I couldn t be happier with the work and customer service this company provided me. They did an outstanding job of communicating the status and progress towards completing repairs on my truck. Managed my expectations and worked with my insurance to ensure everything was handled so I didn t have to. Quality of repair was very well done and I m so appreciative of this. I couldn t be happier with Dave and his team. Won t hesitate to refer this company to anyone!!

Mullan's Collision Center did a wonderful job. My new 4runner was hit by the Kia Boys about a month ago. I didn't even have 5k miles yet. Bean was on top of it. Ordered parts immediately, prepainted and my 4runner was in their shop for only 24 hours. Outstanding service! I would recommend them to anyone need collision repairs.

Picked up My 2022 Toyota Sienna today and The Team at Mullan s Collision is Fantastic couldn t have made a better choice. Was minor damage but the customer service was superior and everyone was friendly. When I picked my Van up it was like almost new the day I bought it! Thank you! Will be back for future work!!! FIX YOUR DENT HERE- Dave did an amazing job fixing our car dent! Mullan s collision was recommended by a dear friend of ours and we went in to consult the dent. He said it might be 80% fixed so we just trusted them that they will do an amazing job. We picked up our car this morning and boy good thing we trusted them! Great communication and high quality service right here! Thank you again!

Bob is the man! This is the first time in my life I had to bring a car in to a body shop, and Bob was super patient and informative on what to expect and how to navigate through the insurance. Damage was minor but the customer service was supreme! I was suprised to see they cleaned the inside of my car too when I picked up the vehicle. They are very reasonable on prices too. I got a few quotes and insurance is paying anyways, but I insist on coming here because I felt the most at ease with these folks compared to other shops. They also finished fixing my vehicle faster than estimated. Glad to have found these guys!

My 2015 Dodge Challenger got sideswiped on I-90 and I chose Mullan's based on their reviews. I couldn't be more thrilled that I made that choice. David was very professional and walked me through the entire process while keeping me up to date on the progress. The work was simply outstanding. It's my car and I can't even tell any damage was ever done! The body work was perfect. The main damage was on the rear fender which was probably the worst location given the fender shape and they absolutely nailed it! The paint match was perfect too! My car has custom decals and those were a perfect match as well! Amazing job Mullan's!Service: Body & Trim

Great shop! They worked on my 2020 Nissan Frontier. They where able to schedule me quickly compared to other shops, kept in contact about the work and ordering parts, and they completed my work on time. My truck looks new again, can't even tell it was hit by a deer. They had to tear apart my whole front end. The paint is even impressive and matches the rest of my truck perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work.

On Christmas I was unfortunate enough to hit a patch of ice sliding me over a curb into a fence, I also was unfortunate enough to cause significant damage tho it doesn t look like much, shortly after contacting Mullan s I brought the car in to get an estimate done, I also asked them if it was safe to drive while waiting for parts (huge parts shortage so this was the only way I d be able to make it to work) I can say if you find yourself in a similar position you can trust them with your safety.. finally I get my car into the shop, I was updated weekly on progress, was promised 3 weeks in advance it would be done on a specific day and it was done on a specific day, I can proudly say the car feels brand new again, they are very professional and do amazing work. They provided amazing service very professional, quick turn around, and detail oriented. My car looks wonderful after being fixed from a collision they washed and vacuumed it as well! Beans is A1; very communicative, knowledgeable, and precise when it came to the estimate there were no hidden fees or taxes. I enjoyed working with them! Sorry such a long review but I was Blown Away!My 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 was recently involved in a collision causing extensive damage to my truck. I take very good care of my truck and asked the insurance company for a few options as I was also allowed to find my own collision repair facility. I took my time evaluating the options I had including calling, researching reviews on the web and in fact visiting a few facilities. I came across Mullan s Collision in Tacoma. I stopped in take a look and find out more about the company and quality of work etc. I was greeted immediately; the place was clean and organized. A gentleman David introduced himself and I explained that I was currently researching a facility to complete repairs on my truck. He stopped what he was doing, listened intently as to what I wanted and took some time to walk out with me to review the damage on my truck. He shared a brief history of the company, its capabilities, and options for getting my truck back in great shape quickly. He had experience in the insurance field and was very knowledgeable about the process. He answered all my questions and was not pushy at all. I also asked questions about some other modifications I was thinking about for my truck and he spent the time to research and present options for me before I even committed to using Mullan's Collision. The truck was dropped off a few days later. The facility arranged through the insurance company to have a rental car waiting and I left my truck.I was kept in the loop on the progress of my truck as I requested. I even received pictures of the progress on my truck. I dropped in unannounced later in the week while the repair was being completed. Again, I was pleasantly greeted by another individual at the counter who advised David I was there as he was not expecting me. David went to the back for a moment and brought out with him the technician that was working on my truck. I met Kevin that walked out to my truck and took time out of working on various vehicles to clearly explain what he was doing and how my truck was progressing. I asked a few detailed questions and discussed ideas I had about a few options I was considering getting done. Both he and David advised of the pros and cons of my ideas to assist me in making the best choice for what I wanted on my truck. The CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING! The repairs were coming along quickly and the truck looked amazing. I had special ordered a few parts that may have caused some fitment challenges for most facilities. Kevin and Tommy the technicians that worked on my truck stated without hesitation that they can make it work properly. I left very impressed by the knowledge and responsiveness of the team. Again, I received updates all throughout the process. The work that was completed was better than factory. The paint finish was perfect, the bumpers were perfectly aligned and upgrades were made to look factory installed. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of work, the professionalism of the entire staff and the attention to detail on my truck. I feel like I have a brand new truck! The advice, level of customer service and quality of work is unmatched in the area. They are TRUE PROFESSIONALS and have earned my business for life.Service: Body & Trim

I was in an accident with some medium damage to the front and back end of my truck. They did an incredible job fixing it up and it looks amazing. David who works there did a fantastic job keeping me in the loop on everything and asking for my opinion on options. I felt respected and treated really well. Definitely recommend them and their work. And they vacuumed and washed it for me which was a nice surprise.

I was recommended Mullan's through my insurance company after an accident. Bob and his team had me bring my car into the shop far before I was scheduled and were able to do a parts order to get ahead of the game by doing a consult of my vehicle. They had constant communication with me and even got my car done a few days early so that I could have it for a trip. Exceptional customer service and results. I wouldn't even think about going to another company after my experience, they are my go-to if anything else happens to one of my vehicles again.

I was rear-ended and needed to get my car fixed. The crew at Mullan's was super helpful. They worked right with my insurance company and kept me informed at all times of the status of my repair. They finished the job a day earlier than expected and returned my car to me washed and vacuumed out on the inside. The service was amazing and couldn't have been easier. The results of the repair work are perfect. I hope that I'm not in a position to have to get more body work done on my car in the future, but if I do, I'll definitely be using Mullan's!Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely wonderful service. My car was vandalized/hit and run and Bob was fantastic handling the situation. He got everything I needed in line and knew exactly what to do. Was very personable and kind. So were all the guys in the shop. He looks for how to help people save financially too, and considers a range of options. Absolutely fantastic team!

I could not recommend Mullan s more. I ve had two amazing experiences with them and referred my good friend who also needed auto body work on her Lexus. She also had an amazing experience. Not only is their work amazing, but they are just great people. My first experience with Mullan s was 3 years ago after I backed my new Honda Pilot into a pole. They did an amazing job fixing it and were the lowest of the three quotes I received. I should ve left a review then. My second experience was just recently because my car had a small dent, that I wanted pulled out before my car lease expired. Bob (the own I believe) came out and said this is the kind of dent that if you hit it just right, might pop out. Like Fonzie he then proceeded to hit the car once with his hand and the dent magically popped out. It was AMAZING to watch and saved me hundreds! He then shook my hand and said have a great day. Seriously, if you need auto body work done on your car, they are the place to go!Service: Body & Trim

Mullan's was recommended to me by my neighbor who had previously taken their cars in for repairs. The value of word of mouth recommendations can be invaluable as in our case.Gary, Bob and their entire crew provided outstanding service. The repair process was fast and we are very, very pleased and satisfied with the end result. It was as if nothing ever happened. We thought the rear door panel would need replacing, but they were able to take out the dent leaving no evidence of the door having been damaged. Perfect!!We highly recommend Mullan's to anyone looking to repair a vehicle by a company with integrity, caring staff, fair pricing and excellent workmanship.

3 reviews here, spanning about 2 years. I could not enter another review for these folks on google maps for some reason, even on a different day. So this review applies to 3 visits. The first was a repair on a LX570 with minor damage about 1.5 years ago. Great job, sweet paint match. Much appreciated. Visit 2. Bob at Mullan s is awesome. This review is for last summer. I wanted to write a new one for his team's replacement of my door that I ordered from a scrap yard in Idaho. Last summer he fit me in even though he is insanely busy. I asked for him to simply make the car door functional (its an old truck) and he did in like 30 minutes, while I waited. The door works, it is functional and now I can go elk hunting without worrying about getting in and out of the passenger side to drive! Thank you! Review for visit 3: Bob and Kevin did an amazing job replacing the door on my 2000 Tundra with a door I had shipped to him from Idaho. A wrecker will cut shipping frees by like 75% if you ship them to a repair shop instead of your home. Bob agreed and I was able to save on the shipping. They after several weeks, he found a slot to fit me in to get the door switched out. The original door was hyper-extended with bent hinges. But, they fixed that too, even though the door that shipped did not come with new hinges. Awesome work and super easy to work with them. I will seek them out first and above all other shops should I need future repair. Thank you, Bob. PS Kevin did great work. MService: Body & Trim

Wonderful staff, they are friendly and really seem happy to be there. The young man who did some of the painting / buffing was so proud of his work and personally pointed it out to me. Bob the owner was friendly and took the time to hear my concerns since I was paying out of pocket. The end result was more than I expected. Beautiful work. The bid was much less than another company and they even washed and detailed my car before handing it back to me. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Mullan Collision . So glad I found you.

The guys here at Mullan's Collision are respectful. I'm telling you if you have work that needed done with your vehicle. I'd recommend these guys. I had my car taken care of within 3 days. $2,500 dollars worth of damage. When I got it back, it was washed and looking brand new. No mess no fuss. Great shop!! It was very easy and customer friendly. Drove in for estimate on bumper replacement. Photos and estimate took about 10mins. Bob handled all the communications with insurance, arranged rental car. I just dropped it off and picked it up. Work was done early and looks great and trucked was washing, vacuumed and cleaned up nice! No automated voice, someone actually answers the phone when you call and they all can help with your job. I wish other businesses were this customer attentive and friendly.Service: Body & Trim
