I also have gone there for years and they always have the parts I need on hand. Quick and fast. Just have the appliance model with you. I always take a picture of the appliance tag.Be advised that due to staff shortage they closed from 12 to 1pm for lunch. Of course I arrived at 12:05pm. I don't know if this was just today for a while. I did a quick Safeway trip I needed to do next anyway.

My husband and I have been having issues with finding the right part for our Samsung fridge for quite a while now. I was on my 3rd return/exchange and feeling so defeated that we would never find the right part! When I was directed to speak to the manager, Emily R to see if she would be able to help figure it all out she not only found the exact part we needed, but also made me feel so much better about the whole situation as well as being so friendly the entire time! Our fridge is finally quiet after months and I can't recommend her enough to anyone put there who needs reliable parts!Thank you Emily!

Reliable Parts, with a branch in Tukwila as well as Tacoma. They have the most comprehensive stock of appliance parts anywhere. Only on one occasion did I have to wait for a part to be ordered in. They always have it in stock when I need it. I will concede that on a couple occasions, I went to Tukwila for a part and they did not have it there. However, on those occasions, the part was in Tacoma. A simple 20 minute drive and my part was waiting at the counter when I arrived.

My dad has used this store for years. This weekend when my oven baking element broke, he suggested I try them for a replacement. I called Reliable & the guy on the phone was very quick & polite, quoted me a price, gave me a part number, & told me it was their most selling & cheapest element. After calling several other stores who wanted twice the price & were not as polite or quick, I headed to the store. It takes me an hour to get to their location but it was worth the drive even with all the babies in the car. The older gentleman very pleasantly asked how he could make my day better as soon as I walked through the door. I was back out the door in 10-15 minuets part in hand. They have an extensive knowledge & wide range of brands & replacement products. I m going to need a water filter for my fridge as well as a new lightbulb for my microwave & oven. I will be using them in the future for all my appliance part needs They just earned another customer for life. Thank you, Reliable Parts!!

First guy I spoke to was excellent, very helpful and ordered my replacement part. It was due to arrive to will call in a month. A week after expecting it in I hadn't been notified it had arrived so I called. They had canceled my order before it ever shipped! No explanation other than nonsensical babbling about card fund hold times. I ended up getting the part elsewhere.By the way, if you know the part you need, ebay may have it for much less than msrp.

I sent one of my employees over on Saturday afternoon to purchase a heater relay. A common item that should of been an easy purchase. The person at the counter didn't want to help him and told him they couldn't help him. It was closing time in a few min but still could it of been because he was Hispanic ? I do find it interesting that I have purchased items there with no problem and good service. Today was not one of those. They are a good company and have been on the spot until this incident.

Been in twice to get replacement elements for my large appliances. Both times I got fast, friendly customer service beyond expectation. Not only are they stocked with all the parts I could need, it seems, but when it comes to friendly service, I can't say I've had better. I would recommend them to anyone with a furnace or oven on the fritz, like we had.

Excellent customer service. Visited and met Chris for the first time yesterday and it was an incredible pleasure to meet a professional and humble salesman. My neighbor referred me to this place and now I m referring anyone reading This review to check out the place! Oh and a bonus Chris helped me fix my stoves electric burner.

Awesome customer service! I called the 1800 number and ordered a part and they had it shipped from one of their other locations to the closest one to me. Unfortunately the part I ordered wasn't the correct one when I showed up. The in store employees are awesome and really know their stuff. They were able to find the correct part and they had it in stock! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for appliance parts!

If you can get over yourself and spend a few minutes being polite this local business is a great asset. Twice now they have saved me a week of down time for a simple part. They are very knowledgeable and have not led me astray.Remember this is not a drive through, kind of like going to ACE hardware instead of Home Depot.

The nicest people you would ever want to do business with! I needed washer and dryer parts over the last few years prices are really good and they always seem to have what I need. Wish more businesses were like this one for sure five stars in fact I'm going to say 5 and a half:-) :-)

My parents have used this store for years. Couldn t be more pleased. It also helps that they have the most handsome gentleman who is just adorable. Next time I need a water filter I m going back there to get it. Along with his name and number!! Jamie Gutierrez

Great customer service over the phone. Waiting for Samsung over the range microwave, mounting parts, an see if they'll work.Update: parts arrived at Tacoma store, following day as I was told - but about 2 hours late. They called to let me know I can pick up.Most important is the parts worked as they should.

They had me run an hour and a half each way to get a part that they assured me was in stock. Even after I asked her to confirm before I drove to so far to get it. THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART WHEN I GOT THERE!!!. The drive, tolls, time and lost wages for nothing was VERY FRUSTRATING to say the least.

Good people. While I was purchasing a part I over heard an employee explaining how the customer could order a part via warranty and not from reliable in this situation and save $30 if they wanted. I have bought parts there for decades and they have always been helpful and of course Reliable.

Where do I start! This is the best place to go to get what you need. I went there and the owner gave me the best deal I ve ever seen and I will 100% recommend all my friends here and I will definitely be back to get all my parts needs from this store. Reliable parts in Tacoma Wa is the best place hands down price wise and customer service wise.

The employees here are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their jobs! Superior customer service. The parts they sell are great too. Reasonably priced, good selection, and excellent quality. Absolutely would recommend.

Great fast yet in a old school way. Got in they looked up the parts I needed even checked to see if I was actually ordering the right part. I was out the door with in 10 minutes. They even recommend other competitors store if they couldn't get a part.Who does that anymore. I will definitely be going back for all future appliance needs.

I don't give out five stars very often. I was in Federal Way, so it was either Tukwila or Tacoma and I'm glad I chose Tacoma. It was an excellent experience, Chris was very helpful. I could have got out there without spending a penny and only bought something as insurance in case I needed it.Small appliance repair, washers and dryers, etc are fairly easy. You can YouTube how to do it, but don't order the parts online, go into a parts store talk to the people there, save yourself trouble and money and keep a brick-and-mortar business up and running.

Great source for appliance parts, order online and save 10% and pick up same day. Be prepared to wait, there is only one person pulling orders, worth the wait for factory parts.

As a landlord I seriously don't know what I'd do without them. About half the time they have what I need right there in there store. Twice I had to wait about 10 days for a part. Every other time in a day or two they had me all taken care of. Me and my tenants are so lucky to have you.

Needed a direct drive coupler for my Kenmore washer and sears said it would take a week and a half to get. Decided to take a chance and drove to Reliable Parts to see if they might have it and Alex knew exactly what I needed and had me out the door in minutes

Love this place. Been going to them for years now. Always so helpful and happy that you came in. Prices are great amd sometimes they throw in a little something extra at no cost. I always refer people to them. Thanks for always being so kind and helpful when I come in.

Had a little problem with my oven a couple days before Christmas. Called em up, talked for a bit, popped in and got exactly what I needed.Friendly, courteous, couldn't ask for more.Reliable Parts will be first place I check when I need a part for an appliance.
