I had a rock chip repair to my windshield. It was quick and I was on my way in 30-min. No charge my auto insurance covered it and I had no deductible cost. The photo is looking out where the repair was done. I can't see it in the photo, but there is still a mark on the windshield.

I'm pretty displeased with whoever makes appointments at this place. I read a review that was talking about how they set an appointment, and they put the wrong day. I figured it was a one off. It's not. The person setting up these appointments needs talked to.I set this up last week, was told that it was set up for today at 10. They made it for yesterday. I specifically requested today because it was my boyfriends' day off.You all really need to work on that. We rescheduled for the next day, but I'm not even sure that that appointment is going to be set up right now. *EDIT* I'm canceling and going elsewhere.

My crew from Apcon LLC was doing a job at a residence in university place and the customer informed us of a broken glass which might have happened during our work. I took a piece of glass to the nice people at speedy glass on South Tacoma and 47th and they cut it for me and saved our day. They are very nice and very helpful people.

I needed a custom piece of glass cut to replace a broken medicine cabinet shelf. Not only were they able to match it perfectly, they did the job in 10 minutes.

Speedy Glass is the best. If you need a window replacement or just a small chip in your window repaired, Speedy Glass is the place. They have a great crew, reasonable prices, a large waiting area, and they are fast! I've recommended them to my neighbors.

They live up to their name.The first auto glass shop I took my car to told me it would take 6 to 8 hours to replace my windshield. I went to Speedy and they told me it would take about 2. So, I made an appointment to have my windshield replaced. Thinking it would likely take longer, I arranged for a friend to pick me up. When I dropped my car off, they told me it would take about an hour. Turns out, it took about an hour to replace the windshield AND calibrate the camera. I sent my friend back home and tried to figure out what to do with the rest of my day. I now know where I will go the next time I need glass replacement!

I've used Speedy Glass Tacoma twice now. Both time I've received excellent services. The staffs are professional, kind, and accommodating. My last visit there was May 26th. Went in for a rear window replacement. Shattered from a break-in. Not only did they replace the glass in a timely manner but also cleaned up my trunk. I had left it how I found it the day of the break-in. I was only expecting the Glass to be replaced not a clean up of my mess as well. That was a pleasant surprise. I'm hoping this is my last time having to go there. Haha.Services: Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

SHOUTOUT TO SPEEEDY GLASS FOR FIXING MY TOYOTA CAMRY WINDOW !! I will come back !! I brought my own glass too !! And they fixed it in about 40 minutes!!Also I forgot the mans names but he helped me reset my windows safety feature the switch was not working on the drivers side door ! And he called me after I left and said try that !!!

They were awesome except for the fact that they had the wrong window ordered but that happens totally understandable but they fixed the problem within 30 minutes and didn't awesome awesome installation

Someone tried to break into my car and broke my drivers side window in doing so. Speedy glass was very quick with getting me an estimate, getting me an appointment, and the appointment only took about 30 minutes! They were very professional. They were able to get me in the very next day. My insurance covered the bill and Speedy dealt directly with them. The ding they filed looks amazing. In and out in about 15-20 mins. It was easy better than the other place that could come to me in a week and a half. Highly recommend these guys.

The people were very friendly and helpful. Cut a 48" wide 1/8" thick mirror down from 42" to 36" tall. Beautiful job! We will be going back for any glass needs.

They did a great job repairing the rock chip in my windshield. While you can still see where it happened, it's a considerably small spot now. Price seemed fair, and less than safelight autoglass!

First time I have gone here and they were great I forgot to take the phone holder off my windshield and my daughter's picture around the review mirror. They didn't say a word about it and put everything back right where it was. Also free chip repair for a year. I called literally 9 other places looking for a windshield ding repair at 4pm. You know if I waited until Monday, the cold weather would crack my windshield beyond a simple repair. Not one location said they had time. I saw speedy glass and stopped in at 4:20pm; they closed at 5pm. I was in and out in 15 minutes with my ding repaired, and another one they saw that I couldn't see from inside due to the dark boundary of the glass.Great, fast service when many others couldn't be bothered on a Friday afternoon.

2021 09Great. Was told up to 3 hours but only it took 40 minutes. So I was paid and out the door sooner than expected. They even cleaned my other windows inside and out. I would recommend this place for anyone and they do window glass for any building type. The customer service was exceptionally kind.

I made appointments for replacing front windsheild for my 2 cars on today 13th.First one was ok to replace it.after replace first my car and i was waiting for my second car.but what i heard from them was that they can't replace it today.i have to reschedule for replacing it.What they said was windshield they got has a problem for replacing today.Hey!! you guyz are professionals for that.Why would you do that??What a waste my time.they were supposed to let us know if they can't replace it before i made appointments.they said ok to do it when i called them.I even closed my business today to replace it for my 2 cars.Even they didn't sorry for me about that.Cuz I am a asian??Service: Auto windshield replacement

Excellent company, replaced glass looks new. Over 7+ years, I've used Speedy for dresser mirrors, residential and auto windows. Every time, Excellent, professional service and installation. Polite, highly skilled, wonderful employees. ++!!!
