Don t come to Les Schwab if you re looking to be treated like an idiot. When I called this morning asking if they d be able to help fix my tire - they said they would try, if not they d be able to put the spare on, no charge. Cool. Great. Get my car in the bay, and they call me to tell me they can t fix it because my tires are too bald and they have a quote for me. I told them, that is not what I asked this morning, the person who called me to pick my car up hung up on me. So I called back, asked to speak to the manager, who told me it s obvious that the tires need to be changed so they not only make me feel stupid for coming for help to change the spare in place of my tire that has a nail in it, before they hang up on me they tell me they aren t able to do anything at all, now the lug nuts don t fit the spare, the manager was nasty and didn t care to look where the spare nuts lie, WITH the spare tire - basically I had to hold their hands while I showed them where all the spare parts and tools were. The manager said I was rude (negating the fact one of the employees just hung up on me) had some choice words about my brother, and said this is a free service they do here. You get more bees with honey and I agreed with that statement - and reminded him once again his employee gave false information when I had first called in, and then was hung up on after telling me they couldn t do it. There was no understanding from them at all. If there was a rating of negative stars, that s what they d get. The girl at the check in counter was a delightful human, obviously. Men are rude and demeaning.

Hello everyone, I want to leave a negative review about this place. 1. I came to swap my almost new tires for new wheels. They charged me $180 for the work. Everything seemed to be done not badly. but when I arrived home I didn t find my wheels that they removed from my car. The rims are expensive and almost new. I had to go back to pick up my rims. they told me that they simply forgot to put them back in my trunk :) 2. when I started driving a car. I noticed that the steering wheel shakes at speeds above 60 mph. since I had to fly to Europe on business. I didn t have the opportunity to come right away to correct the wheel balancing. I returned a month and a half later and they refused to fix my wheel balancing under warranty. They said I had to pay $20 for each wheel. despite the fact that no one used the car all this time. I'll pay of course. but I will never come to this place again and I do not advise you to do so

Danny/Dan is by far amazing and made my experience great. I usually work on my own cars, but don t have the proper tools to align my vehicle. I needed to go on a road trip that was three hours away and my vehicle had issues. He did the alignment and was able to get me road worthy.I will definitely be back and ask for him for any car needs.

Thanks Les SchwabWent to Les Schwab on 72nd. and Pacific this morning to have someone take a look at a screw stuck in my tire ..... Simply said, they fixed that, no problem,and no charge, but wait ,then look the time to give me a safety inspection , which they emailed to me.Yep... it's still best to do both in your own neighborhood . Fantastic service! Our rental car had a low tire and we were able to pull up and get it aired up right away. The tech also checked all of the tires.

CUSTOMER SERVICE gone down the drain. NOT the Les Schwab promise I was used to. Seems that when a mistake is made, they belittled the customer instead of being professional in problem solving. Both a tech and the MANAGER belittled me when I asked about my missing spare tire cover after I had all my 4 wheels replaced + a full size spare. They had left the cover in the trunk and forgot to put it back at pick up time. All I did was asked where my spare tire cover was. Without even locking for it, one tech said. "maybe you took it off and don't remember where you placed it." So instead of hearing the issue, he accused the customer! My reply was, "why would I do that and it was there when I brought my car in." A second tech was looking around and found it in the trunk. I definitely didn't put it there. I know nothing about car parts that's why I took my car in for service in the first place! When I called out the first tech on his lack of customer service skill THE MANAGER YELLED at me saying something like, "I DONT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS ...." by that time I stopped hearing. I paid my bill and went on my way thinking wow... I like les Schwab but not that kind of belittling back talk service...BTW no one apologized. Please get rid of that MANAGER, get somebody else more deserving in that's really dedicated to customer service like your company motto...so sad I'm required to push on a star to post, that manager deserves a minus 5 stars.

I took my Kia in to have them replace the breaks, unfortunately my battery in my key fob for the push start died. The mechanic shoved the key fob into an emergency start ignition hiding in the center console and it got stuck. They refused to fix the problem they created, and refused to rectify it with money off of the bill and did not even apologize. It now may cost me $200 at the dealershio to fix the problem they created. They gave me back my car with more problems than when I brought it in. The manager, Jake was super rude and dismissive and walked away from me when I was asking him what he would do about this. NEVER GOING BACK

The service at this location is efficient and fast. The mechanic Dan, really really knows about cars, he explained everything to me about my vehicle repair and gave me honest answers on what was completely essential and what could be held off on, as far as repairs. The appointment was same day, and the location is right in a fredmeyers plaza with teriyaki restaurant, Mexico restaurant and coffee shop inside of the fredmeyer. Tire alignments and parts replacements done here.

Shout out to Josh and Jordan :)I heard a noise coming from my car and decided to have it checked out. Ended up being a bunch of rocks in my tire causing a flappy clicky noise Josh was informative, kind and very nice to talk to ;)Thank you both for getting me back on the road!!!

I went in to check my tires and order a wheel cap for one of my wheels. They ordered it but never followed up on the order, time of arrival and to schedule an appointment to install it. They said in 4 days but it's been longer than that and it's very troubling!!

The staff & management at this location are customer-service oriented. I've remained loyal to them for years for many reasons...including having them provide a personal vehicle after my truck got a flat tire. They helped move my stock tires as well. Their work is consistently on point and reliable.

Horrible customer service. Didnt get the ladys name at the desk, but had an appointment SCHEDULED to check my tires at 10 for them to tell me im on a wait list because my appointment wasnt for tire replacement. (WHAT?) A week in advanced and you tell me i get pushed to the back of the line because its not a tire replacement? What im asking for probably takes 20 minutes, but even with a SCHEDULED appointment it doesnt matter. (Ridiculous)

2020Fixed my situation with a slow screw in tire leak and these guys are in it too with us. Today proved that with teams generously giving their time for service not just tires but an exchange of information. This door is always open to find these dedicated individuals making their craft available . 2020. So nice....

Had a very hard day with my car and and a damaged tire. Came into and they were super busy, it was a very long wait. They replaced my tire, made sure my car wad safe to drive. The associate sat down with me to explain my options. I cannot recommend Les Schwab enough, they are the best.

My husband and myself have been customers of this Les Schwab for over 20 yrs. They have always went above and beyond for us both with our cars. I won't take our cars anywhere else. Lorissa is especially very helpful with me. She even knows my voice or maybe they have caller id

This location has always lived up to the Les Schwab promise for me. I've taken older and newer vehicles here and had a good experience every time. Larissa at the front desk is very good at finding parts and confirming exact prices so there are no surprises, also excellent communication letting you know what's going on.

Cole and Ethan went above and beyond for me in my brake inspection. The brake drums were stuck on my old van and they spent 20-30 minutes battling to get them off. I could tell it was much more work than they usually have to do for this kind of job, and all that work was for FREE inspection! I paid extra to get the tires balanced, but still, those guys provided some amazing service. I am very impressed.

Thought I needed a tire changed because of the location of a nail that went in. I was waiting to get a call telling me i needed to buy a tire because it was not patch worthy, but instead the employee comes out and hands me my key with the tired patched instead for free. Been 4 months and everything is still good. Good customer service here also.

All of the crew was awesome. Very hardworking and cool. Had a screw in my tire and Jose/jorge? hooked me up free of charge. Seriously will buy only tires and be a customer for life to them. 10/10 amazing store!

Had my flat tire fixed in less than an hour during a busy morning. Alexander helped me tremendously. Awesome awesome work.Definitely gonna get my next set of tires here.

Excellent customer service by Andrew and Jake the manager. Andrew gave me the real information I need about my brakes. I will be back to this Les Schwab location to get my rotors done on my old Toyoda 4runner. I'm telling you Tacoma car owners do yourself a favor and come to Les Schwab country on Pacific Ave and 72nd street. They are the best. Best tires as well.Peace Farmer J

Went in expecting to have to pay $200-$600, for at least one brand new tire if not more! Instead they pulled a nail out of my tire and repaired it for free!! So awesome. If you're planning to go in, I DEFINITELY recommend making an appointment ahead of time if you can, though, because they're a busy shop . They said without an appointment it could be a 2-2.5 hr wait. But, there's a reason Les Schwab has a good reputation and so many good reviews, so even if you're doing a "walk in," it's probably worth the wait. :)

I scheduled a 12 o'clock appointment to have new tires installed on my Mother's car.While scheduling the appointment, I stated ( as asked on Les Schwab website) that she would be there waiting for her car.She arrived 10 minutes prior to her appointment time, however, it was 3 hours before her car was finished. During this time, she was offered no explanation or apologies about the amount of time it was taking. So, 3 hours to install 4 new tires? People without appointments were in and out in a shorter amount of time.I have gone here many times for many years, however, due to the fact that they showed little to no concern about the length of time it took, I would strongly suggest checking other places before going here.
