These guys have consistently taken care of me, I can't thank them enough. They take care of my car quickly, efficiently and I always feel like they are being forthright and giving me the best deal possible for what I need. Today I couldn't get a ride up to the Midas, so they brought me my car. Truly a shop full of good, hardworking people. Go here if you need your car fixed :)

Midas got me in the same day to do a brake inspection due to grinding breaks that sounded terrible. They were quickly able to give me a fair estimate and get the repairs done same day. Everyone at Midas was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will certainly be back for more car repairs and oil changes as needed.

This was our first time bringing our cars here for oil changes. They were prompt and did great work. I had an 5 they were able to fit both cars at the same time and finished within 30 mins on a Saturday. Sandy is great, professional and so kind. I highly recommend them.

I brought my vehicle in because it cut off on its own. My dashboard went black. So I was clueless on why the engine stopped.I spoke to Sandy, the wonderful receptionist and she said come on in will check that out for you. My alternator and battery were fine. It turned out to be the copper piece of the battery terminal. It was missing becausethere was corrosion present.They did not charge me for diagnostic tests and I walked out after paying $45 for replacing the copper piece.My experience from the beginning to when I walked out was excellent.I would recommend them from here on out.Thanks everyone at Midas on Pacific. I am so thankful to have been lead to this Midas. I totally had a peace of mind with the entire process. Ron and Sandy truly know how to run a location. They both have individual gifts, but contribute greatly. This is how it started I booked an apt online and the open availability was 2:30-4. The email stated, still waiting for dealership to confirm . I decided to call to ask for confirmation. Ron answered the phone. He respectfully shared his intimacy with this day and that they needed to close at 12pm, BUT, even though. If you come down now, we will take care of your oil change. I was at the dealership about 15 min after the call. Walked in. Greeted so nicely by Sandy, so welcoming. She walked me through everything thoroughly and promptly. I was in and out within, 45 min. The BEST service recieved doing car maintenance. They are both so accommodating and are trusted with their knowledge and care for my vehicles. I will be probably coming for life lol. I am truly grateful for the hospitality and being able to be apart of a day of remembrance. See you guys soon, blessings

Ron is the owner. I have been here twice now, and it is the only place I will take my cars going forward. My car has 117k miles. I ask Ron to take a look as I d like to continue driving it. I told him to do a complete once over. He told me what I needed and didn t nickel and dime me, didn t try to upsell me. Honest and trustworthy place.

After shopping around for a very long time, I called Midas with very low expectations. I got a quote from Midas that met my budget and didn't feel like I was being ripped off like a bunch of the previous quotes I had gotten that day. The receptionist at the front was very friendly and helped me with a quote over the phone which some would not even give. The work was done very well and even thought the work took some time to finish on the part of it being very difficult, they didn't complain even once. I highly recomend the Midas at Spanaway to anyone with suspension issues. They will take care of you with very excellent customer service. Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

This is the only repair shop I have been to where they treat you like family. They were very helpful and informative. I had some work done at another shop and needed an alignment. They pointed out that the work wasn't done correctly. I won't go into detail. I will however let you know that everyone at Midas was concerned about my safety in driving my vehicle. I'm really grateful that I met these extremely caring people. If I could give them more stars I would. Highly recommend. Discovered a brake fluid leak/brake alarm on the dash Sunday morning. With nobody open, Monday morning, I called all over looking for an appointment. Most places told me they couldn't see me for a few days. Thankfully, we got a hold of Midas...their wonderful team had me in ASAP. Unfortunately, I needed both rear brakes completely fixed. (shoes, cylinder, drums). The mechanic came and spoke to me directly, explained in detail what/why I needed everything. He never once pressured me to get a bunch of extras I didn't need, and everyone was so kind and gracious to me.It ended up taking a little long, which was totally understandable, since they had to get parts and get it done short notice. They apologized for the delay multiple times (multiple people) but, my family is just sincerely appreciative of you guys making sure our brakes were fixed the same day.I ended up having to stay about 10 minutes after they closed, just because they wanted to ensure everything was done right and did a test drive. Still taking the time to talk me through everything, what to watch for, etc .. even after they should have been done for the day.Thank you all again so much for getting everything finished today. Appreciate it!

This was my first time trying midas and the Spanaway location was a great first time experience. Customer service was great and very helpful. Thank you for helping me out. Midas will be my to go to when it comes to any cars I have. Thank you for helping me and I will most definitely be recommending you guys

Won't hesitate to visit another Midas!Super grateful for Ron and his mechanics at Midas. They did what Les Schwab would not, were very reasonably priced and timely- same day service/day before tire order!

This place is completely transparent which is a huge deal especially when it comes to needing repairs on your car! After receiving a diagnosis from a different auto shop and being told that my bushings were cracked and needed immediate attention along with many other issues, the mechanics and owner at Midas not only told me my bushings were fine but insisted on showing me myself. All I needed was a oxygen sensor replacement! They easily could have deceived me and took advantage of me and they did not at all. Everyone I encountered was completely honest and very, very kind! Timing and pricing exceeded my expectations as well, highly recommend and will most definitely be returning for any future issues!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Horrible experience! When I needed to get my brakes checked they said my rotors were bad and brake pads need changing as well so ok I agreed for them to change them but issue is they dont carry the rotor i need. They said will call you once we have the rotors. So after couple days they call me and stated they have the rotora. I went there and got my car inside and they said they order the wrong rotors. They said will just change all of the break pads and will order correct rotors. So i agreed for them to change the break pads which I got charge $359. Then after a week i went to jiffy lube to get my oil change and I ask them to do break inspection and I was told Midas only change the front break pads and not the 2 in the back! Wow just wow. What a rip off from this peiple. I do not recommend going back there unless you like being rip off!

I came here to get my oil changed and they were so helpful! I have a 2021 Jetta that was leaking oil and they got me a new plug and fixed my oil leak. Very honest and kind people I highly recommend this location!

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I started going here after I got my brakes done on my car. Something seemed off about the brakes and the place where I had gotten them done at couldn't get me back in to get it checked out for a week. I called this midas location and they were able to get me in the next day! They also told me that I had overpaid for my brakes replacement. Feeling like this shop was trustworthy, I kept going back. My husband went to jiffy lube to get an oil change and he was told he needed to get quite a few things done. We had Midas check the car out and everything came back fine. Sandy is a pleasure to speak with, she is knowledgeable, friendly, and great at explaining what exactly is going on with the car. Recently we got one of the shock struts assembly replaced under our warranty (which they helped track down the information for), we were told it would take 1-1.5 hours. It ended up taking 2 hours but they only charged us 1 hour of labor. That was a wonderful surprise. We recently moved to Yelm but we will continue to go to this location for all of our cars needs. Nothing beats their friendly and honest service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Timing belt and water pump replacement.I was able to get a quote, a visit scheduled, and arrange for vehicle drop off over the phone without issue. Service was friendly from first phone conversation to get a quote until I picked up my keys and paid. I will be calling them again to get another estimate for more work I need done.Cons: No email found to directly email about estimates/questions (that I was able to find). Work sometimes makes email easier than phone to arrange future business for your shop.

This is the place to be! This Midas Location has been here for years I love the coziness of their waiting room with a good old western movie. They are so knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. Bring your car to Spanaway!

I had my brake pads, calipers, and rotors replaced here and I was very impressed with the service I received! They got me in and out same day without even having an appointment and were very reasonably priced compared with quotes I had received from other places. The representatives I worked with were also friendly and took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed and what my options were. My old truck is back to running like a dream now! thanks Midas team!

Wow! My first visit this morning and SUPER happy to find this shop. More than mufflers! Knowledgeable, trustworthy, great rates on all repairs, friendly mechanics and staff. Clean waiting area with AC, television, coffee, water and clean bathroom. I highly recommend Sandy and Ron at the shop in Tacoma!!!EXTREMELY Happy customer and will return for all my regular needs and any other issues my auto may have. I hate social media, everyone wants you to download an app, and/or give a review. I m a firm believer in word of mouth is the best advertisement. However, I ll try and help anyone who may be contemplating taking their vehicle in. I have a little 71 Chevy 4x4 that the exhaust had broken and was dangerously close to rubbing on the drive shaft. I got a couple other quotes and stopped in on a whim to see what they could do. Ron greeted me quickly and gave a look at it with an honest conversation. He asked what I was trying to do and gave an estimate of a new exhaust all the way up the truck. After a few more questions and setting up an appointment for a few days later, I dropped the truck off. Exhaust is exactly what was expected and I couldn t be happier. The work is spot-on, customer service was great, and I m certain if there is any problems regarding the work in the future, they won t hesitate to make it right. Hard to find honest individuals- but that is exactly what I received.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Sandy, Ron & MT were super helpful and came highly recommended from long time customers. They found what the possible issues were, but were cautious to do any work to be safe and to allow the previous mechanic to check their work. I appreciate them and will be back! Radiator Flush Been going to Midas in Spanaway I love there service. I have a great feeling about this place and will recommend this place to family and friends. Ron the manager and I got to talking and he Recommended that the Radiator Flush is a great idea to have this service done every 2 years. I had a great experience at Midas that I will come back to give them my service again.

My sisters check engine light was on, had another place tell her it was 3 things that needed to be replaced but I told her to take it to Midas at Spanaway because I had been there & they were honest & would test it so she would know more about what it was instead of just start changing things out. What it was was the check engine lightwas stuck on keeping the evac systemfrom working & resetting the light was all that needed to be done saving lots of money for unneeded parts & labor!!! Thank you Ron & Sandy for your good work & your honesty. Recommend highly!!!
