Kevin was awesome! I come from a town over just to get the service that Kevin gives. Service and customer service at that goes a long way and when I had to cancel an appointment the day of due to an emergency he was so nice and got me in the following week as soon as he could. Definitely use this Midas just for Kevin and his crew, you won t be sorry.

I came in to get my window regulator replaced! Kevin was absolutely amazing. The two technicians working along side him as well. They couldn t locate the window motor screws. I started offering to locate and pick some up (even if it meant walking). He had this where there s a will, there s a way type attitude, which I immediately respected. Called O Reilly s to find some, and an employee came down, and went to go get some. He did everything he could to make sure that this wouldn t create and issue and reassured me in the process that he would find a solution. Normally when you sit and wait, it s quiet and awkward. Kevin made my experience at Midas, an excellent one. I recommend Midas, especially Kevin and his team! I ll def be back for finishing the window!

We have only recently started bringing our cars here for service and repair. Well, today, Kevin Beggs, the manager, went above and beyond! He worked his magic to make everything good happen for us. Thank you, Kevin for your kindness, patience, and amazing customer service! We'll be back!

A great place to get your oil changed! Price was great and Kevin was conversational.Beware of pricey quotes for extra work. Unless your vehicle physically cannot make it out of the shop, quote the work that needs to be done somewhere else. I was informed and shown that my front right ball joint needs to be replaced. I was then quoted to have both of them replaced, even though that is not necessary. I was able to find the exact parts needed for my car type for $100 less than the price listed which, paired with the fact they wanted to replace the left side as well, was a hefty amount being tacked on. A ball joint replacement also does not take a full day of labor yet I was also quoted a very high labor cost and not given an explanation why. Although I am very grateful for them informing me of the problem, the upcharging made me lose faith in this business and I will unfortunately not be returning.

This shop has worked on our vehicles for some time, now. The gentleman at the front is always knowledgeable, direct, and professional. The team out back always seems to be buzzing around getting each vehicle in, completed, and out, again. They have replaced the battery, the tires, and completed all oil changes on our 2019 Malibu. They replaced the brakes and completed all of the oil changes on our 2020 Crosstrek, as well. Recently, we had them prep our Subaru for a road trip that was nearly 7,000 miles in total. Not only did the Subaru complete the trip with utter perfection; the advice we took from Kevin as to what was good to go for our trip and what could be done to make it safer was more than helpful! Whilst large trucks were losing control coming over all of the various mountain passes; we just putted along; slow, easy, and smooth!See you soon for our next oil changes folks!

Just got back from Texas and I am extremely grateful frot the work they performed. Went here for a pre road trip inspection. I was advised by the team here that my tires should be rotated and oil changed as well as brakes changed. And I thought this is gonna be pretty pricey but the service team was able to work out a reasonably priced amount!I recommend these guys to everyone quality work all the time! Ask for Mike! He's reasonable respectful and knowledgeable about his work.

WARNING. Customers rave about Kevin the manager's customer service. I fell for that as well. And was a return customer. I learned that he presents as kind and trustworthy but will rip you off with unethically marked up cost on parts and sub par labor. He will also recommend new breaks and rotors on breaks that DO NOT need to be replaced. Classic conman that is bad for the auto shop trade reputation and for Midas's reputation. Avoid Tacoma 6th AVE Midas.

Charged me over 500 dollars to "run tests" and never even did the diagnostic for the check engine light. I should have known when I took it in for an oil change and they tried to up sell brakes that I had replaced a month before. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

This Midas location is the best- and I ve been to many all over the country! Kevin was exceptional, he really went above and beyond! Incredibly personable, down to earth and honest. I had a terrible experience at Midas. They charged me $375 for a simple abrake job and try to sell me ubmecessary services. They also damaged my car refused to take responsibility for it. They were rude, dishonest and confident I would not recommend them to anyone.

I ve had my oil changed at other places and they ve never lasted long or I d have to wait forever. I got my oil changed in April at Midas and my car is still going strong! It was a quick oil change too and Midas has friendly employees and great coupons! Definitely making Midas my go to for oil changes!

Took our son's car in for a driver side headlight issue, Explained what was wrong and what I did to try and fix it. Five hours later I got a call saying they tried everything I already did and tested the plug but it is an electrical issue that they do not have the ability to fix. Which I wish they mentioned five hours ago. And now the passenger side headlight also is not working and I owe $113 for work done on the car that is coming back to me in worse shape than when I dropped it off.

Kevin was absolutely amazing. I got stranded on the side of the freeway. I gave him a call. I told him the symptoms of my car and without hesitation, he told me to just bring it right in. He was able to get me out the door in less than an hour. Absolutely amazing customer service I highly recommend this place.

Went in with a brake squeak and disaster. Brakes were metal to metal. Kevin took me out to my truck and explained what needed to be done. Success, back on road and ready for Christmas. Awesome job guys. Thank you.

My experience was great at Midas. I shout out to Kevin for being so open when I was struggling with my finances (and literally everything else) I highly appreciate the work around on it. The worker at the front desk, I believe his name was Kevin, was so sweet and had such amazing customer service. We definitely recommend Midas!
