was screamed at by the old guy named john. he was mad i didn t understand the oil disposal process and just got mad without explaining it to me. he just got mad and screamed at me . definitely going to auto zone now

Sketchy area, but then again must of this area is like that now. However, the store is great. Well staffed with knowledgeable people. Seems to almost always have what i need from them. Decent prices as well.

Couldn't figure out how to install wiper blades my son had purchased elsewhere. Went to O'R to get ones that would fit. I brought an old one from the car and the new ones, intending to purchase the right ones. Kevin looked at them, pondered a few seconds, then popped a part off each new one and described how they should install. I packed em up, drove back to d-i-l's car, and, with a bit of struggle, got them installed.I can't say enough about the unselfish attitude of Kevin. Once again, you see why I highly recommend O'Reilly.

Great place for all your car needs. Take as good care of female customers as I have ever seen. Employees are friendly...helpful..informative. if they don't have it...they will get it. Store is always well stocked and clean. Tool rental is free and huge plus! Love it...stop by...prices are good as auto parts can get.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff.Checked my Battery and Alternator made recommendations that gave me different choices to help taylor my purchase to my present and future needs for my car.Their assistance helped guide me to make a purchase that made sense.

The manager is aggressive, he treats customers poorly, it's not worth going shopping in that store, they will only treat you badly

They have it going on at this Store. Has to be the cleanest OReilly's I have been to in Washington. Friendly greeting as you enter. Exceptional help on the floor. And I even got help at my car. Great Service.

The staff here is very helpful and keep the shelves stocked with vital fluids. The plus to me is that I can get what I need to keep my semi rolling at 1/2 the price as the truckstops. Keeping fluid levels is an important factor where safety is concerned, add in wiper blades and all the little misc items makes this a favorite place to stock up...and, as said, the savings is well worth it.

Store is always well stocked but it would be nice if the employees could have some basic customer service skills. Kevin helped me the other day and told me my car didn t exist. I tried to explain to him that sometimes it s in the system differently but he just kept saying the car didn t exist. Literally had to grab the registration to show him that it does exist it s just in the system differently.Bottom line is just because it dosent show in the system dosent mean the car dosent exist. I also have a import that isn t in the system, I d love to hear him say a Nissan skyline dosent exist too. It s absolutely hilarious talking to people with zero car experience that have to rely on a computer to tell them how to do their job.

Worse service ever, everyone is too busy smoking outside in groups of 3. Stood around for 10mins at the counter in front of a worker. Asked a worker for help outside and was told nope. They drive only. Do yourself a solid and save your time and goto autuzone, more helpful. And they are 100% nicer.

My battery went dead in my vehicle my son-in-law came out determined that it was probably a loose battery cable so he tightened everything up wanted to double check so we took it over to Autozone on a 112th and Pacific avethey said they only had 2 people on staff so they couldn't check it with their diagnostics so we took it over to o'reilly's on 99th and Pacific they said it was too dark so I said to him let's take it to span away o'reilly's they're always really good and they never say no when they're asked to check something to my knowledge Thank God we took it to o'reilly's In Spanish way the gentleman came out with his equipment checked it said everything checked out just fineAnd stated that my son-in-law was correct it was probably just a loose cable we Will be changing the cables this weekend Thank you Spanaway o'reilly's for always being there for me

What a great bunch of employees. Replaced all my "cracked" windshield wipers for a Honda Odyssey. Of course, I waited for it to start raining.

Great customer service!! I stopped by the parkland store because I was worried about my jaguar as a light came on. I don't even know where to put the water in. A pleasant young man named Danny came out and checked the fluids in my car free of charge. He sent me off with some advice and a stress free car ride home. Thank you!!

Manager, Kevin discovered that my low beam issue was not actually the switch, it was a super simple issue with faulty bulbs that we recently installed! He fixed it in the parking lot in less than 3 minutes. While he was addressing my problem, he also made himself available to other customers, giving each the best customer service! Thanks so much. I appreciate you!

Had a wonderful experience the day I purchased a new battery but not when I returned the old one. I was assisted by John when I returned the old battery and he was rude. The battery had exploded but I brought it in wrapped in an old shirt to keep from making a mess all over the place. I thought he would have noticed (I also tried to tell him but he wasn't interested in what I had to say after identifying why I was there) but he didn't and grabbed the battery and became visually upset with me. I will continue to get my parts from them but I'll avoid John at all cost.

I came here today because I received the best service from a young man with my windshield wipers. WOW...What a mistake. Elderly gentleman. Asked if he could check my battery. He needed to help a few custom5 which I fully understand. 18 minutes later still sitting in my car. Keeps looking at me through the window, but does not assist me. Called to complain. They blew me off like it was nothing. Maybe think to hire younger more energetic commpastionit employees. Thanks for nothing.

Shopped there for a radiator hose. They sent me home with the wrong 1 after having it on order for a day... sent me hm with wrong lights after asking for reverse lights. Helpful but not either knowledgeable or computer was wrong in both cases. Il admit though, I was not knowledgeable... so I got caught in the run around...

Yeah I give the kids over there in parkland Washington. a shot I actually use them quite a bit and the company I'm working with does too I'm all over the place as you all know nice people nice management so I'd say give them a call. For any of your automotive needs or anything like that let him know the old Baron sent you'll over there.Take care and try to have a safe New year's coming up from the old Baron

A good one-stop shop for basic car needs, replacement parts, and tool rentals. I've had their help before, when I couldn't get the old wipers off, as well as other simple tasks. They're knowledgeable and helpful.

Quick stop for antifreeze and flush. Cannot believe how much it cost. I remember when it was full strength for $5-7 a gallon. It's now 50 % for $11to $17 a gallon? GJEEZE I feel old!

Today I had pretty good service and even though the phone was ringing off the hook, I still managed to get really good service had a park ordered without having to put anything down, and they had the part I needed in stock. Can't beat that. Thanks O'Reilly

I had a great experience at this O'Reilly's location. I had purchased an alternator from a different location and a week later my car started making a super loud buzzing noise that was coming from the alternator. I went into the O'reillys off of 149th and Pacific and the manager and a gentleman named Chris helped me diagnose the problem. Then, Chris- who happened to be there since he is not an hourly employee at that particular store- helped me to install the new alternator and got me up and running! I recieved fantastic customer service and would highly recommend this store!
