There are many locations, but this one in particular has great customer service. I had a appointment for an alignment and they got it done very quickly. Very knowledgeable mechanics and Kim at the front desk was very helpful. Definitely worth the longer drive for great service.

My tire started going flat on the freeway so I got off on 6th trying to make it to Les Schwab however I only made it down the off ramp. I called Les Schwab to see what tow trucks were nearby (not realizing they closed in 30 min). The man who answered the phone was incredible and told me how I could safely and SLOWLY make it to the parking lot just past the light and they would come to me! I wish I would have paid better attention to names because they all deserve a raise! I believe it was Aaron who met me and had my donut on within minutes! And assured me they would be happy to stay as long as necessary to get me safely back on the road. The manager, John, was INCREDIBLY KIND and found a used full size tire to give me until I could get the right one ordered. All this at closing time without an ounce of irritation and they didn t charge me a dime. Just kindness and genuine concern for getting me home safely. I ve never been so impressed with customer service in my life! Amazing humans! Customer for life!

This is how my car was returned to me. No one at the store would take any ownership of the issue. The manager, John, only lectured me. I now have to replace my suspension. I asked if at minimum they could provide me a discount on my next alignment after installing the new suspension, which seemed like a reasonable ask. John shut me down and then lectured me further on their warranties. I asked that a letter be drafted to outline exactly what was done when my car was serviced. I was denied again. This is the second time this shop has returned a vehicle to me damaged. In 2018 they broke the brake lines clear off of my truck. There should be no reason my car was absolutely fine when I drove it in and then damaged when it was returned. It s even further frustrating the manager would talk to a customer in the tone John spoke with me. I wish there was someone else within their leadership team who actually cares about customer experience and damage to customers vehicles while in Les Schwab s possession.

Beware-safety issue. I had 4 new tires put on my car in May 2023, took it back in because the front pasenger tire did not sound right. Was told that they didn't see any issues and couldn't duplicate the problem. Aug 1st 2023, I was driving home in rush hour, was about 2 blocks from getting on the freeway, the front passenger side tire rolled away from my car. Had to get it towed to my house. All of the bolts were sheared off. Everyone of them! Went to Les Schwab the next morning, was told someone would come out, no one came out, mind you I live about a half a mile away. Called the next day, someone came out, put my tire on the car with new bolts, we took it in, they said it was good to go. So, the front passenger side and the bumper needed to be replaced, and other damage underneath. Called several times to talk with the manager, never got a call back. Sent certified letters, one to the store, the other their corp headquarters in Oregon. I was asking for reimbursement for the towing, money for a rental car while mine was in the bodyshop from the tire incident, and to cover at least my deductible. They sent a letter saying that because there was 3000 miles from the time they put the new tires on until the tire rolled away and they would not cover anything. My questions are what does 3000 miles have to do with them over torquing the bolts, and is that what they would have told my family if I had been on I-5 rush hour traffic...I honestly don't think I would be around writing this review. They get negative stars from this long time customer.

Cannot begin to thank the team here nearly as much as they deserve! We were driving our motor home down the coast and our brakes weren t working properly. Chris got us in same-day, inspected the issue, and got us back on the road with a full front brake repair just after sunset. To go one step further, the team even stayed after closing time to make sure everything was done, and then stayed in the parking lot to ensure we were able to safely depart.On top of the great service, we got tons of awesome recommendations on where to visit as we travel down the coast on an adventure to explore all 50 states.Thanks to these amazing folks, our journey continues safer than ever.We ve been all over the country, and seen a lot. But these guys will always be remembered for the hospitality, empathy, and support they showed us while we were in Tacoma.- @openskymoments

This location is AMAZING. Excellent, friendly, and fast service. They were incredibly busy, I didn t have an appointment & needed new tires ASAP and they made it happen that day! We will continue to use them in the future.

Good location. Very helpful. And coffee and popcorn. But they should do like the lakewood and pacific Ave locations add more plug-ins for charging laptops or phones

Was told 1-1.5hr wait over phone, was confirmed again at drop off. I stop in after 1.5 hours and am told another hour ended up taking 3 hours total. If they were straight about time I would have just ubered to work or something instead of wasting time. Would have been good if they were up front about time.

My car started squeaking so took it in. Front breaks needed replaced and they did it within the day! Had a little issue picking my car up and Kim handled it amazingly! She made sure to take care of me (which I really appreciated as I wasn t from the area and was on a road trip). Thank you Kim!

Tires didn t last long, work to have them fixed was a waste of money as well. Plus, I paid for an alignment and now I m paying someone else to do it correctly. We won t ever be back.

Today I had a leak (nail) in a tire. It was given free. I have purchased tires from them. Nice people, amazing service. You cannot go wrong with Les Schwab

Saved me $4K. Midas on 6th in Tacoma lied to me and ruined my perfectly good battery. Les Schwab put in a new battery, did an alignment, and that was all I needed. Midas kept telling me my lift kit arms were broken, and I needed an entire new lift kit just to fix the arms.

I m a repeat customer. Good work on tires decent work from the front desk. Didn t get my work order right over the phone had to deal with a pick up delay because of this. Hope they do better next time.

DANGEROUS STAY AWAY!!!! THEY WILL PUT YOU BACK ONTO THE ROAD UNSAFE!!! BEWARE!!!! This Les Shwab sent me back onto the road with missing lug nuts on my car. My wheels are not stabilized and the car shakes when I press the breaks. I called to express my concern about why they let me go back onto the road unsafe. I spoke with a man name John (who is apparently the manager) who talked over me, yelled at me, insulted me and lied to me. John proceeded to insult me by saying I couldn't afford to pay for those nuts because I got a quote for the cost over the phone for all 4 tires. I told John I had no problem paying for my safety and him assuming so is extremely insulting. At no point did I receive a phone call from Les Shwab saying additional work needs to be done. They only let me know when the car had tires on it, which included stripped studs and no lug nuts. They had me sign a paper saying that they told me about the issues and that I need to go do it myself and sent me back on the road. I was never even offered the service which apparently they can provide! When I called to express concern and find resolution, I was even more disrespected. I came to Les schwab to be safe and I left unsafe and insulted.***Kylee I wish your location would be accountable and HONEST. A stud replacement was NEVER offered that's why I called concerned, and frustrated. I was told by your manager that I could not afford the replacement (not true), and that's why they didn't offer (john's words). I asked if I could bring it in to get it fixed and I was further disrespected by your manager. I need your location to please stop gaslighting me. I spent an entire day trying to get a resolution. It is clear that your leadership would rather blame the customer and protect themselves then make sure the customer is safe when safety concerns come up. I am afraid to have any service be done on my car by Les Shwab, after the way I was treated there.

I was so impressed with the level of customer service this shop provides. I showed up disappointed at the service provided by the Firestone down the road and they were prompt to earn my business by taking care of the issue (at no charge) - would definitely recommend this shop and will take my vehicle there from now on. Great job, Les Schwab!

John and his team are absolutely amazing people. I had two flats within one month. Team Les Schwab fixed it in no time. Friendly front desk and very knowledgeable guys and gals who work in the shop.

I purchased my new tires here several years ago and have had them patched, rotated, the works..this place operates like a well oiled machine! Great customer service, communication and reliable. Kudos to the managers.

The guy taking care of my was thorough when explaining the options for tires. Walked me through the different types that would best suit my needs. I handed over my keys at 12:15 & was all finished before 1:00. I highly recommend Les Schwab. Waiting area was nice as well.

My tires were suddenly showing low air, and I was worried that I needed new tires. These guys took me in right away and I probably waited only 30 minutes for them to repair two screws on two tires.That's some great service right there! I will definitely come here now instead of discount tire. Last time I was at discount tire, the guy was trying to sell me wipers so aggressively that was annoying.You just earned my trust, thank you guys!

My wife's car got a flat but it didn't have a spare. Brought in the entire wheel to this store to see if they could help, they said our only option would be to buy a new wheel, (which ended up being a very dirty used wheel) and a set of four tires, and since it was kind of an emergency, they talked us into paying the over $1,400 invoice to take care of it. When paying the bill, they said it would take two days but it ended up taking nearly three weeks, and the worst part is that multiple of their employees lied and deceived me, making me feel like a idiot when it ended up being a mistake on their end, and they never even acknowledged their blatant disrespect. They all were friendly, but that is of little consequence when they are simply not honest.
