As a past service manager. I used O'Reilly s all the time. As a current business owner with my own account. I use them still. I prefer to go in direct and get to see familiar faces to pick up parts. They've never steered me wrong. Keep up the good work guys

I've gone here twice after having some minor car issues. Both attendants were extremely helpful and ran a code on my car for free. The most recent time, the lady calmed me down, helped me pick the best options for my best situation and also helped me put oil in my car. She was helpful, friendly and compassionate. It's in a rough part of town but I still highly recommend going here.

Dont use this location they dont care about customer service. Sold me broken AC sprayed AC all over my face arm & my engine bay I was at location so tried to return worker half asleep refused because it wasnt his fault it was broke. He had me bring the can in leaking toxic gas. They often give the wrong parts Napa or auto zone a difftent parts store best bet.

DO NOT GO HERE.Two grown men refused to perform an emergency engine diagnostic because "it's too dark outside" (it was 7pm; it was still light out, and they have an open, well-lit lot), "there aren't enough staff members" (there were 2), and my personal favorite, "this is a bad of a neighborhood" (said by a middle-to-retirement aged man to a 25 y/o woman).They even refused to loan the reader to me so I could pull the codes myself. (This, I later learned, was completely in violation of company policy.)I took it to an O'Reilly's down the road where they went above and beyond to help me. It seems they've had some ongoing problems with the employees at this particular location being shiftless, rude, and generally incompetent. It's apparently common for them to send customers they just don't feel like dealing with off to other locations.Save yourself some trouble. They're going to send you down the road anyway; just go elsewhere in the first place.

I went to this store yesterday on 03/16/2023 and I think his name was Garett I hope that s right , but he came out to run my codes on my car for me and I m disabled I couldn t walk in there he was fantastic to me very patient and very respectful and nice. I asked him a lot of questions about what was wrong with my car and he was so informative and gave me all the answers. I appreciate it so much usually they are very curt and almost put out from women old ladies asking questions. So very nice young man. I love oreillys anyways and this just adds to that! Thank you so much to all of you ! Oreilly s is the best!!!

I just walked out after standong waiting over 10 minutes while everyone else including gentleman that walked in after me was greeted and helped. I dont know if it was because i am female or what. This was also after i couldn't park in handicap because both were occupied by non handicap vehicles. I left and told them their treatment was disrespectful and i wouldn't give them my business. Guy behind me walks in and even while helping someone else store people ask how they can help and welcome him in. I wasnt even welcomed in or acknowledged.

I had a great experience today. My car needed a new cap for my master cylinder. I called multiple places and they did not have any. I was able to come here and they actually had one. The person who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me and I was greatful for her help. I highly recommend that if you need help, come here.

The crew here, especially Erica, are an amazing bunch of compassionate humans that really know how to help a community where it matters most! With their heart! I loved my experience here from Alaska and I even got the chance to hug Erica for saving my brothers day! This is by far my favorite parts store in the world! And I travel!

Twice I ve been helped promptly by very friendly ladies that exchanged batteries for me on 2 different vehicles. Even when one was very corroded & one had 2 batteries, they quickly tested then found the correct replacement. I recommend this place for charging system issues.

The battery in my subaru was bad, and OReilly's on Pacific and 152nd tested it for free. They sold me a new one but didn't have anyone in store that day who could put it in for me, so I drove down to this O'Reilly autoparts on 99th and Pacific. The assistant manager Rico put the new battery in for me and he was so incredibly nice about it! You are in good hands with the folks who work here.

There was a time in life when I could have learned about tools and my car but said why learn that when I can just pay someone to do the work. I sure regret that choice today. I'm never treated like an idiot here, they have any woman behind the counter and they seem just more approachable with my naive questions than many of the men. They are a bit more expensive than the other prominent supply store but worth the extra in my mind

Five Star Customer Service!!! Originally bought light bulbs to have dealership install and they wouldn t warranty them so I was returning them. Nolan offered to install them if he could do it and we found out it was the wrong bulb. ( glitch in the computer system for my car ) not only was it a hassle free exchange, but he saved me time because I made an appointment to have them installed the next day. The whole staff there was super friendly and eager to help. I was waiting and had another associate ask me if I needed any help. This location is the epitome of outstanding customer service. Kudos to the team here. I ll be returning for any auto parts or supplies that I need! Thanks again !

I just ran in to see how to change out my front burnout headlight. To my present surprise Suzanna gave me the lowdown on the type of bulb I needed for my Toyoda 4runner. Then she taught me how to change it out with her small hands without taking the whole light assembly out. She has excellent customer service skills. I will be back to buy more things from O'Reilly auto parts. Keep up the great work I appreciate you Suzanna . Peace Farmer J

They were as helpful as they always are if they are really busy you might get a harried hello but you are never ignored. I own a small engine lawnmower repair shop.They have gone as far as stocking items that I might need in a pinch. I don't go anywhere else anymore. Plus they are cheaper then Amazon.

Rented a spring compressor paid the cost of it. Then returned it a few days later for a full refund no questions asked. They have most everything u need and a friendly helpful staff

Prices are competitive with the other places and the parts seem to be about the same quality.... But, I worked at a parts store once and I knew what I was talking about. Card are a passion to some, and to others just a car. So if you're of the transportation module type, it's for you.

The lady who is certified to run brake lathe should get more training. She is so incompetent at her job. She measured my brake rotor at 1.090 inch. The discard thickness is 1.024 inch. She told me the rotor is too thin to resurface. Any mechanic or machinist out there please tell me what's wrong with her statement. Brake lathe only takes out about 0.015 at most to resurface. My brake rotor has never been resurfaced before. It's ridiculous on how she is certified to run the brake lathe and not knowing what she is talking about. Perhaps it's a sales tactic to get me buying new rotors. Guess what, you lost me as a customer O'Reilly, at least at this location. Unbelievable!!!!

I bought a bulb here, they opened it said it couldn t be put in. Then refused to take it back so I could buy it at a store that would put it in. When I came into ask about bulb the lady said I was only able to get it online. When we asked if any other stores could possibly have it she interrupted us and said no only online. Thankfully we went to autozone and they worked everything s out for us.

Terrible! There's an older gentleman there that wanted to talk to me like a child. I then gave him a confirmation number and turns out he was wrong. Won't be going back there.

Very bad customer service. Rude and super pushy staff. I have been to this o Reilly's location a couple times recently and each time I fill unwelcomed and uncomfortable. It seems like they want people who enter put of their store as soon as possible. I took my business elsewhere this last time.

Found out that wind shield washer fluid is a hard commodity to find , so when I found out they had a bunch. I got a bunch. My lady goes through 1 gallon every 1 1/2 weeks. So I needed a lot.

Typical O'Reilly with inconsistent personnel for customer checkouts. The staff is knowledgeable but the replacement parts are middle of the road quality at best. You get what you pay for.

The only reason they are getting two stars is because they had the part there the second time around. If your looking to go hang out and gossip with the employees while ignoring custimers then this is the place for you. If you also like working on your cardio by dragging heavy parts back and forth because they are to busy to ensure they sold you the right item then this place is also right for you. Useless. Go to autozone or Napa. They will at least help you and ensure you get the right item. Good Job OReilly...missed the mark.

Great Service. Keep in mind you will have to drive past the stop light *south* of the building and turn right in order to get to the building. You can't enter from the dollar store parking lot.

Some lady named Laura "helped" me. She was rude and said she was a manager but didn't know what she was talking about and cut me off mulitple times, oriellys lost a customer yesterday, and auto zone gained one if I could give negative stars I would.
