EXCELLENT customer service!! Alex and his team @ Midland Automotive were expeditious, courteous & fair. They kept me informed every step of the way, thoroughly answered all my questions & alleviated a TON of stress when I needed some pretty extensive repairs to get my wheels back up & running. My only regret is that I didn't know about them sooner! My car runs better than ever, it's a relief to know I'll never have to shop for a mechanic again!!

I have been taking cars here for over 10 years now, and every time I call or visit I am delighted with their service. They are friendly, kind, patient, quick, professional, and trustworthy!Most recently I had an issue with a battery that died under warranty, together with an airbag warning light that appeared after I had to jump start it. Because the battery was under warranty, they replaced it for free (or as Alex more appropriately said, "no charge" ), and cleared the airbag code after investigating that it was no longer active.I know that I got lucky with the battery being under warranty and there are types of problems that can't be fixed for free, but this is outstanding honest service that really inspires loyalty. I am so glad to have found this shop. Much better pricing and service than the national chain I was using before. Huge savings on the same services the nat'l chain said I needed. When waiting, had conversations w/customers who had been coming to Midland for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have already recommended them to my friends.

I came here because they are close to my house and I will never go anywhere else as long as I live here. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, their prices are reasonable, and the tech that worked on my car even took the time to walk me through what was wrong and how they fixed it. This place is truly a hidden gem. If you are having car issues, bring it by. I also noticed that they perform regularly scheduled maintenance for you car (so you don't have to pay the dealership prices).

Midland Automotive is the best. Their prices are reasonable, they are honest and do excellent work. Sergei does an incredible job at keeping you informed, working with you warranty company, going over what needs to be done and what the approximate cost will be. A great experience!

Midland Automotive did what the stealership couldn't. They competently diagnosed the intermittent electrical gremlin plaguing our f150. The other place incorrectly attributed the problem to the aftermarket equipment that was present on the vehicle when they sold it to us. Then refused to honor the aftermarket warranty sold with the truck that they sold with the aftermarket equipment as it was " highly modified". Don't buy from or have your vehicle serviced in Sumner. They suck! Midland Automotive is HONEST and FAIR!

A good friend recommended Midland auto and I have to agree with him. The customer service was great, friendly people, I felt confident that they would take care of my problems by repairing my truck. Took almost a week but I m happy. Will continue to come back for any needed repairs.

Midland Automotive is spectacular. I recently had a new AC pump installed by them which was a dud and they replaced it under warranty with no problem. They stand behind their work and take care of the customer. Thank you all!

Midland Automotive went above service when my wife had her transmission flushed on her Toyota Highlander. She has never seen a transmission so a service person took her out to show her a transmission that they working on and showed her how it works and what was done on vehicle.Great customer service!!I tell all my family and friends about Midland Automotive.

Great customer service, reasonable price. Had my vehicle for 8 days, longer than I expected. But would definitely bring my vehicle back for sure. The young lady at the front desk was comforting and pleasant, Sergio was awsome.

Midland Automotive restored my trust back in having my vehicle looked at in a repair shop. After being greatly dissatisfied with dealership service, I brought my vehicle to Midland Automotive and they went above and beyond with customer service, communication with diagnostics, and helping me weigh out options that would best suit the needs of my vehicle. They provided the type of care and service I was hoping to find. I would definitely recommend this shop!Services: Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection

My 2014 Ford escape Titanium had been a perfect 1 owner vehicle, all service met and up kept UNTIL The check engine light came on and I did like most took it to big box car part store to have the code read. The code gave 2 moderate fixes and 1 major (replace the Turbo and everything that makes it functional.) I blindly called Midland Automotive for a second opinion and like anyone on a budget The price was very reasonable for a ( TRUE) diagnosis, Midland Automotive didn t try to sell me on anything I didn t need. They they took care of the check engine light and what went along with it and did not want to try to haggle me or hassle me or upsell me into doing any kind of upgrade or repair that was unnecessary I would definitely bring my car back here and many more cars in the future.Thank You Midland Automotive and Sergei.

I have found a auto mechanic shop I can trust! Everyone who works in that shop-from Sergio to Nichol made me feel welcomed and rest assured that my vehicle was in good hands! Sergio is so knowledgeable, professional but most of all very friendly. He takes his time with each customer, making sure he gets all the information needed as to what's wrong with your vehicle-so that it can be repaired efficiently. I didn't feel like they are in it, just for the "buck" either. My car was repaired right away once the problem was found...and it didn't cost me a arm n a leg. Furthermore my car is driving so much better now and I am very happy with the service I received at Midland Automotive. I will tell any and everyone with car problems OR to just get regular maintenance, to go to them.Sergio you are Awesome! Thank you

Wow!! This family owned business is what businesses should inspire to be!! This auto shop is honest, kind, and work hard to fix your vehicle. 6 auto shop visits, 3 alternators, 3 batteries, and $3,000 later, this was our last and final shop that actually found what was wrong and fixed my car. Special thank you to Sergei for helping me through this and working hard to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive across the United States on our new #vanlife adventure!!

They were able to find out what was wrong with my Hyundai in a timely manner. Great service from everyone I spoke on the phone with. They go above and beyond to help you. I was trying to come up with the money and they were willing to give me more time if I need to figure it all out. Thank you so much. I will be going back if I have anymore problems with my Hyundai.

Superb service! Awesome place to get your car fixed. The owners are very accomodating and they really will inform you about the job that they will do with your car. Recently had my car replaced its valve cover gasket and spark plugs, they did the valve cover gasket and spark plug replacement properly. The shop is very organized, the office has refreshments. There is parking space in front. All in all what a great experience coming to Midland Automotive. Kuddos to Alex and Sergei keep up the good work guys! From a very sarisfied customer.

Alex, Sergiy and the rest of the Technician Team at Midland Automotive will forever have my buisness. This will be my go to for all of my cars for as long as I am in Washington State. I can not give enough good graces to this wonderful buisness. I have never received such professional, honest and integral work at an automotive shop before. Alex and his team are straight to the point, no strings attached, and incredibly knowledgeable. Unfortunately not things you find everywhere you go. I promise you it will be hard to a better shop!

Hands down the best shop I ve ever been to. The guys do honest and high quality work, will always explain to you what the problem is and how they plan to fix it. This transparency is a huge differentiator compared to other shops that will just charge you for parts the names of which you don t even know. Customer service is top notch, highly recommend!!

I recently had to replace the right rear tail light assembly.I didn t have an appointment but was going by right after it went out. They ordered the part quickly and was put in in a timely manner. It was more expensive than I expected but so is everything.They did a good job. They always are friendly and very helpful. I recommend them to my friends.

I moved to SE Tacoma/Midland area about a year ago and was looking for a local auto shop to maintain my vehicles. I have taken three different vehicles to Midland Auto including my F-150, Camry Hybrid and gas highlander. The people at Midland Auto are professional, communicative, accountable and accommodating. My vehicles are running great, and I wouldn t go anywhere else.

Had some work done a few months ago and must say this will definitely be the shop my family and I come to from now on! They were very patient, polite, and informative. Their work might be a bit more than other shops, but it is absolutely worth it. The work is quality at its finest. They even checked in after the repairs to make sure my vehicle was preforming the way it was supposed to.
