S & S Tire is a family owned and run full service tire shop. They service trucks cars and equipment ect. I was able to call and have 2 of my tried worn out tires replaced the same day. They where fast and did quality work. This is the place to go for your custom wheels and tire too. They know tires and you will get great service from their knowledgeable staff. They also can fix your breaks if you need that done to. Check them out. I live out of the area and travel to their because I really like their service.

S&S is a tire shop that definitely deserves its five star. Great customer service they worked on both my tires and made sure I was in and out in no time I highly recommend this place if u ever need your tires replaced or fixed thank u so much

Took my tires in to get balanced because of shaking in the tire at a certain speed. These guys took the tire off and was done in less then 10 min. Said my tire was off balance.. it wasn't off balance because I took to another tire shop and they showed me that my tire was actually defective and needed new tires. I think the kids that work there now since Steve passed away has gone down hill and the knowledge is gone. since I've been going here for 20 plus years. You guys lost a Customer that day.. my kids safety is a risk not worth takin. Train your guys better because my tire could have exploded on the high way.

These guys and gals are phenomenal. Hard working, straight shooters and fair prices. I ve bought a few sets of tires here for my dodge ram, my Toyota 4Runner, and for my Ford transit connect business vehicle. They even fixed a tire/wheel issue on my John Deere Tractor.They are 100% my go-to shop for tires and alignments. There s no reason to even check elsewhere. Support local small businesses!

Got my tires here a few years back. Recently, one of my tires kept slowly deflating. They got it fixed within an hour, noted they're weren't that busy, so your wait might very. And a free tire rotation

The worst customer service period. I went to this shop to get an alignment and I wish I did go somewhere else. The owner is very rude and disrespectful. Money hungry stay away.

Have gotten two tire repairs done here. These experiences were 8/10 and that s why I came back a couple weeks ago after getting into an accident for an alignment. I came in already having scheduled an appointment. I watched my car drive off to the side with the mechanic and about 5mins later I noticed my car was back at the front. The front desk lady told me they couldn t do my alignment because they said I need a new front left wheel, I have an oil leak (I am already aware of this), and they urged me to go to a body shop. I had just replaced the front left wheel with a brand new tire that day, which is what I told the lady. I don t remember exactly what she said but she told me that she was gonna call the body shop and get me a quote. Which I then sat in the waiting area for another 30mins for her to say that she couldn t get a hold of the body shop and that she would call me on my cell number on the upcoming Monday. I have not received a phone call from S+S Tire. I am very patient person, but this experience has been lingering in my mind. I did what a person in their right mind would do I took my business elsewhere to a shop that decided to do my alignment without having to go to a body shop.

This has been a good place in the past. Unfortunately after recieving a quote from them for over twice the cost of a brake replacement. Plus being told I needed rotors that were not necessary And getting told I needed upper and lower ball joints and shocks replaced, which was also not necessary. After my trusted mechanic looked over everything.I doubt I will go back here unless it's to rotate my tires...which I got from them! Nice way to treat repeat customers guy's

Everyone is always so friendly and they do a good job on fixing things and offer discounts - BUT cleanliness is another matter.After my car was fixed I found grease hand prints on my trunk (breaks were replaced - no need to open my trunk), on all my door handles, and all around the lower side of my car.Do not bring a clean car there. Wash it after you leave.The floors in the waiting area were sticky, dirty, and had a dirt/dust layer. The bathroom was so disgusting that I couldn t even use it. Last but not least- the coffee pots were so disgusting and had a think layer of limescale.In addition.... they attempted to kill my battery by leaving my trunk open. I noticed my interior lights on an hour after they started. They acted confused as to why it was open. So why was it open when they were supposed to just replace my break pads? They don t know. Not sure what game they were playing.

Honestly, best tire buying experience ever! The fact its a family run business and they operate it honestly and with integrity speaks volumes. They were literally $600 lower for the exact tires and didn't try to sell us extras or throw in fake upgrades we didn't need, like an alignment. They rotate your tires for free and no appointment necessary! We will definitely buy the next set we need and have referred our friends and family to them. We appreciate you and thank you for a stress free experience.

Just was yelled at, transferred to another lady who hung up on me. All because I was asking what the warranty covers on a top of the line set of brand new tires I spent cash on less then 2 months ago. It has an issue they didn't want to hear about, rather me drive from eastern Washington so they can look. I needed tires and wanted to use a small mom and pop store... should have went to less Schwab!!! This place is highly unprofessional if you have issues.I wasn't asking for anything otherthen if they could help me if I drive over after taking work off... they were rude and didn't care of my needs or their tires they sold me!!! Just bust out my wallet and buy more is what they suggest!

Always friendly, and honest! My son took his car there, and he's not a mechanic.. but he knew the tire size. They didn't try to up-sell him, and even made sure he understood what was covered (rotation, road hazard, you know.. the usual). They gave prompt service while he waited, courteous appreciation for his business, and an easy place to get in & out of. Took my truck there a week later... Got the same treatment... Like always. Outstanding place.

S&S was able to assist me with a nail in my tire when no one else in the area could due to my wheel adapters. 10/10 would return for any future road issues.Rachael front desk lady was helpful as well.

I have been struggling to save for tires for my car (they are over due!), I have a very slow leak in one and swung in one a whim and Billy was awesome and topped off may tires. Saved my day as I am an Instacarter and was geading out to work!

My tire had a small leak due to a nail and they were able to patch it free of charge. The wait time was less than I expected for a very busy Saturday. While other places quoted a two hour or more wait, I was in and out within an hour. Jason and company were great!

These guys will fix your car even after somebody else has ruined it. Great family atmosphere, Awesome people, I would recommend them for your tire and alignment needs.

Today I was driving down Pacific Ave and my low tire pressure alerted me - just a block ahead I saw S&S tire - Never have been here before!Quickly I was greeted with assurance and fast service and the Tire crew - ENRIQU� helped and efficiently fixed the screw I picked up.It was less than 10 minutes to remove and repair my tire before I was able to get back on the road.I will come back to this shop, and thank you to Enrique for helping me!!! My business depends on my travels and this obstacle didn t take me from being able to accomplish my busy Friday schedule on the road! A 5 review is the least i can do

Well ended up with another flat. I called S & S and again they were gracious and told me to bring my car in. Their customer service is WONDERFUL...The gentleman took care of my car so quickly. I can't THANK them enough. Any tires I need I will return. They took care of me free of charge and no worries. I highly recommend them for there service and tires. Thank you S&S...I am very grateful and PRAY continued blessings over you establishment!!!

Had my tire go flat with a sidewall blowout, and Ken and his team got me fixed up. Along with finding a new spare since another tire shop sold me the wrong rim. They are very busy, so be patient. Thank you Ken and team!!!

I had a flat tire because there was a screw in it. I called them up and asked if they had time to either patch the tire or if they had my tire in stock to get replaced. They said come on "down and we'll take a look." I got there, easy to find and see from the road. They were somewhat busy with a few cars in the bay already and more people stacking up. They had me pull my car in a bay one guy took my tire into the back to pull the screw out and patch it while the other guy took the spare I drove there with and helped me put it back in the trunk. It wasn't super fast but it was still quick. He patched the tire put it back on and check the rest of the tires for air pressure and filled them up. I went pack inside and he said "You're good to go!" And I walked out with a free patch! Definitely earned my future business and plan on recommending them to everyone that needs tires or patches. Thank you for the great service.

I had an old tractor that the tires were bad. Ken was amazing at getting the old tractor moving again. I cannot say how much I appreciate the customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend this tire service to anyone. Thank you for the many years of great service!!!!!

After being ignored at the first tire shop I went to, I stumbled across S&S. They helped me quickly and with great customer service. Antonio and I think the other guys name was Austin(sorry I forgot ) fixed my tire and got me in and out within 20 mins. I appreciate the quickness and availability to help me because I was extremely frustrated after going to Best tire center down the street. I will definitely be returning!

I have been coming here for years, and have had nothing but the best of service by Carol, Ken and the crew. Always feel welcome, laid back comfortable setting while tires are being serviced, and yet topnotch, professional all the way. Keep up the great work, you guys! :)

Do not get your tires here!!! They have a bunch of kids working for them who have no idea what they're doing. Especially if your car or suv has a lot of sensors. We took our suv there now our parking brake light, abs light and traction control light are on. We took it back 2 times and they have no idea how to fix it. They told us to drive 35 miles and it will go off. We've driven over a 100 miles and they are still all on. The owner who's some old guy is extremely unprofessional and rude. He will not fix it. He told us that he did everything they could. Which was nothing. All they did was run a diagnostic machine over the sensors. My recommendation is if you want good service from a reputable place that will guarantee their work go to Firestone, Good Year, Discount Tire Center or Les Schwab. Do not go to this ma and pa place. They will rip you off and destroy your vehicle. They charge just as much as the reputable tire places do. You will not save any money taking your car here. Now we are going to have to take it to a dealership to have it looked at. So instead of buying tires for $500 I'm going to wind up paying close to a $1000 after the dealership fixes their mistake.
