Horrible Experience 0 stars. Will Never take a car here again! I called them because my sons car would not start. I had done my own troubleshooting and concluded it was a starter or alternator issue. I would have done it myself had I had all the tools but these days you have to take multiple things off to get to those parts. Anyway have the car towed to them after talking to Marcelo. Explain what I think is going on. The next day I get a call late afternoon that the car has a seized engine. That's all he says no quote to repair nor did he ask what I would like to do. We just bought it from a 5 star dealership 1 month ago drove it less than 200 miles. I pay 130 to have it towed home, call the dealership. They are shocked and so upset to hear the news and do not want that to be a business practice and agree to let me bring it back for a trade. They even had the car picked up and brought back to their location. I did have to pay a little more for the trade as it was a different car, but was so grateful for their good business practice. They get the broke down car back put it in the shop. The next day I get a call....THE ENGINE IS NOT SEIZED ITS JUST A BAD STARTER! they asked if I would like a refund and take the original car back after repair ( this is a stand up business take note). Luckily the dealership can easily repair that and sell the car again. Do NOT EVER take your car to this Meineke what a joke! wasted my time and money! And their terrible attempt at mechanics made a 5 star dealership feel bad.

both times I have been to this shop they were honest with me about what my car needs and have saved me some money in the process! And I will always be grateful for that! Thank you guys for being friendly, honest, and providing upstanding customer service! I will continue to come back for my cars needs and repairs!

Amazing customer service and honest business practices, I'd give them 5 stars but they lost part of my engine cover and said they didn't have it when I asked. It's just a plastic piece so I didn't make a big deal about it. I'm saying it here only cause I'd give them 5 stars if it wasn't for that. They really were exceptional and honest about costs. I'd use them again for car repairs.

Does your car keep breaking and you have to keep bringing it back does it cost 1,500 + to get it fixed maybe what is wrong with bring it back 5 time to get it right people are great but can't get it right or just forget to put oil in the car to much money not the quality of service maybe the best thing is not have Quotas or bonuses because consumers pay the price for the individual when it $85.00 a hour can't run a business with out customers that will pay for wasted time and money and forgot to put oil in my car. I ask for the owner to call me and shop manager kick me out of the store because he screwed up my cars. Well better Business Bureau. And the Attorney General. Will take care of meineke dont bring your car there very bad shop my cat was blown / burning oil and he added heavier oil to the car and I said that not how to fix it

Marcello and his team at the Pacific Avenue Location are the best Mechanics I have ever come across in my entire lifetime of Mechanic experiences!!! Hands down!!!! He is very humble, honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and loves to help the people. To Corporate: you need people like him if you want your business to succeed, take care of your employees please. I'm speaking from experience, talent recognizes talent.

I had a great experience. Even with the unexpected issues with my car. Everyone was so pleasant and took the time to explain things to me. Worked very hard as quickly as they could to get my car finished. I will be coming back for future car maintenance and repairs.

Marcelo and his team were amazing to work with, allowed me to set up shop in their lobby to get some work finished while they did the same, and got me in and out as quickly and as cost effective as possible. Will definitely be back with any auto maintenance needs I have in the future!

They did a great job. Very friendly. Great customer service!! They even allowed me to bring my puppy Gigi inside the office with me. They were quick about changing my oil. They helped me with other things they did not have to check or talk with about but still did. They went over and beyond what I asked for. They did NOT try to up sale me anything!! I've been pushed to buy things in the past cus they felt as a woman I would be an easy target for up sales. They NEVER made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me!! They told me my car was a great car. It has a couple things needing fixed. Which I asked for a quote. He looked it up and gave me the info and also different options to pay if needed. All in all I would say this is a great company with great employees. Definitely recommended!! This is officially my new mechanic!! Thank you for all your help Meineke!!

I had an appointment, I didn't think I'd have to wait, although I did, I waited about a half hour before they got my car in. They did a tire rotation for my car and I can't complain about the price, it seemed to be pretty fair.

2021 08Morgan thee Manager knows what he is doing and well experienced in customer satisfaction. I saw him turn around three walk in customers day from awful to wanting to pay just because they want the same excellent service next go around. Morgan said I got you and I believed him a Hard worker and two great tecs that get cars done daily. Now I'm chilling because the new AC rocks THX Tecs. The place is clean inside and no garbage in the parking lot area. These guys keep their word about pricing and letting you know your choices as they work on a vehicle. This location was very busy and so best if you call first and schedule a time slot to drop it off. I would tell a friend to go here. Also patience helps

I made my appointment couple weeks in advance. I needed to take time off in order to bring my car for oil change. When I checked in, the staff told me they don t have the oil my car uses meaning they can t do the oil change. What an inconvenience. A simple phone call a day in advance would have been sufficient to alert me they cant keep my appointment. Poor planning!!!

Marcelo was great and very helpful throughout my service. The were able to diagnose and fix the issue in an hour, and he was a great down to earth guy who was very helpful, as I am not knowledgeable in cars. They loosend my f oil bolt and loosened up my filter cap and told me my car leeked oil befpre they even worked on it. I drive to bellvue from roy everyday and if that was the case my m9tor would be blown. I looked where i parked my car when i got there and no oil. No oil in my driveway but when i got home my car was covered in oil. They said they would fix it for 1500 and all i did was tighten my oil plug and tughten my filter cap and it works perfect. Theses people are the biggest scam artists ever

Replacing all lights was pricey but I'm trusting necessary.Correcting flashing brake light without charge was appreciated.Brake light, skid light, and check engine light are on again.

This was my mistake to take my car to them. Marcelo has no clue what he is doing. Looks like he is high and he never lets the customers talk. He even told me that this is America and not sure where you from, this is how we do things here. He did the brake job on my car and after we picked the car, it was the same as we dropped. When I took it back, he yelled at me saying that he knows how to do his job. I took my car to Buckys garage and they did the inspection and proved that the brake system was even touched. It got me by surprise when I told them how much I paid Meineke, they told me that they will do the job at no cost.This is first and last I am ever taking my car to this location or if Marcelo doesn t work there. Hope something will be done regarding this or I am reaching out to BBB.Thanks

Great customer service at the counter, gave me a great deal on a complete brake job. And even did a little extra to help fix my cat-back that was about to fall off. Serviced my car on time and took pictures and sent everything my car got done and stuff that needs future repairs to my cell phone with updated time of completion. Really a great place to go get your car worked on. I ll be coming back.Service: Auto brake repair

WORST PLACE EVER!!! gave my car in for spongy brakes and nothing was done for 2 days. Problem still stayed and was charged $200!! When i got my car back my passenger left wheel was wobbling and they said that my control arm bushings were shot. How does my bushings fail over 2 days? Drove home to only get pointed out by a family member that i have missing lug nuts !! Apparently only 2 lug nuts were holding my wheels in and the lock nut was on loose . The car runs well after repairs and they were knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done. A repair that should've taken about a day and a half took 4 days. They said they'd call me two different times. I had to call them to get updates. This was the worst service I have ever seen in an auto shop. Not only did they quote out standard maintenance repairs at well over double what the labor and parts should have been, reflected by quotes from both a local and a chain automotive repair shop, but their mechanics also were clearly seen not following their own mask policies inside of their closet sized waiting room on too of lying through their teeth about other parts on the car being broken and needing replacement.Just a run down, over priced, careless place. Would never recommend to anybody.

I brought my vehicle in for 3 things mainly. Tires(need nail taken out) check engine light and clunking when driving.I was told when I got there the tire machine was down and they forgot to call.Went ahead and had the other things looked and and added a brake flush and oil change.$1100 later my tires flat, check engine light is still on and there is still a clunking. I took it back in and they pretended not to hear the clunking and told me the check engine light is a ghost light. They held it for several days not fixing anything so I just went and picked up the car.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement, Oil change
