I purchase and finance my first car today at 19! South Tacoma Auto is an amazing dealership. Nate was a wonderful salesman and had great customer service. The finance department was great aswell. Overall the whole team made me feel super comfortable and I would 100% recommend South Tacoma Auto and ask for Nate!

STA staff was very prompt & friendly. Helped me figure out everything I needed to drive away with my beautiful car! Very informative and answered every question I had with no hesitation. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Will be returning for any future purchases!

I made a trip to South Tacoma Auto on the advise of my son Murry. My car was no longer viable and I needed to get a replacement quickly. This place is phenomenal in every aspect. The sales agent "G" that helped me was attentive, respectful and very knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot. Once I described what I wanted he was able to find the vehicle that not only had everything I wanted but very well priced! I had some time constraints and the whole team from sales (G) to financing (Tommy) were on it.I have bought several cars in my time and can honestly say this was the most enjoyable experience I have had. And I even got to meet the Owner and the Manager!I highly recommend South Tacoma Auto!!!

Amazing experience from start to finish!! What a team, with JP helping me make sure this was the right fit and having it ready to go for me out front to test drive before I even pulled in to the dealership and Leticia for a calm and smooth financing process. In love with my new car, could not recommend these guys enough!!

South Tacoma Auto gets zero stars. I have to take my vehicle I just bought 3 months ago from South Tacoma Auto to another state, Oregon, to get serviced. Not only do I have to do that, I have to pay for any and all repairs too. Not once when I told South Tacoma Auto about the repairs did they offer to cover that, just purchasing the vehicle 3 months ago. None of their technicians are electric car certified, so good luck trying to take your vehicle into them for service.Trying to get South Tacoma Auto to work with you to repair your vehicle is a nightmare. They will only provide you the bare minimum of care or support, nothing more. Getting them to agree to towing my vehicle was so incredibly difficult and I m not sure they are going to honor it with how awful they have been. Just go with another dealership unless you enjoy having headaches and constant stress. I removed my first 1 star review out of good faith that South Tacoma Auto would do the right thing and reach out regarding trading the vehicle they sold to me and lied to me about getting serviced locally, but they are refusing to assist me. Since South Tacoma Auto isn t reaching out and trying to fix this mess they put me in I feel it necessary to come on here and put my 1 star review back up. South Tacoma Auto is not a good dealership to go through if you are looking for a car. Especially an electric car. They will tell you you can get the car serviced locally and then you ll find out you can t. They will refuse to help you unless it s the bare minimum of help. I feel that South Tacoma Auto isn t transparent with their vehicles and where to get them serviced. Do yourself a favor and just look elsewhere for a vehicle.

turned out this 110k mile service that i scheduled was just an oil change . the man helping me was acting like i was an idiot for not understanding that fact. maybe make that more clear on your website. they also proceeded to charge me $97 for an oil change. i was told when i bought my car here all service would be better priced than anywhere else yeah right! they said everything is perfectly fine with my car at the end yet the breaks are squeaking and engine rattling.. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! edit: they just tried to tell me i was only scheduled for an oil change, so here s a text from them i received!

Went in today for my first official New car and was welcomed by Nate, who provided great knowledge and his expertise to enhance our experience during this process. Nate was very thorough and was able to provide us with all the information necessary, answered all of our questions and eased all of our concerns making this such a great experience overall I feel great about my purchase and thankful to have chosen South Tacoma Auto.

I was lucky to work with Genaro and Letitia because they made us feel comfortable which has never been my experience at a dealership. I was a little disappointed that they didn t get me closer to my goal price but at least they were kind and friendly and I didn t feel pressured or condescended to. Would definitely recommend them!

Buying a car can be stressful , difficult & annoying. Whoever Samantha is was rude and disrespectful during a negotiation on a car. I hope they get better salesmen, not someone who is rude to a potential buyer. Makes me question management and reputation. For such a reputable establishment you d think they have higher standards.

In my many car purchases, this dealership stands out as the best experience. Sabrey was incredibly helpful during the test drive and purchase, Mike made the paperwork enjoyable, and the woman at the front desk (apologies for forgetting her name) was friendly and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership with a perfect 10 out of 10!

Despite having a great list of dealers to chose from, South Tacoma Auto was the second dealership I visited today and was also my last. This people are really scamming. It was my first car to buy. I dint have long credit history. They tried very hard to bribe me abd convince to buy their car at high interest rate of 18 imagine, I put down payment of 5K and the price of the car was at 17k can't imagine the total amount I owed was still high and am still struggling to pay off this debt. It's very frustrating. I won't recommend a friend to buy to them any more

I wouldn't buy a car from here especially if you trade in they will low ball you on a offer . Also , if you aren't going to let them run your credit 9/10 they wont give you a good deal even if you have solid financing with your personal bank .

Nobody ever likes buying a car. For most people, they don't know what they want and that's blood in the water to a salesman. Other people know what they want, but will still get pushed around to look at cars they weren't considering simply because it's more comisison for the sales guy.Going to South Tacoma Auto was an experience that is nothing like what people think of when they imagine buying a car, and nothing like what I described above. Their inventory covers a wide range of options, their sales team, "G" especially, is understanding, easy to communicate with, and knew what he was talking about.I went in knowing the stock I wanted to look at, and he worked with us to look at everything I wanted, and when the time came, we bought the best they had for what I was looking for.The after sales support was too notch. I had an issue with the vehicle that was addressed in hours. My calls were returned, and they took care of the minor repairs without a hiccup.I have no reservations about sending anyone their way. They will guide you right.

I went in to look at a car I saw online and ended up with a way better car with lower miles and cheaper price. I couldn't believe it. Best experience I've ever had. ***responding to your response below -- we visited one dealership, you, the car in question is still available on your lot. I can show you text messages from your sales person if you like, they are from Sabrey, with South Tacoma Auto. Don't gas light me and pretend I don't know where I looked at the car *****Made an offer on a car, they did not accept the offer. No big deal, I was going to just move on, but then I get a call from the internet Sales Manager who decided it was a good idea to bully and harass me about the offer. I believe the price was a fair market price for the rig, but I m looking for a slightly better deal and was worried about the fact that the brake calipers, lug nuts and rotors were rusted, as if it had been driven on a saltwater beach. He decided to call me and argue about it, tell me that the car was from Hood River Oregon which is apparently now in the mountains and tell me that there is no salt water near Portland where the car was purchased. Last I heard, Oregon and Washington are both coastal states, but what do I know? He told me at the start of the call that his reputation depended on pricing the cars right, I think he has it wrong, I think his reputation depends on treating customers with respect, perhaps he should work on that.

Call dealership on February 21 ask them about the status of my application for the car, they told me they going call me back after they talk finance department after I get the call back they told me I need 4k-5k for down payment. Went down to the dealership today 2-22 with 4k for down payment they told us we need 10k
