Everyone is so nice here. Evan is really helpful and knowledgeable. He has taken care of us a bunch of times and is always so kind and efficient. We came in this week after my key fob button broke and he fixed it as well as got my tire fixed after I drove over a screw. They also have a nice big waiting area that is kid friendly with coloring pages and crayons and plenty of snacks to keep the kids busy.

Chris W was amazing to work with. Was not pushy, followed up, and got the job done! He even came in on his day off when he had much more important things to do. I trusted the team at ST Mazda and that is not something I say often about a car dealership. I ve purchased about 30 cars in my time and this was the best experience I have had. Chase also helped guide me through this process and you have made me a loyal customer. I will drive the extra time down from seattle to deal with these guys. Five star rating

Excellent car buying experience! Paul was very chill, not overly-pushy about buying, and was really motivated in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. On top of that, they gave me a very fair deal on my 24 CX-5. This was one of the best experiences I ve had buying a car hands down!

I highly recommend south tacoma. I have bought 2 cars from them and have always had the best experience with Mike P. Mike P goes above and beyond for his customers, as well as support them through a big purchase. Mike P help get me into this 2021 Jeep and I m in love with it.

I bought a 2017 Camaro from them earlier in the year. It was my first time making such a large purchase but they worked with me to put me into one of my dream cars. Since then I've received nothing but great service and the people there are super friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another pre owned, or maybe even new vehicle from them in the future.

My experience with Chris Wodjenski could not have been better. Before he even knew I would buy from them he went above and beyond for me. He secured the exact car I wanted and had it delivered and ready for me when I arrived. Cleaned up, filled with gas and sitting out front with a bow on it. Seriously. The negotiations went smoothly, and I came away feeling respected and appreciated. The best part is I got to drive away with the car I wanted and did not have to settle for less. Chris is amazing, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

I have had poor car buying experiences in the past, but not at South Tacoma Mazda. I walked in, and Rachel Siemers greeted me. Not only could she be any more professional, she was just as personable. She provided me with transparent options, and guided me even after buying my car on how to use it, and made sure I was all set. Highly recommend her to any consumer if you are interested in buying a Mazda, she'll take care of you.

I have been a Mazda customer since 2015 and have taken my car to several dealerships over the past nine years. I can honestly say the service department at south Tacoma Mazda goes above and beyond for their customers. They are friendly, honest, and more generous than they have to be. They never turn me away when I show up with without an appointment for an emergency, even when it means staying past closing time. They are always quick to return phone calls, easy to communicate with, and I ve never been pushed to do any repairs on my car that didn t seem necessary. They even repaired a cracked cylinder and refilled my brake fluid for free. I love these guys and will drive down to get my car serviced here, even when I move out of Tacoma. I wouldn t take my Mazda anywhere else :)

I saw a rare pre-owned black on black Lincoln Continental at South Tacoma Mazda and contacted Paul P for an appointment at 1130am. When I arrived, Paul had the Lincoln pulled up and ready for a showing. After the test drive, we sat down and discussed numbers and I felt no pressure from Paul even though there was some initial negotiations involved. Paul understood my bottom line and after he spoke to his managers, we agreed on a price that I was comfortable with and we shook hands on it. The finance advisor, Ed, was also efficient in completing all the documents with me. I was out of there by 130pm, quick and pain free. I returned later in the day to pick up the Lincoln, which they washed and vacuumed up and even put in some gas for me. It was a very good experience and Paul was a professional and friendly salesperson who treated me with respect and fairness.

Went to South Tacoma Mazda to Purchase the all new 2024 CX-90 Turbo S. Im VERY particular on who to trust while purchasing a vehicle and was blessed and lucky enough to work with Chris Wodjenski and his team. We were treated with much care, respect and zero pressure.Furthermore, upon our departure, we exited to find our new vehicle fully washed and detailed with a big red bow. We caught some family photos and we drove away in our new CX-90 that very same day.We are very pleased with the quality of service. The level of integrity we recieved is phenomenal and we loooove our new CX-90! The car is absolutely amazing, elequent, roomy, sporty and everything we need and want as a family.We will always see Chris when purchasing a new vehicle and we highly recommend anyone needing a reliable and quality vehicle, to head down to South Tacoma Mazda. This team is legit!!

Chris Wodjenski went out of his way to assist me in getting into the car I wanted. He spent time looking for cars within my price range with the features I wanted. He spent a lot of time and energy to make sure I had everything I wanted. In the end, I drove off the lot with a car that was everything i wanted and more. He made himself available throughout the entire process and followed up a couple days later to make sure that I still liked my purchase. I would happily go back to him for any and all future purchases.

My wife and I recently bought a car at South Tacoma Mazda and it was an absolutely WONDERFUL experience!!! Our sales consultant Garrett did an incredible job showing and explaining to us how to navigate the car we wanted to purchase. Discussing what we wanted was easy and our needs were met. We also had a good time finishing up the deal with the finance manager Ed and the general manager JB thanked us and gave us a hug on the way out. We definitely endorse and recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an easy going excellent car buying experience!!!

I went in knowing what I had wanted after seeing it posted on car gurus. There I met Garrett who was very very helpful. He was super cool, very respectful, and matched my energy, which I appreciated very much. After driving the Mazda knowing I wanted it for sure he took me to Dani in finance. She was very straight forward and walked me through everything I needed to do to be able to finance a car for the very first time. They did everything they could to get me in what I really wanted and I couldn t be more grateful to work with the team at South Tacoma Mazda.

This was absolutely the most positive car buying experience I ve ever had. Paul was so helpful, patient, honest and welcoming. Gosh I don't even know where to begin, Mazda of Tacoma was absolutely amazing Mike and Garret did such a great job. When we first arrived they let us browse for a little before coming up which is huge to me, they were so sweet about the test drive and everything in-between.Finance and the manager where equally amazing too. My only regret is not remembering everyone s name because when I say everyone I mean Everyone who works there stops to say hi (they even helped with our girls) and when we finalized the purchase they stopped to say congratulations. We bought our brand New car last night November 29,2023 so if anyone who was there is reading this Thank you so much!!!

Updating I ve called John multiple times no response this is very rude and unprofessional!I have bought at least 6 cars from here thousands of dollars and they just tell u what u want to hear to buy the last two I was scammed into! They took my money and pretty much screwed me I will never again buy a car from this place again they messed up when they lost mike he helped Julian and the rest suck! Act like they care and use you! I kept coming back because to me I thought Julian and Ed were like family! I was so wrong!

This is my second time buying a new car from South Tacoma Mazda and this latest experience was just as good as the last. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted and handed over to a wonderful sales representative, Paul Perry, who helped me decide between 2 different vehicles which one was right for me. We test drive both and after deciding on the Mazda3 hatchback he helped me navigate trading in my old car to use as a down payment. I appreciate Paul's knowledge on the Mazda line and his willingness to share features I didn't know about even after owning another Mazda for 2 years. Thanks Paul and the team at Mazda, I'm a customer for life!

Update my review they stole some parts of my car i don t know what s the name and some pers things like a cover dog sheet for the back seat they didn t replace. So disappointed I expense to repair since the beginning like $10k i now the last repair done for two months but still lights engine. They call me the missing parts of car is they order for replacement but my expensive dog sheet . They dont say anything I requested a record surveillance no update . I never trust now time to change places to repair my vehicles . Nverr fix the problems like engine check. Not happy I never recommend this place now advice never leave your vihicles for a long time of periods or dont bring your vihicles and leave they stole some parts of the vehicles or some personal things and lucky if they replace you. They said they pull the surveillance i fell just saying only no surveillance for the parking space. My dog cover is expensive . Would be nice they replaced even cheaper make me happy even tho mine is really expensive bought $140 ..

I just bought a used 2021 Mazda CX-30 with Paul Perry and the customer service was 5 stars. This was my first time buying a car at a dealership and Paul was very kind and patient. He took the time to show me all of the ins and outs of the vehicle and answer every one of my questions.There were a few cons:1. I didn't notice a small crack on the passenger side of the windshield that until I left the lot. It seems odd they would sell a vehicle with a crack in the windshield. In looking at quotes from windshield repair places, it will cost between $80 - $150 to fix it and there is a long waitlist for windshield repairs at the moment.2. The vehicle didn't come with a spare key fob. The dealership charges around $400 for a replacement. I was quoted $225 from a locksmith.3. The finance department pulled a hard inquiry on my credit report even though I had already secured financing with my bank. They said they had to do that since I was paying for my down payment with a personal check and they needed to verify who I was. I would have preferred to provide other identification documents as an alternative.Overall, it was a good experience. They also washed and detailed the vehicle while I waited for the finance department to wrap up sending the purchase order to my bank.If you go here, ask for Paul! You won't regret it.

My purchase from South Tacoma Mazda with PaulP was for an insurance replacement purchase. The timing of the car's availability, my distance to travel to them and the insurance payout was not exactly in sync. I am so grateful to Paul and Ed for making provisions where I could reserve the vehicle, pick up the car with a deposit and pay the full amount a week later once the insurance and bank checks cleared. Thanks you for an effortless experience.

Chris W. was with me from start to finish in a trade-in+purchase of a 2022 MX-5 and I can say, quite confidently that he is an asset to the South Tacoma Mazda sales team. Nino was fantastic with our shopping experiences at South Tacoma Mazda used car, where I bought my wife her 2022 BMW X3 M40i (LCI) with about 3000 miles (basically new with full factory warranty). Nino's service was phenomenal from start to finish, totally transparent, and with ZERO pressure whatsoever. Highly recommended!!!

Bought my first car in here. All workers were great. From salesperson, finance and to the owner. Great people. Wide range of price flexibility. Car they offered me was perfect for my budget. Even gave it a detail as I purchased it. Recommend this place to anyone.

Reached out and bought my car sight unseen. This is a great group of people starting with Marshall at the top. He answered every question I had and made the transaction very easy and comfortable. Ed in Finance walked me through the paperwork and wanted to make sure I understand all of the financing as well as the warranty work. Paul worked through all of the questions I had on the car and made sure I was comfortable with all of the controls before I left the Dealership. Jerry picked me up at the airport and was very professional and we talked the whole 30 minute drive to the dealership. He was a hoot to hang out with. I felt very comfortable and safe at this Dealership during this Pandemic and I would stop by this place anytime. I also saw some test drives going on as well and everyone was very professional and wearing masks. Thanks South Tacoma for the deal and great and easy process of buying a vehicle. The wife loves her 2021 CX-5 Carbon AWD Turbo!

Overall perfect experience from start to finish. They have great communication. Michael Atkins was our sales man and I would recommend him to anyone. Ash the manager and Calvin in finance were great too! Everything was easy going and nothing was pushy. The way it should be! Will not hesitate to purchase future vehicles from here. Thanks!
