King Salmon Marine has been servicing my triple Yamaha's for a while, and they always provide fantastic service. The service department gives me an accurate estimate and timeline, staying in communication with me throughout the process. Bad news is delivered with a set of options from which I can choose, and the folks at King Salmon assist in helping me fully understand the decisions. Being well-informed is critical when servicing three engines at the same time. Also, King Salmon has gone above-and-beyond in lending their expertise and connections when things are needed - like a spare propeller - in a short turn around.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to take my boat to King Salmon Marine. I had a list of repairs and added features I needed to get done and waited longer than I should have to book a service time with only days before some planned family fishing adventures. Jeff and his service staff worked their tails off to get me taken care of and on the water in record time. Jeff kept me constantly appraised of the status of work and cost options as they diagnosed issues; there were absolutely zero surprises when I picked up my boat and paid for the work.Then, when I ran into another issue after my first trip of the season, they rushed me back to the front of the line and handled the follow-up service at no charge, no questions asked. In this day and age, service, honesty and dependability like this is a rare find. I look forward to many more years of partnership with King Salmon Marine.Thank you KSM for keeping me on the water making memories with my kids!

I bought a small outboard motor here. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and courteous the staff was. They took all the time needed to walk me through all the procedures for operating and maintaining the motor. Nice and friendly service with good prices. Jay walked me through my first small boat purchase (2018 Starweld 16DC Fusion). All in all, I'm happy with the boat and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.

Wow don t deal here you make a call to inquire about a boat and the younger sales guy I think Jessie was his name a real winner this guy is, I asked for him he was busy I should have waited for Jim to be free. Zero phone manners zero inclination to help out a new customer very bad first impression . I hope the owner sees this and speaks to this bad sales employee.

Great set of people working there to ensure that I, as a customer, was well taken care of. They took the time to educate me on my purchase. I was super satisfied with what they did for me and I highly recommend them to boating enthusiasts looking for a reputable Smokercraft dealer as well as Honda Marine (and others) outboard mechanic.

Had my 18 ft. Smokercraft serviced recently and couldn't be happier. The staff are friendly, informative and make you feel welcome. I feel that they perform quality work at a fair price. The new facility at Narrows Marina is great.

Had my 87' 15hp outboard serviced here twice. Jeff at the counter treated me with respect and very helpful. I also want to thank Jared. He might look young, but boy he knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thank you King Salmon Marine for getting me back out on the water! Your timeline and customer service deserves a 5 star rating.

Jay and the crew at King Salmon Marine took excellent care of me. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. Had exactly what I was looking for as advertised on there website. Glad I found them, of course there price was the lowest I had found. They can add another satisfied Yamaha customer to the list! I will definitely be a return customer!

I bought a Honda outboard 4 stroke and have been really enjoying it this year!.. now just waiting on them to get a used 16-17ft Aluminum fishing boat so I can get a boat upgrade. Thanks again for the great deal and great customer service. Jared did a great job I won t do business anywhere else

I purchased a beautiful boat at a fair price. We did have some issues, Jay and the owner quickly took care of it. Highly recommend these guys if you want to actually enjoy purchasing a water craft.

Stuart, Jay and the entire staff at King Salmon Marine instilled confidence from the moment I entered their business. They looked you in the eye, smiled and obviously knew a lot about boats and motors. They professionally installed two new Honda outboards at a great price, and went above and beyond by creating reinforcing brackets where needed to attach the controls. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with King Salmon Marine - they will continue to get my business.

This dealer stocks several models of Smoker boats which are very popular in our area. They also have some quality used boats in stock from time to time.Very easy to get to this dealer in west Tacoma area.

Nice Newish building on the water and the Marina there! First impression was good. Everyone likes to see New boats, used boats and action going on. The wood post and beam interior is FANTASTIC GUYS & GALS. You'll like it! I gave them 4 stars cause the simple part I actually came for was 25% more than many places I inquired about. I picked it up cause I just so happened to be close that day. I like their Boat manufacturer variety and used assortment. Not alot of boats, but QUALITY BOATS. Good to see!

I was in a bind. The staff at king salmon marine saved the halibut opener for me and my friends from Montana. Even though they were booked up, they graciously got my Yamaha trim unit up and running so I could make the trip.. thank you all at king salmon marine

Jay and his crew were incredibly helpful. We showed up on Saturday with a desperate need for a trailer for a boat we had just purchased. Jay had just what we needed and worked with us to ensure we had everything we needed including the laborious licensing paperwork. Thanks again guys!!!

On two different occasions they were very helpful, once with a repair and more recently, purchasing a water pump kit for my Honda outboard along with very helpful advice on the install. Though I am mechanically inclined their advice was very helpful... thanks.

To start i sent a Facebook message asking about a particular boat. After a few days of no responses I called them and asked to talk to someone who could explain prices, inventory, etc. Left number, name, and information on what I was looking for expecting a phone call from a guy named Jim. After a few days of no call back I received a reply from facebook messenger saying to call Jim at his personal number to discuss what im interested in. First call no answer, next day call again and get an answer from a guy that was confused on how I received his number, and directed me to call the main office again and ask for Jim....once again. Even though the Facebook messenger number they gave me said it was Jim's direct number. Called main office again the next day and asked for Jim. Was told he was talking to a client, so I proceeded to give all my Information out again to receive a call back very shortly. Well here we are 4 left turns and a few days later with no call back from this so called "Jim ". Either Jim doesn't exist or this place sucks at selling boats. Who knows, maybe I did something wrong, but my 40k budget on a new sled will be spent somewhere else.

This a great place to get your boat worked on. The people are pleasant and helpful, and they do what they say they will do. The price I paid was fair for the quality of work done.
