Rolf's is all around amazing in every way. They are honest, compassionate, and great with communication. They understand how stressful issues with your car can be and do everything they can to make your experience smooth. Kassandra is amazing. She really eased my stress and talked me through every step. I would/ will recommend Rolfs to everyone!

My Range Rover had a check engine light and I had found that the Land Rover dealerships no longer fix cars that are older than 2010 so they recommended this place. Their service was very attentive and they want you to know everything about your car.They did an inspection and give you all the details so you know everything that s going on with your car. They serviced it pretty quickly and even replaced the air filters for free! I highly recommend this place to anyone who may have an older Land Rover or just need to get their car serviced.

I've had work done twice at Rolf's Tacoma location. Once was for my Nissan's suspension and the other for its brakes. No complaints. The place seems very professional and the service people are helpful. I'm sure I'll be returning.

The only thing I'm disappointed about this review is I cannot give them 10 stars! Tommy and Kassandra were very professional. Their customer service and honesty about your vehicle's issue cannot be matched by dealership service (no offense to the dealership guys). I would highly recommend Rolf's Auto Service to everyone I know.

My first time with these folks and they are one of the best. Very professional and thorough. They helped with the insurance billing and were completely transparent with the scope of work required and repairs necessary. The technician working on our car did a great job with the maintenance and service of our car.

Rolf's always takes care of me with a detailed report of things I need to address and things they will monitor for me until a later date. These cars are expensive to maintain, and they go the extra mile to keep my business. I'm now taking my third car to Rolf's, and I recommend them to friends. Kassandra and Tommy at the new location on 6th. Thanks!

The Customer service experience was exceptional. My Diagnostic was done in a timely manner and well explained to me. I recommend the services to others too. My reference was someone I trusted and I am not let down thus far. The discounts saved my pocket enough to sigh with relief.

Just an amazing place to do business! New shop, but somehow the staff seemed really organized and professional. I'm coming back! My Ford F150 runs awesome after the check engine light was fixed and the tune-up!

Where has this shop been my whole auto life?! Fantastic experience here- was referred by the local auto parts store after a check engine light came on. They got me in quickly, thoroughly diagnosed the issue and explained what was going on, and got the job done. They even replaced a few lights for free! I ve never had friendlier or more competent auto work done. Ever. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to Tommy who turned a bummer situation into such a positive experience!

The new location opened on 6th Ave next to the grocery outlet .I have been to their location in fife, and the services have been top-notch, so I expect the same with this new location. Mostly, they service European vehicles.

I ve been a customer of Rolf s for years and I m so thrilled with the Tacoma location. Tommy was oncredibly friendly and the mechanics where quite thorough. I always feel well taken care of and never pressured. Even when the work was done on my Jeep, the mechanic and Tommy noticed a rear bulb happened to go out at the time they where bringing it around and they fixed it right away.On a side note, the 6th Ave location is sleek in design and looks top notch. Well done!!

Putting this out as a public service due to my utter disbelief at their 5 star rating following my experience.This was the worst experience I have ever had with any repair shop.They billed nearly 2 thousand of dollars for electrical work to my Sprinter van, had the vehicle for over a week, and did nothing other than tighten connections to the battery terminals, claiming this was the cause of the drain when I went to pick it up - even after their technician informed by phone previously that the running board lights stayed on when the vehicle was off. The bill was for all the time they spent troubleshooting.Obviously the problem was not resolved - surprise! They would have known that if they left the vehicle unplugged from the battery charger for more than 3 days.I did not want to risk being lied to, ignored, billed, loose the vehicle for another week, and still not have it fixed.I decided to do what I told them to do, and crawl under, cut the wires, and cap off the connections - this reduced the battery drain, but did not eliminate it.So, there is something else draining and now I get to learn how to find it using a multi meter off YouTube!Either that or my brand new battery is bad - they say they tested it, maybe they didn t do that either. But I doubt it.Thanks Rolfs!
