This place is outstanding. They worked on my son's car and it looks like it was brand new when they finished it. They do a great job. Their staff is fantastic. They get you in and out. Explain the whole process to you so you're always aware of what's going on and how much everything is going to cost. There's no surprises. If you need work done on your vehicle (body work), they are definitely the place.I just wanted to give an update. We got the car back yesterday. It was absolutely beautiful showroom condition. Pretty much as I expected since we had been there before. Definitely recommend them and I knew my review would only be better after we got the vehicle back but it was pretty great before that. Anyway, the staff is fantastic. The work is fantastic. If you need anything done that's the place to go. If I have my choice in it, that's the only place I'm taking my vehicles. Thank you again everybody from CarStar.

Our insurance agency recommended Premier CARPROS when our car was hit and I m glad they did. Getting our car back to good as new was seamless, painless and a very quick turnaround with this company. Great customer service and great repair work!!!

Great experience! Staff were friendly and provided frequent updates on progress. The repairs were done in only four days and the car was cleaned and looked like new when we picked it up. Absolutely no complaints!

The team worked together to take care of one of the most important items left in my life. Even though it s just a car, it was literally a brand new 2024 vehicle which was in a accident pre 2024 in 2023 with just a few thousand miles on it which some jerk decided to ruin for me and 2, it is one of the last items I have to remember my mother as she just passed away which means more then anything as part of it was purchased with money from her.They kept me updated through a link and and answered any questions I had. They kept it secured and made sure it was perfect when it came back. It was beautifully washed outside and inside upon arrival and they catered to special requests of when I needed to have it picked up at a weird hour and arranged for keys another day and the rental drop off at the same location.I couldn t of been more pleased with my experience and would recommend them to anyone that need repairs to their vehicle.

I ve used Carstar several times now and they always provide top notch service. Their work is excellent and they do a great job of communicating every step of the way. I d definitely return if I ever need autobody work in the future.

I had a door replaced and they did an excellant job! I received timely updates and my car was cleaner inside and out after I picked it up than when I brought it in. I would recommend Premier Collision CARSTAR to anyone in need of body work!

Premier CARSTAR in tacoma the best. Bruce was great to work with, they beat all other shops in price and quality. Hopefully no more fender benders but if there is I ll be returning premier CARSTAR shop get 10 stars and my highest recommendation. Chun

Exceptional organization. In addition to providing excellent repair services, they not only washed our car, they detailed everything inside and out - and this was a complementary service! I spent quite a while looking for an auto body shop with decent reviews. Unfortunately all shops had poor reviews Off topic so you know how mgmt usually responds to negative reviews with a generic please contact us and we will make it right , or smth of that nature? Well I even found a shop that responded to a poor review with an argument I forget the name of that shop but talk about airing your dirty laundry right? Who wants to deal with that drama? Anyhow, I digress. So it was difficult finding a shop where I didn t have to worry about getting back a multi colored vehicle, chipping paint, or my bumper falling off while driving down the road!Think of my excitement when I came across this shop with awesome reviews. I can t remember exactly but I believe all negative reviews were just complaints about silly things like they didn t appreciate the customer service or some other nonsense. I mean, here s a thought, maybe treat people kindly and the service will be better. Ijs That said, I am extremely pleased with the work Carstar did on my wrecked truck. They also have great, friendly customer service.The only real problem I have with them is how long it took. It took almost 4 months to get my truck fixed (2 month wait just to get an appt + 2 months in the shop). Although most of this was out of their control. It took over a month just for my insurance to approve all the charges. It would have been well beyond reasonable if Carstar charged storage fees what with insurance dragging their feet on paying on the claim. Also, the actual price came out to over double what insurance quoted for a payout. That said, maybe think twice before accepting a payout from insurance & opt to get the repairs done instead. And all the shops in my insurance s network had piss poor reviews about how they use poor materials and so on. Lol, insurance always trying to save a buck at our expense. So yeah, my insurance tried to pay as little as possible but Carstar pushed back twice to make sure my work was done right. Then a part came in damaged & had to be reordered which added another 2 weeks to the time.Communication could ve been better as I had to keep calling in to get status updates (but they are really busy so its probably best that they focused their time on repairs vs wasting that time sitting on the phone just to placate customers).I highly recommend this shop, but only if you have the time to wait. I can't stress it enough. By far the best place I've ever gotten my car fixed at and literally the only place I will ever take my car. These people always go above and beyond. I usually talk with Rebecca or Amanda and they're never fail to provide such awesome customer service. They truly are so caring and if they don't know the answer to something, they will literally actually call you back with an update! I'm so thankful for everyone at Premier Collision!

My Car had damage down the whole passenger side from a hit & run and they were obviously very busy with a ton of cars before mine; it did take a bit but when they started the work they finished it all in one week. I actually think they finished it a day before their estimation and to me it looks brand new again! My car is three years old & does look amazing they did great work. They left a blemish on the fender flare that was to be repaired. Email communication could have been better (updates, answering questions the first time...). Time to completion seemed overly long (2.5 weeks for minor paint and body work). Billing to insurance, and their payment to the store, didn't match the final receipt and total I received.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Or body work for put air damage done to my car. Car came back prepared and absolutely clean inside and out. Made the whole experience worthwhile. The car star on North g Street is the only good working the one on 6th avenue lousy service didn't even wipe out the inside of my car or vacuum it. Same name but not the same quality.

I was so impressed by this business from the very beginning to the end. They were so professional from the minute I walked in to when I picked up my car. They did a wonderful job communicating with me at least every other day of the progress of my car repair. They did beautiful work on my car that had been in an accident.
