Returned this week for an routine oil change. The service was completed as expected.But, a few weeks ago I noticed my remote lock and unlock wasn t as responsive. I needed to to next to the Jeep for it to work. After the service at Tacoma Dodge, I walked out to my Jeep and pressed the unlock button from 30 feet away and click , it worked. They noticed the unresponsiveness too and replaced the battery without asking and without charge.That s the excellent service and attention to detail that they deliver. Taking the time to be sure the customer is fully taken of is what they do.

These Folks go out of their way to get the job done right the first time. The stuff is amazing and always welcomes you with a smile and a warm greeting. They set everything up down to a rental car if need be. They are fast and efficient and get the job done in a timely manner. They have a nice waiting room with snacks, water, and tv available. I trust the work done and have never had a problem in the two years that i've owned and purchased my vehicle. Tacoma, Dodge Chrysler and Jeep in Tacoma. You guys are rock stars good job for all your hard work.Thank you,Tina

Every time I take my vehicle in for service I never get a call for any recommendations. Instead I get a message an hour or two AFTER I get told the vehicle is ready for pick up. We like to keep our car maintained, so it would be nice to know these things so they can take care of it.

Total nightmare experience. My 2023 Jeep Compass Trailhawk has been stuck in a body shop for almost 5 months waiting for one part. There was already a backlog for parts due to the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown but the union strike has really hurt the poor car owners. This should have been a 2 to 3 week job. I know, because I owned a body shop. Several months ago I went to see my salesman Wallace Thomas for some help. He made it sound as though this was all my fault. He was very rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. I got the hell out of there fast. Today I find out the body shop is towing it back to the dealership to have the codes reset again. They did it once and then the codes came back on. I contacted the service department and explained the situation about how long it's been. They told me they were booked up. God knows how long it will be there. I don't even remember the car. And all this time I've been making on time payments and I can't even drive it. They don't care. They have no compassion. I've owned and managed various businesses. You don't treat customers like this. I will seriously think twice about getting another vehicle from Stellantis. What a nightmare.

Took my car in Saturday and left it for Monday to get checked on and they actually did their job by contacting my car warranty for services and let me know right away what needs to be worked on. Hopefully they get the job done so I can get my car back for work. Thanks for letting me know the problems.
