Truck takes too long to even get looked at, went by the place 3 times the truck hadn't moved and the occasional tomorrow was repeated constantly I ended up moving my truck to scarff at auburn all because they took over 5 days to scan the mag sensor. Be honest with your customers when it comes to timing and relating feedback

They refused to tell me the part number just because I said I wanted to find the part cheaper elsewhere because I wanted to avoid paying for over priced parts. The lady that answered the phone was rude and sounded tired of her job. It was only 10:45 am. If you can find another option I d recommend it.

DO NOT take your semi-tractor here! This company has the worst customer service 3 people at our company have encountered... Cliff notes version: They blame their teammates on the lack of communication, they re dishonest about time frames (said it would be ready on Friday- didn t tell us it wouldn t be ready/ then Monday (it wasn t ready according to them 1 hour before end of day) the final kicker is when it was time to pick up on Tuesday morning the front desk clerk told the driver This was ready yesterday at 3 .RWC cost our company to lose out on time and money because they couldn t be straightforward or honest. We called 3 different numbers, we used the RWC Portal. There was NO excuse for the lack of communication- just comes down to disrespectful people work here.I manage 35 people, from labor to logistics and if I was the manager of this TACOMA location I would be embarrassed. This place is NOT business friendly, NOT reliable; I wouldn t trust them on any vehicle.

Took my truck there for steering issue. I was expecting the worse. Gear box power steering pump Nope ujoints were bad. They fixed it. Friendly staff. Mechanic's know their stuff there. Will definetly recommend them if your in the area. I know ill be back in about a month to have my cab mounts replaced. Great people.

Shout out to Ray, Katie and Nick. They do a great job in taking care of our truck! They re honest with us which I greatly appreciate. I don t feel as though they take advantage of us. Great service and great people!

Do not recommend to truckers. This place is not only expensive, they waste your time and the front counter people don t know what they are doing. First off you don t wait a day later to call the customer that they need this and that when the truck was dropped off the day before especially if they are anticipating to pick up the next day. Also when you do call that there is an issue, you should have the quote ready and be ready to answer questions and put on hold for a technician to speak about how he ripped off the customer on labor hours and recommendations not needed so they can make their money. The lady that we dealt with has no clue what she is talking about and made it obvious that she has no experience in this field. You don t recommend services and not know why they were recommended and then brush it off to the tech. It s unprofessional and fishy at the same time.

The worst truck shop I've ever experienced. The truck was there for two weeks on a fuel leak. Eight thousand dollars later I got it back. The leak was fixed but I had a new batch of problems. Do not use this shop. You've been warned.

This place is always so busy and crowded. At times it is nearly impossible to get a truck and trailer into. But the employees seem to always be helpful and friendly. I've been going there for years and years and they do a good job.

Nice international truck dealership, Tacoma and Seattle. The staff here are very knowledgeable on alot of things. I'm not saying that because I work here but because I am a customer as well.

Soundview Landscape and Sprinkler, Co. is a 33 year old residential landscape firm. We have had RWC Group and their former entity service our (2) dump trucks since we have owned them. The trucks are a 1995 Harvester International and a 2005 GMC. We have always received good service done in a timely manner. We know that we can count on the quality of RWC's work because that has been our experience. I recommend this firm.

I had my International put into the shop to be looked at for the brakes to make sure they're good and you have oil filters oil changed and fuel filters changed my motor light engine light came on they had explained to me that my battery is were corroded and that my starter wire on my starter was loose they ask me about the antifreeze level in my truck and asked me if I ever had any problems and I said not that I know of well there was a problem there was a antifreeze leak in the heater hose they did not look at it to see if there was a problem and they did not check anything out I left to go across country and the antifreeze in my radiator was so low I almost ended up sitting on the side of the freeway in the middle of a desert Rush Truck Center Oklahoma City fixed my problem it was a broken heater hose from the truck that goes to the main block of my motor
