This dealer has always provided a great "browse and learn" experience, whether I'm shopping in earnest or just kicking tires. My recent encounter with sales associate Mike Eastey proved the point again. He gave me some great perspective on the latest Mini product lineup, including his own personal views on which models are best for which drivers' needs. I wish more care dealers and sales pros would adopt his product-aware approach toward customer engagement and education.

I had a fantastic experience at Northwest Mini! I came in looking for a pre-owned convertible, and thankfully there was only one for sale, and it was perfect! The price was a bit higher than I was hoping for but Jordyn did a great job of helping me get to a price point I was comfortable with. Ron, the guy we did the paperwork with was so nice and very helpful! Everyone treated us with a lot of respect and even stayed late to help us complete the deal. I highly recommend visiting NW Mini if you are looking for a vehicle!

I'd like to give our sale representative Mike Eastey a huge thumbs up. My wife bought her first car in her life - a chili red 2019 Countryman, and Mike helped us with extreme patience and hospitality! We arrived pretty late which they usually don't accept appointments anymore, but Mike still helped us and guided us through multiple test drives and options, and finally closed the deal. It was 7PM on a Sunday night when we finished up the paperwork so a ton of thanks to Mike and team! Highly recommend to anyone shopping for a new/pre-owned Mini

Such a great experience. This was my first time buying a car and the process was super easy and very pleasant-- our salesman, Mike Eastey, was a very kind person and was incredibly helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! I appreciated how understanding and down to earth he was. Highly recommend! :-)

So glad to have entered the Mini universe. I thought you needed to spend WAY more to get a car with high end finishes, great looks, comfort & most impressively: FUN TO DRIVE. Who knew?!? Big shout out to Mike Easty our sales advisor who really made the purchase process easy, and has been great with follow up questions as well.

Oh my goodness service department is fantastic; was greeted by someone right away Nicole in service was and has been extremely helpful service department provided video and explanation of recommendations that needed to be done felt extremely confident we were safe on road after maintenance thank you so much for your attention to detail and explanation of maintenance

My wife wanted to get a little commuter and has always loved the look of the Mini Cooper, we have three Jeep Wranglers also so gas mileage was a driving factor. After checking inventory online I went in and met with Mike and Allan at the Tacoma Mini dealership. Once we found the car I was interested in and the wife and I drove it I was presented with a realistic and solid offer for a simple cash deal. This is how it should work, we find a car, we agree on equally beneficial terms without back and forth games, and we shake hands and do paperwork. Absolutely wonderful people and great experience, thank you Mike and Alan.

It s been a week since getting my first Mini and I ve been having the time of my life with her. She s so much fun to drive too ! The five stars are for the representative that I worked with Ms. Jordyn Brock. She was super nice, and made the process stress free with our trade in. I m super glad I came to this dealership! Hopefully I ll be back one day for the convertible.

Truly an experience that no other dealership I ve EVER been to could keep up with. When I was in a pitch and felt like I didn t have many options. The team at Northwest Mini found me one that truly couldn t have made me more happy. From the service in sales, finance and even after going to get regular maintenance done. Everyone was right... when you own a Mini you re apart of the family. Let s Motor! - Thank you

First time for me at the Mini Service center. I have a few cars all is different brands. This place can teach many others a lesson it two. Very awesome experience. The service advisor was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One of the kickers was a video of a very thorough vehicle walkthrough. More service centers need to do this. Great attention to detail and the service tech did a top notch job. If you have a mini well now you know.

This is how car buying should be! I sent an inquiry to the dealership about vehicle availability late one evening expecting to hear back the next day, but Mike Deckert got in touch within 15 minutes. Unfortunately the car was already sold, but after hearing what I was looking for, Mike was able to find the PERFECT model that was to arrive in a couple weeks. During the wait, Mike was super communicative and helpful - there were no games or pushiness like I've experienced elsewhere. Mike was honest, down-to-earth, and just made everything so easy. Once the car arrived and I came into the dealership, the process was so quick and smooth that I actually couldn't believe it. I would HIGHLY recommend both Mike, and Ron in finance, to everyone - when it comes to buying a car it doesn't get better than this!

Fantastic experience buying my first car here. Terry Soumis is very knowledgeable, personable, and clearly a genuine MINI enthusiast. As a first time car owner, I had a lot of questions, and he patiently explained everything. I am confident we found the perfect car for me, and I got a great deal. So happy with my experience here.

I had a great car buying experience at Tacoma MINI. After seeing an online ad for a pre-owned VW, I got in touch with Mike Eastey who was fantastic to work with and got me set up with a test drive the next day. The process couldn't have been easier. Great folks over at Tacoma MINI. Ask for Mike!

So far my experience has been extremely disappointing. I dropped my car off over 24 hours ago and was told I would have an update by now. I'm now being told my car has not even been looked at yet. I am not okay with that.Edit: after the customer service I've received today just trying to find out when exactly my car will be looked it - I wish I could rate negative stars. Truly hope my car is looked at tomorrow.Edit after picking car up - updating to 3 starts due to the absolutely stellar service I received from Darrell today. He communicated frequently, and was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Bert who helped check me out tonight was also amazing. The only reason this experience started off badly was due to the abysmal service provided by service advisor Nicole S. She's singlehandedly ruining the reputation of Tacoma Mini. Thank you to Darrell and Bert for being much better.

This review is very late, but these guys went above and beyond with my cooper. We were there for a hawks game, and they made sure to set us up with a loaner while repairs were made. You guys are all stars, thank you for everything!

I was in an auto accident and my 2016 Toyota Corolla was totaled. I love my Toyota. I found one here at BMW Northwest/ Tacoma Mini which was the same make and model and year with less miles. I made my appointment and came in explained the situation to my sales advisor Trevor and he made it happen. I was able to get my Toyota with such ease. I defiantly recommend coming to them for either new or used vehicles. I could not be happier with the customer service as well as the amount of care. Thank you Trevor

What a great group of people. from the customer service professionals, sales team & service department. I bought my mini 3 years ago w/ an extended warranty - I want to feel safe in my car & they make sure I am. Plus they offer a loaner car as needed. Thankful! Don t go anywhere else.

I took our cooper in to have some work done. I was not looking to purchase but was curious. I thought man, I do not want to go through this whole ordeal just for curiosity and thought what the heck. I briefly spoke with Steve and let him know that I was interested and I wanted to see, 5 different options with pricing. Very promptly Steve had the information ready. We checked out the cars and I was ready. On a side note, a little over a year ago I had an identity theft issue that Equifax was the last of the 3 bureaus to have yet get resolved. I explained this situation to Steve and he had advised Ron. I had let Steve & Ron know where I needed to be for finance and that was beat by 2 points. There absolutely was zero pressure during the entire experience and was actually enjoyable. Prior to driving off, Steve walked me through the car and let me tell you; he knows the Mini! The follow through with having the car prepped to our liking was outstanding as well! Would highly recommend and only hope that my customers have the same type of experience dealing with my company!

I really enjoyed my experience here. The sales person was extremely helpful and not pushy. Definitely recommend if you are in the market for a mini. They have a nice selection of inventory and if you are in the market for apre-owned mini they have you covered.

My husband and I bought our third mini cooper 1 year ago used and there were things with the car that we couldn t figure out how to change. We stopped by a couple weekends ago to see if they could help us figure it out. We met Mike Eastey who was so wonderful! Very nice to talk to, very enthusiastic about mini in general, very eager to help and even helped us reset other settings that we didn t even know was possible. We appreciated him so very much for spending time with us and for being so knowledgeable. Everyone go see Mike Eastey to buy your next mini copper.

What an absolute pleasure working with Mike at Mini Northwest! I was about to settle on a bmw x1 two days before getting a countryman! I m so glad we went with mini cooper insteadAfter shopping around in and out of state, Mike was polite and gave us reasonable offer the night before, the next day we went right in to pick up the car! Everything was done through a few short emails without hassle, and the documents, the car are both ready the next morning we went in.While waiting on the preparation of the documents, instead of just leaving us at the customer area, Mike brought us over to show us all the features that we might not know. (as he fully recognize the fact we have an i3, he didn t go over stuff that we might have known already.) Being a BMW enthusiast i was surprise how many more little things here and there I could do with the car!All and Mini Northwest provided me great service, environment, and selection to fulfill my search for the replacement vehicle. It was totally worth the drive from Seattle!

Been bringing my mini's here off and on for 10 years and this place has really gone down hill. This used to be a legitimate mini dealer that had great customer service, knew their stuff and didn't gougeI dropped off My R53 last night for a oil change, airbag light and check out a leak in my rear sunroof. Got a call this morning and they want $199 for an oil change, $225 for a "diagnosis" of the airbag light when I already have the code from my reader, and they wanted $225 to "diagnose" the leak on the small sunroof. It could only be like 2 or 3 possibilities.Ridiculous.As a Mini enthusiast and member of several Mini clubs I would love to support them and recommend them, but sadly I can't

My family has been loyal customers of Tacoma Mini for over 6 years we have purchased 5 MINIs and one other used car from them. I noticed that Justin Goldstrom the Service manager is no longer there. For an area that is not so easy to manage, he did an amazing job of making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. We sure noticed his absence from the dealership. He has such a present with all the customers. If this is not too late to let you all know that he was spectacular with customers, I'm so sad to see him no longer at your dealership. He was the best part of walking to see a familiar trusted face. He knows all your customers by name by greeting them and was such a friendly force in your service department. With the MINI Drivers, He knew all our names when just walking in the door and our MINI's names and that says something about Justin. His shoes will be difficult to fill because there is a noticeable absence with him not there.

I bought a 2019 Countryman here in the past week, and Sales Advisor Mike Eastey was FANTASTIC. I've bought a lot of cars in my life, but I have never had a sales person who was SO passionate about the cars or who truly loves the product they sell like Mike does. He loves Minis and it shows! He was very friendly, informative, helpful, and the entire transaction was painless. The finance person over at BMW Northwest was awesome, too, and very fast with the paperwork process. The dealership is beautiful with lots of cool Minis to look at, as well. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful experience, I LOVE my new Mini, and if you want to be taken care of, GO SEE MIKE!
