Just picked up my leaf packs for my 79 bronco. The things look brand new and exceeded my expectations. Great investment for the add a leaf, drilling, clamping, cleanup, and parts. Happy to be a customer.

Right Way Spring was suggested to me by an alignment shop closer to where I live to replace rear leaf springs on my 24-year-old Jeep Cherokee XJ. My first phone call with Jerry gave me confidence to ask for a quote to install new coil springs in front and for new shocks as well. Jerry, Mike, and manager Brett were very helpful over the phone with some follow-up questions before I took the vehicle to their shop. They completed the job quickly and I couldn t be more pleased with the results. The bill was as quoted, no surprises. Great experience all around.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great Service! I was referred to Right Way by a trailer dealer who didn't want to work on my '63 Aloha travel trailer. I called and Jerry said swing by, he'll measure the springs and see if they're in stock or need to be custom made. When I arrived he jumped right under to measure, looked it up, had a pair already made, and could get it in the next day. He even offered to keep my trailer in his shop overnight so I wouldn't have to return until it was done (I live an hour away). Jerry and his staff were courteous, professionals, and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated the work being done quickly since we're leaving on a long road trip the next week, and now our Aloha is riding smooth as ever!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I noticed my leaf spring mounting brackets on my 94 Ford F350 were so rusted they were barely hanging on. I drove into Right Way and they instantly took the time to check them out and made me feel like they actually cared about my concern. They ordered up the new brackets for me and got me in a few days later. The crazy part was as I was driving my truck to there shop the first time for my bracket problem my heater core went out and was leaking fluid. They knew how to bypass the problem for a quick fix. Then they were able to order me up a new heater core and replaced that as well. So don't be fooled by there name just being a spring company. Got hooked up with exactly what I needed. The knowledgeable guys at Right Way took a look at my vehicle and immediately caught on to some undocumented custom work that had they not noticed, would have sent me on a wild goose chase. They got me exactly what I didn't know I needed and threw in some extras too. Better price than online and their knowledge has no equal. This is now my number one source for suspension parts and nobody beats them.

They worked on the lift springs many years ago on our van. And just lately they have worked on my youngest daughter and son in law cars. Fast and dependable. Didn't know they did other kind of vehicle work until just recently. Will have them do our window shield wiper motor.

Awesome shop! Came from out of state on a road trip and our leaf springs on our lifted Tacoma gave out from off roading. Gave them a call and they were able to fit me in right away. Customer service was top notch! The owner is very educated and a fun guy! The mechanic was very experienced. I would highly recommend them!!!

Great shop to get leaf spring work! Had a broken leaf that needed replacing, and ended up adding another leaf to stiffen up my 1/2 ton truck for better towing. Bret took his time to discuss and price out the different repair and upgrade scenarios. They had everything they needed in stock, and were able to fit me in and get the work done quickly. Really friendly, and great experience overall. Highly recommend.

We heard great things about Right Way Spring from our diesel repair shop (Terry's) in Olympia. We have a 5th wheel camper and after hearing all the horror stories regarding leaf spring hangers I wanted to have ours reinforced before something happened on the highway or out boondocking. Making an appointment was easy and the work Jerry and Mike did was fantastic. They installed gussets on the front and rear hangers and angle iron between them. It's easy to understand why their reviews are so good. I will be recommending Right Way to all of our camping friends for all suspension work. I received a proposal from my usual trusted mechanic to replace the front leaf springs in my GMC Sierra. Then I went to Right Way Spring on the recommendation of another mechanic. The cost was about half, and they knew exactly where and what to order because they do springs exclusively. I hope I never have to replace my springs again, but if I do, this is where I will go! I saved a lot of money and was impressed with their competence, friendliness and service.

Long distance repairs from home are never fun, and you are always worried about being overcharged, so when we found Right Way they put us at ease and showed us what was wrong and what needed to be done. Strait to the point, no extras no run around. We got honest professional repair at way less than what other places would have charged. And super friendly as well. I would highly recommend them.

This is the place to go when you car, truck, trailer or R.V. needs new leaf springs. I have taken several of my trucks here and got great results. They are very knowledgeable and have had the parts on hand to get the job done quick. Say hi to Mike he will take care of you.

These guys actually helped me previously without charge, for which I had to donate to the refreshment fun, of my own volition. Today I needed bushings but not perfect match. Doesn't matter to them, got out the literature books and on the way to making my 64 galaxie ride like new... Thanks guys, and I'm init to finish because of you.......TOD

Get shop and staff!! Got new leafs for my 33 yr old toyota sunrader 4x4. 4hrs and I had a complete new rear end. Called and talked to a guy who was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. I drove my vehicle into Tacoma...(easy access off the freeway)...the same guy said, "back it in let's have a look." He said I could use about $500 worth of work but that it wasn't a safety issue and helped me come to the conclusion that my 93 E350 Ford could do just fine the way it is without any work and he agreed. They've been in business forever and I can see why. THANKYOU!!!

I bought a leaf spring for my f550 5 months ago I noticed a noise and I checked it the leaf spring was snapped by the rear shackle Ive been driving normal routes everyday I don't understand what caused it to snap so I drove to there shop and it's closed till Monday

These guys know their stuff, they have the parts you need and their prices are at least a 1/3 less than other sources. If you need heavy duty truck suspension parts call Right Way first.

Place is great. Took my FJ here for new Bilstein shocks and lower control arms. The guys did the job well and leveled the front of the vehicle for me too. I recommend coming here for suspension work!

If you need expert suspension advice that you can trust call Right Way. Then take your rig down to them and get fixed up. Saved $1k and got a better system that I can handle my heavy slide in camper which makes me a very happy camper indeed.

Searched on my own for two or three months for a set of strings for a project I'm working on. Called Mike at RightWay, within 10 minutes he had a price for me and springs are on the way. Will use them anytime I need Springs

They rebuilt the springs for my Suburban and gave me new U-bolts, in 2 days, for an extremely reasonable price. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.
