Kimball s is a reliable repair and body shop. The staff are helpful and friendly knowledgeable. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to give me my car back as soon as possible. Also, thank you for returning my car cleaner than it was. Your peeps did an amazing, detailed work and cleaned my entire car-above and beyond. Thank you!

Any great organization is like a pyramid or waterfall. It s sharpest or most powerful point starts at the top and flows to the bottom.I met the owner and he is sharp and very smart, not to mention A nice man. I'm very pleased and thankful for all of the help Kimballs has given me. My car has been repaired by them three times now. Once from my car being rear ended, and two times from my Kia being stolen and damaged. Due to all of the Kia thefts, so many places just couldn't take any more Kias and they took my car in twice now because I was once a customer with them. They fixed my car, washed and vacuumed it, and they were very kind and professional each time. I appreciate the great service. Thanks again Kimball staff.

My car runs worse than before i spent$1500 to get fixed. Its currently not drivable. And was not all put back together. I dont know how to put it together.

Kimball's really makes it easy, I've used them 3 times now and I don't even get estimates anywhere else. They have an adjuster for most major insurance carriers on site and enterprise rentals on the property as well so its very convenient. We just got my daughter's car back yesterday and it looked great, they even did a full detail on the car. I definitely recommend Kimball's

These guys did such a good job on my baby. Was rear ended and they were super easy to work with and they made sure to check over EVERYTHING (there was even frame damage and damage to my cab that i hadnt even noticed). David's an awesome guy, really friendly and took time to explain to me what repairs would need to be done and why when i asked him. To add to it, they guarantee their repairs for the life of the vehicle, which most body shops do not!

Every time I ve come here to get my car worked on thru GEICO it s the worst!! DONT COME HERE! Poor customer service. No matter how many times I ve given them a try because it s the closest shop to my house the service just gets worst and worst. No greeting, didn t call enterprise for rental pick up, last time work took over 35 days to complete a job.

The staff at Kimball's Auto Body are Awesome!! Extremely friendly, the front desk incorporates humor into your already stressed out day, and every staff member ensures you are being taken care of. Great place to take your vehicle to for services.

My horn stopped working so I went to my mechanic. They didn't want to replace the horn because the liner was damaged and if I didn't replace the liner the new horn would break.They recommend I go to an auto body shop. I bought the liners myself thinking I could do it myself, but my car is just too low to the ground for me to get under without a bay.I called Kimball's and they got me in right away, replaced the liners, the horn, and splash shield for half the cost of what my mechanic was charging for just the horn. An added bonus is now my car is getting better milage too!Mark was super helpful and I'm so thankful they were able to get everything done so quickly. They were thorough and professional.

I cant talk about their work because I never made it that far, but their communication is horrible. I did receive a quote from them, which was great but afterwards it would take me 3 calls about my quote before their estimator would finally return my call, and then another 3 to get him to return a call about scheduling. He told me he needed to order the parts, only to never be heard from again. I sent him an email, no response. Big surprise.Service: Body & Trim

They never contact you about status of repairs.Had to have a fender repainted twice from 2 different accidents and they didn't come near to matching the paint either time. And won't just take us at our word. Required us to take car back to show proof before they would set up an appointment to fix their own mistakes. I will never go back. 25 years ago they were an amazing shop. Not anymore.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes

We have used Kimball's three or four times the last couple of years and have never been disappointed. If all the employees working at Kimball's is remotely close to as good as Dave Dube then they have a great staff through and through. Dave is always very helpful and professional. That can be extremely hard to find these days. Thank you Dave. And thank you to Kimball's paint and body guy(s) as well. Their work is top notch. And finally, thank you to the gal at the front desk. Very, very nice lady.

I have used Kimball's a few times over the last 40 years and have always been satisfied. My last visit however left me wondering about there quality of work. A small dent they polished out rather than fix while in for a much larger dent. I still would have given them 4 stars until today.I work a lot of hours and it is hard for me to get to their shop during the hours they are open. I need the headlight assemblies replaced on my truck, there is no damage, the lens are so scratched after years of use the light will not shine through in a pattern anymore. I spoke to the receptionist on the phone and asked if they did this kind of work, she said yes and gave me their days and hours they could give me an estimate. I explained to her I could not get in during those hours and she said without looking at the truck they could not give me an estimate. Again I told her I could not get in because of work and that there was no damage. She said I could email them the photos and VIN number. I asked her to text me the email address as I was driving. The receptionist said NO she had customers waiting.What the hell did she think I was!Was I not a customer also?

Customer service was horrible! Rod was especially rude and condescending!The paint job they did was also poor and needs to be re-done but that would mean leaving my car with them for another 30 plus days! STAY AWAY!!!

3 months ago to the day I took my vehicle to them because they came highly recommended. My vehicle was t-boned. After 2.5 months I was called and told to come pick it up. My vehicle had to go back because they didn't bother to adjust the door properly or address the electrical issues. I was called yesterday after 3 weeks and was told to come it up. Today I went to pick it up and the electrical issues were not completely addressed in fact its worse now than it was when I dropped it off for the collision repair. The vehicle is still not done and it has been 3 months. For everybody reading this to put it into perspective that's a 1/4 of year. And then they tell me this is weird we don't know what's wrong. WAY TO LONG AND ITS STILL THERE.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Before choosing this place to service my car after the snowstorm I looked at a few reviews from others.. I regret it in every way. After months of having my car let s just say the communication with this company is very very very poor. You don t get phone calls with updates. When you do call in every time you call the person that s handling your car is either out of the office or supposedly with another customer and you never get a return call back. I am aware that with Covid there s a lot of back orders, but the best thing to do in a situation like this is communicate. There s none here at this place unfortunately. After four payments I still haven t gotten my car back and it s been weeks since I ve gotten a returned call back. Just the other day I had my wife call in to check on our vehicle, let s just say still same ol same ol. I would ve rather had watched my car sit in the driveway and just waited to drop off the car once all the parts were in then not to know anything Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

My collision body shop of choice for they're amazing customer service and work. I've had 2 different vehicles repaired here and both came out looking and running like new! Couldn't tell either had ever been in an accident! I live over 30 min away from them and there are other good shops i could choose that are much closer to home but I will continue to choose Kimball's and recommend them.

Super fast and efficient have had multiple issues with my Jeep Wrangler and they made everything an easy and relaxing experience. Will be forever using this shop all staff are amazing and kept me up to date the entire way through and were very understanding of me working in Seattle and trying to get the shop on time before they close. I appreciate you all for your hard work and customer service skills!

I don't think it's there fault but it was over a month wait to have repairs done on my car and I need it way before that. But reception was very nice and very professional and the Geico representative was quick and very polite and nice his name was Tajh, and I'm very hopeful everything goes well

I had been trying to find a place to get my car repaired and was getting frustrated by the lack of service they were providing! Got a referral to Kimballs and from the minute I called I knew the process would be easy! Robin was very nice and told me the hours to stop by ti get an estimate. I arrived at Kimballs and met David Winterbottom who looked at the damage and listen to my concerns! Had my estimate in less than 15 minutes! Set up my appointment and had my car back in 3 days! They did an AMAZING job on my car! Basically made it look like it never happened. They made the whole experience super easy and no stress! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle there for your repair needs! Nice friendly Staff and very accommodating! Top Notch Service

Tom is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helped with every step of the process in getting our repairs done.. even took care of extending our rental coverage with our insurance due to an issue with the part that the manufacturer sent. Definitely recommend
