logic and I don t normally have problems with my car either. I have found that Tacoma Nissan cares. They know how expensive it is out here generally and they are only here to offer help and guidance to try and mitigate any issues. I appreciate the time and explanation and care Tacoma Nissan seems to give all of their customers.

Waited over 15 minutes at the front desk before learning that I was suppose to go straight to the other (auto repair) service desk. After that, my experience with Adan was very positive. He listened to my needs, didn t try to sell me something I didn t need. Kept me informed throughout my wait, and I was given a coupon for a free carwash.

Got a used Nissan Kicks and still under manufacture warranty. We to get some electric codes check and a back up fob.They did excellent.they even did a full vehicle check and sent me a carfax.Alyssa my advisor was helpful and took good care of me. Unlike other auto dealerships they had a family area for parents with children. Also offered free coffee. They even gave me a free carwash voucher.From the start were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Nissan Tacoma and would go back for further service .

Oil change & air/cabin filter service. On-line appointment schedule. On-time meeting with service advisor. Service began within minutes of arrival and was completed in a timely manner. I have been having my vehicle serviced at this dealership for years and there has never been an issue.

Excellent dealership experience.Steve H. in sales was top notch answering all my questions & concerns. I drove halfway across WA to this dealer because of the customer service. It was worth the trip & I got what I wanted. No hassle or hard sell approach was greatly appreciated. Communication & follow up was excellent.I also appreciated the customer service from the rest of team in finance & service dept. during my short visit. Everyone there was friendly & professional. This place is awesome. Cindy did an amazing job helping get us into a good car. She was kind and easy to work with. She wasn't pushy or rude and we didn't feel like we were being tricked. Even the finance guy was funny and nice. The place was really clean and their waiting area was pretty nice. Seemed like they accommodate families well too. Would definitely recommend them and shop here again

The actual service was great.The harassment of follow up survey is unreal. After requesting feedback 2-3 times and getting no response, you would think that's a hint. I am still getting at least one request a day. Could this go on forever.

I Was greated by Glen when I pulled up. His professional personable easy approach is what i appreciated the most. It turned out to be the best experience I've had when car shopping. Having someone who took the time to listen and know just what it was I was wanting to do and was able to make that happen for me, is what impressed me the most.
