The manager at Meineke named Ethan helped me understand the mechanical issues that I had with my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and understanding. I was kind of nervous and skeptical at first due to issues I had in the past with mechanics at different shops but the vibes I got from Ethan were sincere. I will definitely be coming back if I have any other issues with my vehicle. Thanks for making my first time experience well worth it!

I decided recently to try Meineke Car Care - I've gone twice now, and both times were excellent experiences. Already they have become my go-to for service. Besides just being friendly - along with great customer service - they took the time to explain any issues as well as review the options. On my first visit there I was somewhat distraught at what I had guessed was wrong with my vehicle, but Ethan calmed me down, reassured me and even showed kindness (besides fixing the problem). I gotta say I never experienced that reaction before. My 2nd visit was just as good! Thank you for that.

Super friendly, took the time to explain everything to me in terms that i could understand.Had my brakes done there and they had the best prices I could find in the Tacoma area and they got my car in super fast and had it done that same day.I will definitely be going back for future car work.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, they did a thorough inspection during my oil change and found a screw in my tire they repaired it right then. I am thankful they found it.Another plus, it s a short walk to the local coffee shop, before I knew it they were calling me to say my car was ready.This was my second trip to this Meineke, I had front brakes installed recently. Friendly and timely professional service each time.Thanks, guys! It s nice having a local business I can count on for my car care.

These people are amazing. I had some bad engine trouble, and one of my cylinders was misfiring. Originally thought I'd have to buy a new engine or a new intake manifold. Both options were going to be extremely expensive. I was almost forced to just junk my vehicle because either one of those options would've been more expensive than the vehicle itself. Instead, they were able to get me back on the road through a different option. They saved me thousands of dollars and saved me from having to junk my vehicle. When you go there, definitely ask for Ethan. He will definitely try his best to get your vehicle running again

Both the low beams on my headlights were out the day before Easter and I had a long drive ahead of me on the holiday. I called ahead on Saturday, and Ethan gave me a time to show up later that day. Despite them being extremely busy, they still squeezed in a headlight change for me I am so thankful!

I will start with the good. I believe the manager's name was Ethan and he was a very nice person had pretty good customer service. But unfortunately that was literally the only thing that was good so thanks to Ethan LOL. Now move on to what I was not happy with. I spent $2,000 on essentially an air filter for spark plugs 4 quarts of oil a new radiator and apparently I paid $200 for the mechanic to duct tape a nickel onto my brake switch. Now I'm only going to keep this review here if I do not get positive results after work today as I am definitely coming down there to try to figure out why in the hell I was charged $100 for miscellaneous items whatever that means and basically $100 to remove and replace my brake switch I'll be up front the mechanic told me to my face that he just pulled it out and duct tape a nickel to it and it worked great unfortunately I was assuming that he wasn't charging me $100 for that I even tipkin 10 bucks because I assumed he was doing it out of the kindness of his heart I didn't realize I was being charged $101.69 for him to take 2 seconds to duct tape a nickel to my brake switch. Also Sean the mechanic was a very nice person my issues are with meineke not the customer service customer service was great as long as all you do is talk to them.

Standard oil change took 2 hours with appointment. Didn t have air filter on hand to replace cabin air filter. They offered to have one brought to the shop. But, I left without changing filter because I couldn t wait any longer. Staff was great. Prices are a little high.Better to drop off your car for service than to stay and wait.

Friendly service, which I appreciated. A lot of other shops kind of have a reputation for having a rather surly staff. I won't get my car back for a few days, so I can't rate the work yet.

It was a simple oil change but what I appreciated was there was absolutely no hard sell suggested items were texted to my phone for me to accept or decline. Prices were totally transparent with no surprises and they were flexible when kid illness made me miss my initial appointment time.

After 5 tries they finally have a good Manager, Cody. He knows what he is doing and honest. They have fixed my car 3 times now with no problems. The group before not so good. Glad I gave them a 2nd chance with the latest manager.

Brought my Saab in for a check engine light- difficult to figure it out but they tracked down the issue and it s all good again. Great service and communication from Cody!Updated review: check engine light came back on and they replaced the part they installed but the check engine light came on AGAIN. I ve lost faith that the mechanics there are able to accurately diagnose and track down the source of the check engine light. Cody, the manager, was very polite and professional; if only they could have figured it out.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

BEWARE. They have no idea what they are doing and will damage your car. save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. Thousands in damage from melting silicone as a gasket which in turn melted into the engine. Crushed wires and broken pipes. It's shocking. They either did it on purpose or have absolutely no idea what they are doing..... absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. this could have killed someone. Don't go here or risk your car being unsafe to drive....sketch.

I had a terrible experience with this auto repair shop. I brought my car in for a E brake repair, but when I got it back, it was not repaired. When I asked the staff about it, they were unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend this auto repair shop to anyone.

On 11/16/23, AutoZone Auto Parts referred me to Meineke to test a fuse in my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. Not only did Ethan stop what he was doing to test the fuse, he installed for me at no charge- and with a smile! Now, my heated seats are working! The Subaru dealer was going to charge me $175 to diagnose why the seat warmers weren t working. Thank you so much Ethan & Meineke for your exceptional, kind service to me.

The new manager is a good guy and this was done before he was in charge.But I can't get a answer from corporate or any one. Have made phone calls and sent emails . No one gets back to me. Had my car in 2012 ford Fusion ac wasn't working told them it was a evap temp sensor. After charging me for a compressor labor etc and having my car for 2 days .Called back and said it wasnt the compressor. Turns out it was the evap temp sensor like I told them. So another 3 days goes by they fix it . Manager tells me they won't charge me for more labor or the part. They did charge me for the part . Also charged me for a compressor that was not the issue . Also broke plastic trim pieces and left grease marks on the head liner. Since they had to take the dash out.Then they tell me it needed brakes and a brake system flush . Which was approved. Which they never did the flush and new manager did the flush. After 2 times back for brakes still have noise and it doesn't stop right . So over $2300 dollars in repair and a ac compressor put in that wasn't the issue . I have still have problems.

Try to charge me 150 dollars to install a headlight that I just had a difficult time reaching. Took it to jiffylube where it took them 10 to 15 min and they did it for free. That s where I ll do my business at.

Three hours after my appointment time they finally took my car back. I was in the waiting room a total of 4.5 hours. A couple people who had appointments after me came and went while I was waiting. Why even have appointments if they're not honored?

AC vacuum & recharge completed within a couple of hours. Scheduling was quick - next day - and work was completed on time as scheduled, at price estimated. I had a fast friendly experience at this center. Called to see about getting my car looked at because I noticed a coolant leak. Tony found a time to fit me in which was almost immediate. When I came in the employees were sociable. We laughed a little bit before my car got looked at. The specialist there had experience with my vehicle so was able to help me even faster than expected. He found the issue quickly and educated me on why it happened. I liked the energy of the people and I m glad I took my car to this service center.
