Fast, friendly, and convenient. Make your appointment and relax in there clean waiting room with couches, desks with phone charging ports, coffee/ snacks, and kids play area. Facility also has two bathrooms. Recommend getting the 6pack of oil changes to safe some $. I bring all my vehicles here.

It was clean, coffee and water was available. They are quick to get you in and out. I overheard one associate helping a customer choose white letters in or out. She helper the customer by showing her how it looks on her vehicle. Very attentive staff.Thanks, Jay Singleton

I've always had good experiences here but the price keeps going up significantly. Jay the service advisor was amazing! I told him how I was in a rush to make a last minute Dr apt, he was able to hook it up and have it done in 30 min. Thanks so much Jay and the guys in the back!!! The staff here are amazing. I came in with low air in my tires 4/19 and the lady working (I didn t get her name) was so nice and took care of me.I can back 4/22 since I was uncomfortable with the amount of air in my tires. The same lady was so nice and fixed the problem. I always get my oil changes done here and I would recommend this place to anyone.Whoever that lady was. Thank you so much

Very friendly and excellent work but oil changes normally take 1.5 hours and my last one was over 3 hours. Great prices if you buy the six pack $139.

Last year they stripped my wheel lugnut and didn't say anything. Luckily I noticed later that day. Brought it back and said it was ok after rethread, discount tire disagreed. They refused to replace the lug they stripped. So go in for another oil change this time at service center. They informed me whoever change my oil last stripped my oil drain plug. I let them know it was their express center. They rethreaded the hole and installed new plug. Only time will tell now. If you break something dont try to hide it, let the customer know. Come on.

I have always had a good experience coming here. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices for some services are high but you can trust they do the job right. Tje waiting are is very clean, comfortable chairs, tv, free water and coffee. I do wish they would go back to walk in services on first come basis.

Very slow for an express service center. For just an oil change with no tire rotation, it took them 1hr. The time before that, it took them 1:30 for oil change and tire rotation. I wouldn't be as critical about it if it was first come, first serve but right now they are booking appointments a week out. That gives them a week to properly adjust their staffing to accommodate busy periods or to reduce the number of appointments per hour they book but they are still failing.

Was greeted when I went in for an oil change by the Service Advisor. Offered me beverages. Explained the process of what was to occur. Was given a free Brown Bear car wash coupon.

Very clean and nice. They have a separate room for kids with their own TV and chairs and coloring books! They were super fast with my oil change!

This was the best service I have received getting an oil change anywhere in the country. May sound a bit dramatic, but the waiting area was clean, there was a room dedicated to those waiting with children (thank you! ), service was fast, and above all the lady at the front desk was so friendly and offered great customer service which we have not really experienced since moving to the area a few months ago. They didn t try to nickel and dime me with dirty air filters and even let me know about FOUR recalls that my previous dealership neglected to tell me.

The people working are nice.There is plenty of seating including areas to get away from the tvs.They also have multiple charging stations for a variety of devices.NOTE: make sure to double check your oil after it is changed because I have mine done and they overfilled by 1/2 quart.Other than that time i haven't had to many issues and have gone after this incident.Lastly you will have a long wait so bring something to do.

The service has come a long way in the many years we've taken our vehicles to get serviced. The staff is, and has always been friendly. The main issue was the wait times, which have improved. There is also a good play area for children while you wait.

Just sitting in the waiting area listening to Jerry handle a difficult conversation with diligence and grace. Wow. How awesome to visit a place run by friendly, caring, competent folks.

I arrived at this Mopar on a Saturday morning just after opening along with a bunch of other people. There were already 3 people in the waiting area and several more ahead of me in line. At first I was thinking that I got there at a bad time, but they cheerfully greeted me right away and within a few minutes had my info and my fob. I was there for an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. In total, it took about 90 minutes which really surprised me because their waiting area is so comfortable that it felt like only 20 minutes had passed. They have WiFi, Tv, furniture, snacks, cameras in the bays so that you can see them working on your vehicle and clean restrooms. I bet if you timed it differently than I did you could get in and out of there even faster. It was a really pleasant experience that started my day off right. I even had time to run a bunch of errands including a Costco run afterwards which I wasn t expecting to be able to do. I definitely recommend.

For the situation we all are in with COVID, not bad. Made appointment and went in for service. It was a little longer than usual, but I understand things are not normal. Great free tire rotation.

Fast and professional service! Due to COVID-19 you now need to make an appointment to keep the waiting room from having tons of walk-ins milling about. I'm always amazed at how much I get taken care of for how little cost. I bought my Jeep next door and I think that helps!

A wonderful experience with staff were knowledgeable and make you feel like they care about your business work is done quick my vehicles I typically just as clean as when I left it. The offer good advice and perform a good inspection highly recommended.

This is my go to place for an oil change. They are fast and convenient. They do have their flaws though. They need to be thorough when doing the complimentary check on the car cause they miss a lot of things. I have had to go back a couple time just to have my car checked and I have also been present when other customers were complaining about the same. Please work on this. We love coming here.

Awesome service. Was in and out with oil change and tire rotation within 40 minutes. Clean comfortable waiting area and the best part is the first one is free if you've purchased there
