Amazing company. Great customer service and amazing work. Just had a my 2017 chevy impala worked on and couldn't ask for better results. More than reasonable price on top of everything!! It was my first time checking them out and now will DEFINITELY be a regular.

I have had the pleasure of using Reggie's shop a number of times due to the wonderful drivers we have here in Washington. Reggie's crew are very good at what they do. I have never had a complaint about the work they do. They are very honest and easy to work with. Also they have turned my truck around very fast every time they have had to work on it, They also have gone the extra mile a few times for us. RJ's auto rebuild is going to always do any and all work i will need in the future. Many thanks to Reggie and his crew.

RJ's did a great job on my car repair. I highly recommend them and would gladly use them again. The work was done in the time frame they promised. Service was above and beyond what I've experienced in the past with other repairs that I needed.

Reggie and his crew make the experience at his shop one that is nothing to stress about. After being ripped around by several auto body shops and my insurance company, RJ took care of me. He went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. There shop has a myriad of services, a one stop shop if you will. Fast, friendly, and easy. What more could you want from an auto body. Let me tell you, there is not another shop like this anywhere in Tacoma, trust me I tried those places first.

Alright- forgive me for ranting, but these guys deserve copious praise for the quality of their work and the integrity with which they carry it out. I was referred to RJ's by their affiliate shop, who are also among the best mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of working with- Vern's Transmission Service. I had been in a nasty hit and run- involving a semi truck which was never identified (thanks for closing my unsolved case in a week, WA state patrol). And I am a college student, who had planned to drive the affected car cross-country to a summer job about 2 months after said accident. I was in a tight position, in terms of timing and finances, but RJ's saved the day.I have patronized more than my fair share of mechanics for a 22 year old and these guys (alongside Vern's) are the best I've ever had work on a car. Not only did Reggie and his mechanics do a completely show-stopping, and very reasonably priced job of repairing the carnage that was formerly my quarter panel, but when I went back in to have them check out a seemingly benign squeak, they identified a potentially disastrous flaw in my sub-frame, which the insurance adjuster had overlooked (a classic Toyota Truck frame integrity problem that was made unstable by the accident). It required some major surgery, which no one ever likes to deal with, but RJ's worked with me and my insurance company to make it happen. These guys completely saved my beloved old car and did so with an unyielding friendliness, communicativeness, and an unfaltering commitment to excellent workmanship. Hell- Reggie even buffed the whole car and pulled out a random parking dent in my fender: service that's above and beyond, throughout the process. It's small business owners like Reggie who make Tacoma's largely 'mom-and-pop' commercial sector so awesome!

Dropped my car off on Monday to get a headlight assembly replaced and they had the work done the next evening. Great attention to detail in their work, new headlight was adjusted correctly and they even touched up the paint scratch on the bumper under the light.

Was diagnosed before I finished telling him what was going on with my vehicle. Knew exactly what was going on based off the year, make, and model since it's a common issue with my vehicle. I was given a quote, diagram, and explanation of why the problem happened and the steps he would take to fix it. Called me in the middle of working in my vehicle to ask if I wanted another thing he noticed fixed or not and was given the corrected total. Definitely would recommend!

WORDS CAN T EXPLAIN. This place is AMAZING! The crew and owner are extremely nice, honest and accurate with there work. I wouldn t recommend anybody anywhere but HERE! My family and myself have been bringing our vehicles there for YEARS and they NEVER DISAPPOINT time after time. THANKS REGGIE & CREW!TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO RJS!

Apparently this business has changed hands and they've hired rude and defensive people. They won't answer a phone call after calling 3xs and when spoken to in person the only response is they were just hired and can't help me. Would not recommend using them for whatever they do now. The old owners were awesome but these new ones just RUDE!
