When my 1998 Ford F-150 (mileage - 413,000 miles) finally reach its time to replace the engine, I did not hesitate to contact Southend Auto Care.I initially made contact with Caleb who guided me through the process, acquisition and engine replacement for my aging truck. Throughout the weeks ahead, my contact was switched to Sam who was as equally competent and professional as Caleb.Fast forward to present, my green machine has been given a new life and power! The works were excellent and beyond reproach. I was never left out of steps on repairs and final costs.Huge KUDOS to Trevor, the GOAT techinician who's magic touch made my green baby up and running very smoothly once more!I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wishes to get a second to none auto care in the area. I had the unfortunate incident with my car breaking down. It was towed to this amazing facility based on my insurance company's recommendation. My interactions with Mark and Sam were very impressive. They always communicated with me about the progress of my repairs. It was not running on Monday and today (Friday) I have it back. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs! My Chrysler 200 is happy and on the road again just in time for the holidays! Thanks guys.

Southend Auto Care is the place to go for automotive repairs! We had a warranty repair that needed to be taken care of, and they handled EVERYTHING, start to finish. They offer timely service and quality work. If available, they even have a few loaner cars if your required service will be a long one.

I rarely gave a review but this shop deserve a 5 star review.Not only Southend Auto care gave me a peace of mind finding where the noise is actually coming from which I had thought is from the blower motor but turns out a clogged cabin air filter.Also replaced old Transmission fluid, and replaced the old spark plugs, and did a full inspection of the vehicle and diagnostic. Last oil change and filter. now The ND1 Miata runs smoothly and sharp.Thank you so much G s for servicing My ND1 Miata and I will be back for more future service.

5 stars is legit. From the first call I could tell I was recommended to the right place. Sam & Mark were interested in my issues with my Ridgeline and were easy to talk to. I dropped my truck off the night before and they got to work on it by noon as promised. Not long after that we had a very specific conversation where expectations were set.I agreed to three main items to be addressed. I was also given a verbal estimate over the phone and one via email.You never know who to trust when it comes to your car. So as previously explained the services were done. I went and picked up the car up and paid with multiple credit cards.I'm very pleased with how it came out. My truck has been brought back to life, shifting great, running, smooth and braking like new.They followed up with me a day or two later via text and over the phone and I was able to express my appreciation.Overall, I couldn't be happier and I'm very relieved. I don't feel ripped off or disappointed. By the way, they have an excellent warranty on their work which really gives me peace of mind!Thank you, Southend Auto Care

I can t say enough about how great this shop treated me. Let me start by saying I have a 64 impala that I daily drive and it suddenly sprang a large oil leak, I went to two shops in the area and was told they were too busy to help me, meanwhile my car was bleeding oil. I called south end auto care and spoke with the owner Mark and he not only agreed to help me but stayed late to receive my car from the tow truck. Mark even went as far as to give me a ride home. You can t ask for better people. They have a tech that did the work to my car and not only did he fix the problem but went the extra mile and fixed/ adjusted things I didn t ask for free of charge. Sam, the service writer was friendly, patient, and communicative the whole way with me as I was really stressed out. So in closing, if you are like me and want to support local shops that are run by genuinely kind people that have your back along with providing not only timely expert auto service as well as excellent customer service, don t take your vehicle anywhere but Southend auto care.

This place rocks. I ve been taking my 2011 Toyota Sienna here for a couple of years, but have also brought my car to the local chain mechanic business for cheap basic oil changes. The difference in service is mind blowing. The big national chain spends the day taking pictures of your aging cars undercarriage, mapping out any residual fluid as a badly needed repair spots. During my last oil change I was quoted considerably more than my little Toyota is worth to fix ten different issues. One was brake wear, and needing new front brakes, which was valid. Many of which were associated with leaking oil, which I had seen no evidence of in my driveway and a myriad of other cv joint, differential, suspension related normal wear and tear.For peace of mind I brought it to Southend Auto just for an inspection and to properly address the oil issue. They were able to identify that it was a faulty tapered drain plug that was no longer keeping the oil properly in the pan, they re-threaded the drain mast, and put a factory plug in to solve the problem. They also agreed that the brakes were in need of changing. Everything else was great according to them. No other issues.To have mechanics that you can trust to properly diagnose issues that NEED to be fixed instead of finding issues that they COULD fix is not something to take for granted. Mark, Sam, Rich and whoever else is on the Southend Auto team, thank you very much for your outstanding service!Service: Oil change

Needed a spark plug/helicoil repair, new coil, and some recommended maintenance. Sam at Southend Auto got me on the road in a day and a half. Quick turnaround, clean facility, very professional staff. Would recommend this shop for auto repairs.

I brought my vehicle into the shop for a transmission fluid leak. The shop spent some time diagnosing where the leak was coming from. They found the source and repaired the vehicle. Sam did a great job keeping me informed about my vehicle status. It took a little longer to get parts by that was out of the control of the shop.I now have the piece-of-mind that I can drive my vehicle without worrying about the potential damage a leak like this could cause.I recommend this shop to others who need major vehicle repairs and want to do business with a trusted shop.Service: Transmission

Extraordinary experience! Southend Auto Care will be my go-to for repairs that I can't do myself. They repaired our front suspension under what was quoted. They don't mark up prices on parts and don't do any work that they don't think you need.We had arranged financing, and when the finance company tried to change the interest rate, Sam stepped in and made it right.A few days after the repair, the owner, Mark, called to make sure we were satisfied with the work.This place is a class act! There aren't many auto repair places like this. You owe it to yourself to see them first when you need auto repairs.

I had a fantastic experience here. My truck would not start and I had it towed into the shop. I spoke with Mark on the phone who was accommodating, friendly, and attentive. Once arrived, Sam assisted me throughout the day with a positive, professional and friendly attitude. The team provided a shuttle which I was able to utilise and get a workout in at my gym while the truck was being fixed. I am so fortunate to have found this shop since I am not from the area. After numerous problems came up since taking my truck to another place (long story, but they are not in business anymore), My engine had blown and had to be replaced. Southend Auto Care is undeniably the best place I have taken my truck to in many years. While other places have balked at working on my F-150 Ecoboost, the guys here are very competent experts in the auto field. They care enough to require a 1000 mile follow up. Awesome shop and people. Had my mom's van at buckys for 3 days they couldn't figure out what's wrong. Paid their diagnostic fee of course. Took it to these guys they found the problem, fixed it, and got my mom's van back to her the very next day. My whole family takes their car here now. Trevor's the man!

I called and came in last minute because both of my headlights went out on my car. Of course my dodge had special headlights that couldn t just be replaced and my whole bumper had to come off. Even with the extra work they helped me get up in running in about an hour. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

I rarely give a Five Star review of any business, as I believe excellent service should be the rule, rather than the exception. However, our experience with Southend s recent repairs to our Ford Escape Hybrid deserves special recognition. In nearly 60 years of owning and operating vehicles, i have never felt more comfortable with the professionalism exhibited by everyone I dealt with in the course of the repairs. I wholeheartedly recommend Southend for competent auto care and courtesy in handling customer service. It almost feels like being treated as family. Services: Electrical repair, Brakes, Oil change

My clutch went out a little over a mile from the shop. I had gotten a few quotes but no one could get my car in for 2 weeks. I even had one shop tell me they weren't too familiar with installing clutches. I called Southend. Sam got me all the info I needed and his quote was a little less than the others. Sam told me to tow my car down to the shop same day (even stayed late to get my car in secured in the gates as it was later in the evening). The following morning Mark called me saying he tested my car and only heard a noise. I told Mark about how the entire incident went down and he said he'd get it all taken care of. Mark also took the time to really listen and understand what happened. Sam kept me in the loop throughout the repairs and my car was back on the road in 3 days. My final bill was less than I was quoted. If I'm ever in a jam again and need a shop, this is the shop I'll be returning to. Great job guys!!!

I had taken my car in for an oil change and an additional part that needed to be replaced. They found other issues Including transmission mounts that were sagging, that needed work on. A quote for everything was emailed quickly. Caleb was able to give a really fair price after working with the vendor. AND they had my car done by the next day with everything finished! Mark and Sam are always a pleasure to work with as well. Very much a thorough finish no hassal job! I recommend Southend Auto Care to anyone and everyone! Absolute Great Job Guys! If I could give 20 stars I would definitely give 30 :)

My 2004 Ford pick up was recently stolen and dropped at southend auto as they stole another vehicle from their lot. I received a call from the owner Mark telling me they had recovered my vehicle. He was so accommodating and professional when he could have easily been bitter and annoyed by his own problem. Instead he treated me fairly, was able to repair my vehicle before the weekend and get me back on the road. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had at any auto shop, dealership or any business for that matter. I would highly highly recommend this business to anyone

Sam is great! He was able to get my issue fixed swiftly and kept in touch with updates and when the parts needed would arrive. Definitely will come back for future needs on my Diesel-Engine Chevy Cruze.Price for repairs was also excellent compared to competitors

We brought our 2006 Scion (240,000 miles) in because of a noise in the front drive train. Southend Auto Care not only found the source of the noise but also did a full diagnostic on the engine and Peace Of Mind (60 point) inspection -and flushed our break fluid. We were out the door without spending a lot of money. And, they found the frontend noise and fixed it.We had heard very good things from several sources and were rewarded by word of mouth information. We are very happy with our experience with Southend Auto CareThe Scion is still on the road.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

I have a 2009 Acura TL which needed major service. I located Southend Auto Care via Yelp and scheduled service only due to their great reviews.Sam - He clearly knew what was the issue due to the noise my car was making.Mark - He contacted me directly to make sure the work on my car went well - which it did.If I ever have any issues with my car in the future - I will be sure to use Southend Auto Care!The cherry on top was the cost for the service. This is the first time I happily provided my credit card!!!!

5 out of 5 stars! This place is awesome and I will recommend to everyone. I broke down on the side of the road on a Friday. I found this shop on the side of the road and got my vehicle towed there. I spoke with sam who told me he would store it at the shop over the weekend. He told me he they were busy and would probably be able to look at it the following Tuesday. Monday midday he called and had already figured out the problem and had parts on the way. By Tuesday my car was completely fixed and ready to be picked up. They are extremely friendly and very speedy with their work. If I ever need any other work done this will be the shop I use.

Great customer service. I was surprised how thorough they were when looking over the vehicle and was impressed but all the pictures and details they provided. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and from how other customers interacted with them they know their customers for real and it s not just a car driving in with a price tag. Definitely will be bring both my vehicles to them again if something unfortunate happens.Services: Electrical, Oil change

Won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Best work in the southend. They're honest, complete and thorough. They even text me every time a day or two afterwards to make sure that things are still good. This company really cares about their customers!
